People have always wondered whether we’re alone in the universe. 2,600 years ago, Buddha explained how there are other beings on distant planets that are similar to ours. Although science has always been the one catching up with Buddhist teachings… we live in a time where scientific proof is still necessary for people to believe in anything not perceivable to the human eye.
There have been many alien sightings, and witnesses have consistently described them as having elongated skulls and big eyes. What if a skull was found to prove these witness reports?
Below is one of the latest discoveries explaining how not only do aliens exist, they in fact used to walk among us! Found in Peru, the Paracas skulls were believed to be human heads that were bounded to achieve such a structure. However, recent scientific DNA testings found that these skulls have DNA that is unique and not related to human DNA!

DNA Analysis Of Paracas Elongated Skulls Released. The Results Prove They Were Not Human
Paracas is a desert peninsula located within the Pisco Province in the Ica Region, on the south coast of Peru. It is here were Peruvian archaeologist, Julio Tello, made an amazing discovery in 1928, a massive and elaborate graveyard containing tombs filled with the remains of individuals with the largest elongated skulls found anywhere in the world.
These have come to be known as the ‘Paracas skulls’. In total, Tello found more than 300 of these elongated skulls, which are believed to date back around 3,000 years.
A DNA analysis has now been conducted on one of the skulls and expert Brien Foerster has released preliminary information regarding these enigmatic skulls. It is well-known that most cases of skull elongation are the result of cranial deformation, head flattening, or head binding, in which the skull is intentionally deformed by applying force over a long period of time.
It is usually achieved by binding the head between two pieces of wood, or binding in cloth. However, while cranial deformation changes the shape of the skull, it does not alter its volume, weight, or other features that are characteristic of a regular human skull. The Paracas skulls, however, are different.
The cranial volume is up to 25 percent larger and 60 percent heavier than conventional human skulls, meaning they could not have been intentionally deformed through head binding/flattening.
They also contain only one parietal plate, rather than two. The fact that the skulls’ features are not the result of cranial deformation means that the cause of the elongation is a mystery, and has been for decades.
Mr. Juan Navarro, owner and director of the local museum, called the Paracas History Museum, which houses a collection of 35 of the Paracas skulls, allowed the taking of samples from 5 of the skulls.
The samples consisted of hair, including roots, a tooth, skull bone and skin, and this process was carefully documented via photos and video. The samples were sent to the late Lloyd Pye, founder of the Starchild Project, who delivered the samples to a geneticist in Texas for DNA testing.
The results are now back, and Brien Foerster, author of more than ten books and an authority on the ancient elongated headed people of South America, has just revealed the preliminary results of the analysis. He reports on the geneticist’s findings:
“It had mtDNA (mitochondrial DNA) with mutations unknown in any human, primate, or animal known so far. But a few fragments I was able to sequence from this sample indicate that if these mutations will hold we are dealing with a new human-like creature, very distant from Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans.”
The implications are huge. “I am not sure it will even fit into the known evolutionary tree,” Foerster wrote. He added that if the Paracas individuals were so biologically different, they would not have been able to interbreed with humans.
The results need to be replicated and more analysis undertaken before final conclusions can be drawn.

Personally, it is just hard to fathom that there are no intelligent life existing outside of planet Earth. Granted to the non-believers, I may be biased in my belief in the Buddha’s wisdom and He clearly indicated that we are not alone.
But even if I were to leave aside that as one of my reason, by applying critical thinking and investigative skills towards the following points (which are not exhaustive), believe there is still a pretty strong case for the existence of other intelligent lifeforms alien to us.
• Given our estimation of the size of the universe, odds are we are not alone. Regardless of which scientific reports you refer to, general consensus is that we are talking about billions of galaxies in our universe that contain billions of stars. It would really be too far-fetched to say there isn’t any chance that there is even one life/being in any of those stars.
• Some of the most extraordinary statements about UFOs and extra-terrestrials were given by credible personnel holding some of the highest positions possible and even those who would be in a position to ‘know’ about possible extra-terrestrial encounters. Amongst those include former head of CIA, Former Chief of Defence Staff, Admiral of the Royal Navy, Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Former NASA Astronaut etc. All of them cant just overnight go from trusted advisors/leaders to bambling UFO believers.
• More and more governments of countries especially those globally considered to be more technologically and economically advanced, have admitted to allocating resources towards the study of UFOs. In addition, many governmental records revealed to the public (whether voluntarily or otherwise) show that quite a number of them have been monitoring, tracking and /or investigating UFOs for years. If it doesn’t warrant attention, doubt that any of those governments would continue to spend significant amount of their resources in that manner.
• Amount of evidence (including archaeological findings such as the Paracas Elongated Skulls) and eye-witness accounts (recorded throughout history and event to present times) presented over the years. Considering the vast number of such testimonies from different people with different backgrounds and yet many of which collaborates with each other, statistically speaking, it tips in the favour of majority of such incidents not being simply made up.
At the end of the day, whether you accept that we are not alone or not is truly dependent on our level of receptiveness of things we can’t quite explain with conventional methods (yet) and also our mindset limitations.
Still human beings are still bound up and do not have access to the reality of our existence which is that we are not ‘ALONE’. We live amidst creatures and beings that are otherworldly.
It is crucial that more people have access and investigate about this, as accepting this truth, is liberating to many people, not just from the side of knowledge, but that it expands people’s minds and they can appreciate the reality that our earth isn’t the only planet or place that lives can exist.
I suppose it frees many people who think that life on Earth is the only possibility from that darkness.
Wow.. This is really interesting. It is evident that these beings are walking among us. They have been around us for so long that the descendants may not even know that they are aliens that walk among us.
It is interesting to know that they are beings that are smarter and more intelligent than the rest of us. It is interesting to know that the reason is that the shapes of their heads are different and they are heavier than the normal human skulls. To know that the people that are born with elongated skulls are being born in this manner is fascinating as we always thought that we are able to modify our bodies, and these are proof of the modifications. However, with the DNA report out, it just shows that these beings are entities of a different species all together. I find this cool as in ancient times, people always say that those with an elongated skull are beings that are more superior, and with the report, it shows that what is said is true.
What’s important to me in life is the truth. I have always know when someone is telling me a lie and when they are being honest. Since I was a child I’ve known that we could not be the only beings in this Universe. I was fascinated by the photos I saw of UFO’s and knew that humanity was unaware of something outrageously amazing flying around in the night sky and landed on earth…

I’ve not found any details of this supposed results on the Internet. I would assume that the results have not been published in any peer reviewed scientific journal either hence I would take the “results” with a pinch of salt as they say.
Nevertheless, based on probability, there is definite probability of life elsewhere in the universes.
We are not along in this world. There so many footages and proves that there are other living beings which share our universe but we can’t seem to see it. For example aliens. I believe in Buddha’s teaching that there are other beings living in the near planet of ours.
The skull is a good prove that there are other being but not exactly in human form. I guess we are too bound by our own perception and limited knowledge and therefore do not believe there are other living being. It may not be scientifically proven or must be seen to believe. I believe there are other beings.
We are not lonely no matter how much we think we are. Buddha will always be there for us in times of pain and sorrow. 🙂
I have always believed that there are other “human” in other planets than earth. With the internet and Youtube, more and more of these research and evidence are easily available for us to read and evaluated.
One of my favourite shows is Ancient Aliens, a TV series which talks about the evidence of alien technology left on earth thousands of years ago. To me, many of the thing they presented really make sense. In fact, the evidence are really glaring in some cases.
If we discover how small is earth compare to the entire universe, I think it is safe to say that we should not be the only one living in the universe. It is almost certain that we are not alone. Just that many of us still need the hard proofs to “see” to believe.
I do hope that people of different planet would come in peace when contacting us though. May be I have watched too much sci-fi movies…
Yes, there are ample solid proof that we are not alone! You may ask, who said so? As said in our blog, 2600 years ago, Lord Buddha did emphazised that there are others (whatever you may wish to call them) who are on distant planets that are similar to our mother earth. As published in the U.S, Astronomer’s Journal of Sciences, it is said that discoveries of strange planets in the faraway Solar system that contains not one sun, but three of them, are not extraordinary nowadays to be discovered. Very recently, it was announced by an international team of US Astronomers, on the discovery of a strange planet in a faraway solar system that contains not one sun, but three of them! Imagine such a planet where you’d either experience constant daylight, or enjoy triple sunrises or sunsets each day, depending on the seasons, which may happen to last longer than human lifetimes, as according to a statement from the University of Arizona, which led this Astronomy Team. It is said that this cosmic body is believed to be relatively young, about 16 million years old, which makes it the youngest planets discovered outside our solar system to date. It seems its “mass” is believed to be four times that of the Gas Giant Jupiter, which is our solar system’s largest planet. I personally like to imagine all our human activities, including science, are truly living altogether in one World. Scientific communities, of course, play a vital important role in this connected World! Today scientists enjoy greater respect and trust within the society. We respectfully appeal to them to continue serving the well-being of humanity well at this juncture, so as to make this a better world for everyone to live! Thank you very much.
It is always fascinating to know that we are not alone in this universe.
All the story lines and plots from sci-fi movies.. we need to have or know something to be able to produce those movies, right? I don’t think our limited knowledge will allow such creativity, unless supported by findings or facts.
We are always so intrigued by life “out there”. If we can live on Earth, definitely there is another “Earth” in the universe. Or maybe we can be like the movie “Man In Black”, living in a locker that we think is our whole world already!
Lord Buddha has omniscient and transcended mind, thus what he says will definitely be true, since he said there are lives outside our planet.
For the beings found in Paracas, we can only ask.. why stay on Earth with us then.. and not now? Are they hiding? Or our planet became unlivable for them?

I am fascinating about how the people able to create other being look like besides human in the movie or story book. During my youth, I always ask is there really other living being in other planet? Is this how they should look like, big dark eyes, tall bulgy head, long tinny arms and leg with 3 fingers?
I believed they have the source of information gathered or some areas had been sighted before by humans. The best part is even Buddha Shakyamuni says and recorded in Lotus Sutra that “Other Beings” listen to discourse given by Lord Buddha himself.

We are not alone!
The chances of the human species and only the planet Earth support life are very low indeed considering how immense the universe is. Our Sun is only one of estimated 200 billion to 400 billion stars in our galaxy, The Milky Way and our galaxy is only one of the 100 billion to 200 billion galaxy in the known Universe.
Put it another way, they are more stars in the Universe than sand grains on the entire Earth. So, is it logical to claim that life exist on only a single sand grain that we randomly pick up?
In the sutras, the Buddha has spoken 2600 years, He referred to the billions worlds that has human beings. Interestingly, this means that all intelligent life are also humanoids. Not Jabba The Hut types of beings.
I quote anthropologists,
“For intelligent life to develop, it is ore likely that the species, are not too strong or weak, stand upright, have stereoscopic vision, opposing thumbs and the capability of abstract thought and communication.”
The Paracas skulls sure fit this description.
Considering the immensity of the universe, it is no wonder that other living beings exist. Human beings are definitely not alone. The findings of Paracas Elongated Skulls matches what was often described vividly by people who sighted extraterrestrial beings. The Paracas Skulls may well be the remains of a species of extraterrestrial beings who found themselves in our environment 3,000 years ago. Buddha had mentioned about life form in other planetary in his teachings. After thousands of years trying to prove their existence, we now have the proof. Perhaps we can start to spend more time in searching among Buddha’s scripture to see how we can get along with the extraterrestrial beings. We may make unexpected discovery.

Shakymuni Buddha’s teachings are stainless and without fault and at the end is of the ultimate truth. Scientists with growing awareness and historical findings prove to us over and over again the Minds of the Buddhas are limitless and see the Past, Present and Future. Yet we in Samara understand not this ultimate truth of nothingness and entrapped in all our delusions.
Amazing that with faith in the Dharma, we limited beings will have the opportunity to have a limitless open mind, the entry to the path of enlightenment.
Let us not be restricted by our perception and narrow mindedness. That is the reason why Buddhism leads us to enlightenment whereby we are free of all mind limitations.
The greatest beauty of this post is our Guru’s wish for us to understand and relate our lives to the Dharma in more aspects than just praying.

Thank you for sharing this article with us. The historical Buddha had already told us that in his world there are much more different planes of existence and worlds. But yet, there are alot of people believe that we are the only one in the universe. We are so heavily bounded by our own perception that we can’t accept the truth spoken by the Lord buddha. However, lord Buddha had proven himself right again and again when our technology finally caught up.
