邝仁爱认为自己很幸运，拥有一对十分谅解她的父母。她承认自己自小就是一个很容易发生小意外的孩子，常引起父母的担心，而她身上留下的各种疤痕就是证据。在没有摔倒的日子里，她总是埋首书堆，像个海绵般尽量去吸收伊妮·布莱顿和罗尔德·达尔书中蕴含着的各种人生哲理。

由于天性不墨守成规，仁爱最早期的志愿包括成为一名警察、维权律师、政治家和绿色和平志愿工作者。在一次参观了海洋水族馆之后，年少的她开始痴迷于成为一名海洋生物学家，并将课余时间都用在学习鲸类动物等的解剖学知识上。然而她的梦想很快就幻灭，因为她发现想要成为海洋生物学家的其中一个条件是掌握化学科目，而她对该科目的严重缺乏兴趣，注定成为达成志愿的一颗不可逾越的绊脚石。

她的生命从来都不曾远离佛法。她年少记忆中的最主要成分是被家长们带往佛教中心参加长达几个小时的法会和开示。尽管她当时并不十分明白身边所发生的一切，她却并不因此而退却，反而跟自己说：“好吧，既然你不明白，就更多地参与和学习，也许有一天你就会明白了。”约十年之后，在佛法宝盖下成长的她，不只是更多地“参与”，而是请求她的上师尊贵的詹杜固仁波切让她受戒出家。

她第一次提出出家的请求是在16岁那年，在一次到印度的朝圣之旅中拜访了一家僧尼庵之后。然而当时仁波切建议她先完成高等学业后再考虑出家，因为在升学过程中的经历将对她未来的弘法事业有帮助。她听从了上师的劝告，前往英国沃里克大学考取了心理学荣誉学士学位。尽管在国外生活多年，并过着富裕人家子弟的生活，她却从不曾忘记自己的目标。在她提出了第三次请求之后，仁波切终于在2013年夏天答应了她出家的请求。

2013年10月19日，邝仁爱和另外十位同修被授戒成为即将出家的佛教讲法师。她也因此成了克切拉史上最年轻的讲法师。目前，邝仁爱任职詹拉章，直接在詹杜固仁波切座下服务。此外，她也是克切拉的董事会成员。

Before puja, Pastor shared about consciousness beyond death, bardo and the stages of death. Hue and Betty (her brother) shared about the out of body experiences.
