I am not a fan of the beach or the beach way of life. I have never really been fascinated with oceans. Once in a while seeing the ocean and clean waters is nice though. Nature is nature. I found these pictures of Bora Bora (near Tahiti) and I find them quite inviting. I like...

(By Tsem Rinpoche) I like to visit Hong Kong from time to time . There is nothing really much in the city for someone like me, except on Hollywood Road, where they have a string of art galleries that always contain interesting “antique” thangkas, statues, and tibetan artifacts. I find those interesting, although overly...
Yesterday evening, in Kuala Lumpur and many parts of Malaysia, the haze was extremely terrible... it was visibly bad and many people started flocking into the pharmacy to get face masks to protect them.
I want to share with you a healthy and delicious recipe for everyone to try out themselves. I really enjoy eating momos, and one of our kitchen helper in Ladrang is very skilled in making Nepali momos as he had experience of working in the kitchen in his previous job.
Freedom is near Death is near, no time to think. Death is near, no time to waste. Death is waiting, no time for excuses. Change is a choice, others are more important, than oneself, this is the ultimate truth. As long as we keep identifying our aggregational attachments as the real us, we are...
Dear friends, Went shopping with a group of my students. We always have fun shopping although rushed. But it’s nice getting things for people and animals. You know I came across this arcade when a group of us went shopping and I couldn’t resist for them. The group assisting me played the arcade. Notice...
(中文请往下看) There are many types of people out there. But one thing is for sure, we are all not the same. We come from different backgrounds, upbringings and cultures. But it’s confirmed none of us would like pain, experience pain or even think of pain. Who in their right mind would enjoy pain? No one. Pain is something that brings tremendous displeasure especially when it’s physically. Imagine someone cutting you, burning you, decapitating you, skinning you or cooking you while you are still alive? Well this is what we do to others....
In October 2008, I led a group of 61 pilgrims to Nepal to visit the holy power places in Kathmandu valley. During the pilgrimage, I gave many Dharma talks to set our motivation correctly and many explanations on the significance of the various holy places which had made our pilgrimage a so much more...

In Buddhist tradition, it is extremely meritorious to make offerings to the Sangha, as it is the Sangha that compassionately give us the Dharma that help us in our spiritual path.
Dear everyone, I extracted this great story from The Berzin Archives. My motivation is to inspire all of you by reading the life of holy and accomplished masters. (By Tsem Rinpoche) Dear students and friends, I would like to share with you a talk I gave some time ago about khatas. Many people who are new to Tibetan Buddhism often wonder about khatas when they see them being used in the Dharma center. What is it for, the significance of using it,...
Yesterday, British MPs were published on The Daily Mail saying that they should eat less meat. They were encouraging the public to eat less meat for various reasons… including how grains used to feed animals for livestock should instead be used for human consumption. Other reasons given by the MPs was that UK is...

Wesak Day, a celebration to commemorate the birth, enlightenment, and death of Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. Buddhists around the world marks his enlightenment as when he discovered life’s meaning. It is also a time to reflect on his teachings and what it means to be Buddhist. Its the most sacred day to millions of Buddhists around the world.
Wesak Day in Malaysia where Buddhists nationwide gather at temples . Each of different Buddhist temples celebrated at dawn with various pujas or prayers, meditation, with offerings of flowers, candles and incense ,emphasizing the impermanence of life. Most temples do rituals “Bathing the Buddha” ceremony to wash away bad karma and grand candlelight processions in Penang and Kuala Lumpur. At our Kechara Forest Retreat, Bentong Pahang, we have pujas, flowers, candles and incense offerings as well.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.
It is interesting to note the stark contrast of the current estranged relationship between China and Tibet . The HH Dalai Lama banned the practice of Shugden in Gelug monasteries in 1996. Reason is that Dorje Shugden is a spirit a threat to Tibetan Buddhism unity and not a protector. To many of the practitioners they whom consider to be one of several protectors of the Gelug . Infact for thousands years many highly attained Lamas had rely on Dorje Shugden and many practiced it . Even the H H Dalai Lama did practiced Dorje Shugden before the ban and have enjoyed in the past. The controversy is a complex mix of religious schism within the Gelug school and political move by China. Situation now improved with Dalai Lama said practitioners could practice Dorje Shugden’s practice.May Dalai Lama lift the ban soon for the benefits of peace, unity and harmony.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.
Interesting and inspiring post of a great Lama. Drogon Tsangpa Gyare (1161–1211) was a Buddhist ascetic and the main disciple of Lingchen Repa Pema Dorje. He was one of the most outstanding disciples of Ling Repa. He was the founder of the Drukpa Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism later became influential in Ladakh and Bhutan. It is one of several lineages known as “Red Hat sects”. He mastered the Vajrayana practices of mahamudra and the Six Yogas of Naropa at an early age. He discovered spiritual treasure which had been concealed by Rechung Dorje Drakpa, a principal disciple of Milarepa. Tsangpa Gyare became a widely known teacher with thousands of disciples. Interesting short biography.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.
The Dorje Shugden controversy has been going for a long long time . Time to realize the mistakes of the ban that cause and affecting millions of people across the world. It has cause pain and suffering just because they believed Dorje Shugden is an evil and could be harmful. Many families, monks and monasteries are torn apart due to illogical ban by the Tibetan leadership in exile. Many high attained Lamas and millions had practiced Dorje Shugden for more than 400 years before the ban. This practice will continue and it will not be destroyed or fake away as it a very beneficial practice. Time will tell , it cannot be wrong , the Dorje Shugden controversy ban are illogical . Peace cannot be kept by force, it can only be achieved by understanding and having dialoque. Peace is not absence of conflict, it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means. May this controversy come an end with theTibetan leadership having a discussion with various Shugden communities.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.

I’m truly and eternally grateful for the amazing team of DIGITAL TECH WIZZARD and the great services they render to internet and crypto fraud victims like me. Virupa 9th century Indian mahasiddha and yogi, also known as Virupaksa and Tutop Wangchuk. Mahasiddha Virupa, the Lord of all yogis, was born in a royal family in east India. He is one of the most revered Indian Buddhist Mahasiddhas and a founding figure of the Sakya tradition. Known for his unconventional life, famous for miraculous feats, such as stopping the sun. He is often depicted in art with a pointed finger, a large belly, and a skull cup. Interesting. He is featured amongst the famous collection of 84 and he is part of Dorje Shugden’s incarnation lineage.
Thank you Rinpoche and Pastor David sharing this great Indian mahasiddha and yogi.
Interesting read of some of the world’s creepiest, haunted, and abandoned tunnels. These tunnels often feature in urban legends due to their, dark history, cramped conditions, and reputation for supernatural activity. Its always that’s spirits being trapped at that location so generally people feel uncomfortable when driving in tunnels. They even claim to hear ghostly trains and voices echoing from within. There’s so many haunted tunnels in the world, it seems.
Thank you Rinpoche for this interesting sharing…….goose bumps true stories of haunted tunnels.
Wat Muang, nestled in the historic city of Ayutthaya, Thailand, stands as a testament to the cultural heritage and spiritual significance. The concrete statue is painted gold, standing 92–95 meters tall and 63 meters wide. It is the tallest statue in Thailand and among the tallest in the world. Visitors often visit to pay respect and are known to touch the tip of the statue’s finger for blessings. Interesting this statue has a remarkable history behind it. The surrounding Wat Muang temple, there’s a “Hell Garden” featuring graphic and life-size figures . Just looking at those beautiful pictures in the blog, its awesome. A place worth visiting. Would love to visit someday.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.
ELON MUSK TESLA CRYPTO SCAM MY TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE
I’m still shaking my head in shock. I lost a whopping $64,000 to a fake Tesla investment platform that used convincing deepfake Elon Musk videos to lure me in. The promised 15% daily profits were too good to be true, and I ended up barely scraping by to pay my bills. But here’s the good news: I didn’t have to go broke completely. A friend who’d been in a similar situation recommended Jetwebhackers, a team of skilled investigators who specialize in recovering stolen crypto funds. I was hesitant at first, but they impressed me with their professionalism, speed, and no-upfront-fees approach. In just 72 hours, they tracked down the scammers, recovered my full Bitcoin, and gave me my life back. If you’ve fallen victim to a similar Elon Musk Tesla crypto scam or any other type of financial fraud, don’t wait – reach out to Jetwebhackers before it’s too late.

Hi guys, just wanted to share my thoughts on this post. I’ve been following this blog for a little while now, and I have to say this is one of the best pieces you’ve put out. The way you explained everything was so clear that I didn’t have to re-read anything to understand it. That’s the sign of a writer who truly knows their audience. It reminded me of why I enjoy using WinZO APP. The app doesn’t make me work to figure out how things work. Everything is laid out intuitively, so I can just focus on having fun. Your writing is the same way. I didn’t have to work to understand it. I just read and enjoyed. Thanks for that. Looking forward to the next one.
A heartfelt reunion gathering between Damian Aspinall a conservationist and a gorilla named Kwibi. Kwibi was brought up in a conservation park (Howletts Wild Animal Park) in England. Howletts Wild Animal Park is a 90-acre wildlife park and conservation charity. The park is a beautiful ancient parkland that is ideal for great days out in Kent with the entire family. It was opened in 1975, famous for housing over 390 animals. Kwibi gorilla was brought up in the park and was released back to nature to be free into the wild when he was 5 years old in the forest of Gabon, in West Africa. The park is a registered charity that funds overseas projects and animal reintroduction in an effort to help their species to survive from extinction. Damian went back to Gabon after 5 years later to see if Kwibi is alive. Sure enough They were reunited again happily . An emotional encounter between the conservationist and Kwibi gorilla as shown in the video. The pain of parting is nothing to the joy of meeting again.

Dear everyone... This is a good condensed talk I gave on Guru Yoga of Tsongkapa. This is the one you should share with others when they are interested in a not too lengthy explanation. It is the perfect practice for everyone who wants simplicity yet effective blessings. You can share this with more people, it will be good.
