Quiet and unassuming, on first appearance David Lai does not come across as a person who has paranormal experiences.
As they say however, looks can be deceiving and David’s stories prove that paranormal experiences can happen to anyone at any time.

We are not alone after-all. Spirits or unseen beings is everywhere. There are many different types of spirits around us, unseen to the naked eyes. A majority of people are believers in the existence of some kind of spiritual being. I do believe they do exist. Experiencing their existing in our sleep is scary some sort what happened to Pastor David. Many of us usually experience of feeling like we being touched or feeling pressure on their chest. It’s like something or someone is holding them down. Interesting read this paranormal experienced by Pastor David.

Dear Rinpoche, when I asked my dad why can’t all humans touch spirits except maybe for high lamas and most of the spirits have the ability to touch us. My dad replied he doesn’t know how the spirits develop these kinds of supernatural powers because this was one of the many paranormal questions that my dad didn’t ask Rinpoche about it. Dear Rinpoche, can Rinpoche please tell me the answer? I really want to know how these spirits obtain these powers. Thank You
David, your stories was really really terrifying , I think I am going to have a nightmare when I sleep tonight. But there is a little funny part, why every time when David was about to sleep or sleeping the “thing” will go and disturb David. Isn’t it weird David? And I also feel very sorry for you. I hope this will not happen to anyone anymore
Hi David, I had a similar slap experience like yours, back in 7 years. That incident really ticked my nerve! How possible that it happened during day time? I was bringing my daughter to take a nap, maybe around 2pm? Soon after I lay down, about 2 minutes. Someone slap on my left cheek. I knew it’s a men, the hand is big and rough. The funny thing is, I can’t see it. That was a Chinese ghost month… What had I done that “he” wanted to slap me? Anyone could tell?
I had an experience similar to David’s when I was a high school student, for whatever reason that day I slept on the couch instead of my bed. I heard a loud crackling sound. It was really loud. I think I prayed in my mind then it stopped and I woke up.
