Never Seen Before Footage of Dorje Shugden Oracles | 从未曝光的多杰雄登神谕片段

The word “oracle” is used by Tibetans to refer to formless beings, whether mundane and enlightened, that enter certain chosen men and women who act as a medium between Man and Divinity. The medium is known as ‘kuten’, which literally means “the physical basis”. In Tibet, oracles have played an important part in religion and government for centuries. Even today, His Holiness the Dalai Lama as well as the Tibetan government in exile is known to consult the Nechung Oracle, as well as the Gadong and Tenma Oracles for official state matters.
Another oracle the 14th Dalai Lama and past Dalai Lamas revered and sought divine counsel of is the Dorje Shugden oracle. The Dorje Shugden oracle was at one time prior to the Tibetan government’s unexplained and unpopular ban of the Shugden practice, one of the most trusted deities that was consulted via an oracular monk. Dorje Shugden is widely regarded as the wrathful form of the Bodhisattva Manjushri, and is the deity that His Eminence the 25th Tsem Rinpoche has always had a close and special connection with.
These videos contain rare and never-seen-before footage of oracular monks who mysteriously took spontaneous trance in the presence of Tsem Rinpoche. In 2009, Rinpoche went on an impromptu visit to a monastery that Rinpoche just happened to stumble upon during Rinpoche’s visit to Tibet. No one in the monastery, called Nemo Gyelche, knew who Rinpoche was then. However, as Rinpoche was making a khata offering at the monastery’s Protector chapel, one of the monks present went into a spontaneous trance of Dorje Shugden and greeted Rinpoche in an incredibly warm and impassioned way that surprised everyone.
That would not be the only time Dorje Shugden oracles would go into euphoric frenzy in the presence of Tsem Rinpoche. On a separate occasion, when Rinpoche was in a hotel in Lhasa, it came to known that Rinpoche was there. The Sera Monastery oracle-in-training, the changtso (liaison) of His Eminence of Denma Gonsa Rinpoche and a few other monks waited for hours to have audience with Rinpoche. And it was during this audience that the Protector Dorje Shugden suddenly entered the oracle-monk who again became the physical intercessor for an enlightened being to show his great affection for Tsem Rinpoche.
What ensued was a moving and tender exchange between two supreme and numinous beings, each entreating the other in a divine conspiracy to bring Dharma to the world.
Dorje Shugden’s affection for Tsem Rinpoche is palpable and bears witness to the relationship and closeness the great Protector invites us to have with him. It is an affirmation that the key to Dorje Shugden’s heart is not any amount of gold but the simple and sincere practice of obeisance to the Guru, faith in the Protector, and a mind ready to be shaped by the holy Dharma.

In this incredible video, we will see a number of segments that come together to cover various aspects of the oracular tradition and tell the story of Dorje Shugden closeness to Tsem Rinpoche.
1. The video opens with extraordinary footage of Tsem Rinpoche self-arising as the all-powerful Buddha Yamantaka, to clear the speech and heart channels of the Sera Oracle. This is done at the request of Dorje Shugden himself, who has taken trance in the oracle.
2. Then we see that how the supramundane communion between Lama and the Divine (as reflected in Rinpoche’s relationship with Dorje Shugden) is an established tradition within Tibetan Buddhism with a long history. The oracles, through which the deities enter and speak, have been relied upon by everyone from high lamas to ordinary practitioners, for many centuries. The tradition of consulting oracles is therefore an established institution and an important part of Tibetan spiritual practice.
In the 17th Century, the practice of consulting oracles was established as an institution when Nechung was installed as a State Oracle. The unique function of the State Oracle is to advise the Tibetan government on state affairs. Here we see the Nechung Oracle taking trance in Lhasa before 1959. The ceremony to invoke him is elaborate, and shows how important this ritual is within spiritual life.
3. We then see scenes of Dharamsala and the Oracles that His Holiness the Dalai Lama consults – the Nechung Oracle, the Gadong Oracle and the Tseringma Oracle. As we can see, the reliance on oracles is not limited to a particular deity. Many Buddhas and Protectors are relied upon for their advice. The Dalai Lama’s reliance on oracles reflects it is a widespread and established practice.
4. Footage is then presented demonstrating the oracular tradition in Pomra Khangtsen of Sera Mey Monastery before the 1996 religious embargo. We see the current Panglung Oracle who is the 7th in line of one of Tibet’s established oracle institutions that takes trance of Dorje Shugden and other deities. The ceremony is elaborate and demonstrates that this is an important occasion for one of Tibetan Buddhism’s most well-known monasteries. This goes to show that the Oracle is accepted by the whole monastery and is able to take trance even before the presence of attained high lamas, Geshes and the other members of the Sangha.
Similar scenes are seen in present day Serpom Monastery in India.
5. Then we see the special relationship between Tsem Rinpoche and the Protector Dorje Shugden, as witnessed in Nemo Gyelche Monastery when an oracle monk spontaneously took trance of Dorje Shugden. This segment opens with the Dorje Shugden embracing Rinpoche tightly reflecting the spiritual communion between Dorje Shugden and Tsem Rinpoche. This close bond between deity and lama reflects Rinpoche’s clean samaya (teacher-disciple relationship) and supreme intention to spread the Dharma.
6. The next segment takes place in a hotel in Lhasa. During a visit to Tibet in 2009, a group of monks including Denma Gonsa’s changtso (liaison) and an oracle monk-in-training had an audience with His Eminence the 25th Tsem Rinpoche in his hotel. Dorje Shugden took spontaneous trance in the oracle monk-in-training and greeted Rinpoche in a manner similar to the oracle at Nemo Gyelche Monastery.
Dorje Shugden entered and left the oracle a number of times, at which point Rinpoche arose as the Yidam (meditational deity) Yamantaka and invoked Dorje Shugden to enter the oracle, to prolong the trance session. Towards the end, Dorje Shugden worked together with Rinpoche to clear and bless the psychic channels of the oracle. During this process the oracle is seen hitting his chest to clear the energy channels. Dorje Shugden also requests Rinpoche to bless the oracle’s speech and heart channels to ensure that future trances are smoother and for the oracle to have a clear ability to speak. During the trance, Rinpoche made extensive and powerful aspirations to Dorje Shugden via the oracle for the Dharma to grow, for a learning institution to arise in Malaysia and for the efficacious Vajrayogini lineage to be proliferated, among others.
7. Finally, we see Dorje Shugden in Wisdom Hall, Kechara Forest Retreat where the centuries-old tradition of oracles taking trance continues – 700 people witnessed Dorje Shugden’s vajra-dance to clear obstacles, and to show approval and support for Rinpoche’s Dharma work.

Divination (‘mo’) Text by Dorje Shugden
This is an important divination (‘mo’) text composed by Dorje Shugden himself. Dorje Shugden took trance of the Choyang Dulzin oracle lama, the senior oracle of Gaden Shartse Monastery, and instantly on the spot composed this text within two hours.
The divination text contains information on how to use dice to do divination for the future and is known to be highly accurate. When practitioners use this text, they will be in direct contact with Dorje Shugden to get answers to questions about the future. It is for those who have good samaya with Dorje Shugden and are free of the eight worldly dharmas to be of benefit to others in divining the future.

Very rare and precious video , to see how much affection between our Lama and Dorje Shugden was. Its not planned and of a sudden , during Rinpoche visit to that monastery and hotel, Dorje Shugden taking trance . According to the practices of Tibetan Buddhism, there are several ways to induce the trance state including dancing and music. But this was different as Rinpoche was at the monastery, a monk sudden went into trance . In the hotel an oracle monk-in-training took spontaneous trance too. While in trance, Dorje Shugden suddenly entered the oracle-monk in both occasion. Its a blessing able to see the oracles from the video.

另外一次,在拉萨市的宾馆内,多杰雄登护法也突然降神在一个实习神谕身上,请求仁波切给这位神谕加持,好让他将来降神更顺利,而仁波切也为他打通了喉轮和心轮。这里显示了上师跟护法之间的相互信任与亲切互动,也显示护法对仁波切的高度敬重。
而另外一个画面则是证明多杰雄登护法修持曾经是主流,他不仅在西藏大型传统寺院寺院里降神,且我们还可从视频上看到那场降神仪式十分庄重和讲究,这就足以推翻西藏政府所谓的多杰雄登只是个非正式小修持之说。继而证明多杰雄登禁令的存在基础本身就是荒谬的。
The tradition of oracles is still very alive and beneficial for many beings. Hope this tradition can carry on benefitting sentient beings for a very very long time still in the future.
Dorje Shugden Taking Trance in Peaceful Form
This video has two parts. The first part was filmed in Gaden Shartse Monastery in Mundgod, Karnataka State, South India, and the second part was filmed in Europe.
In the past, Gaden Monastery was home to a very well-known and extremely powerful oracle by the name of Choyang Duldzin Kuten. He was the official oracle of Gaden Monastery and a layman. He was not learned in the Sutras or Tantras, yet he served the monastery very well in his capacity as an oracle.
He took trance of various powerful Dharma Protectors of the Tibetan Buddhist pantheon, such as Kache Marpo, Namkar Barzin, Dorje Shugden and Setrap. In Dorje Shugden’s case, he took trance of both the peaceful and wrathful forms of Dorje Shugden.
As everyone knows, Dorje Shugden arose when a very high lama by the name of Tulku Drakpa Gyaltsen, who lived during the time of H.H. the 5th Dalai Lama, took rebirth as a Dharma Protector in order to fulfill the vow he had made in one of his previous lives. This vow was to become a Protector of the Buddhadharma in general and the path of Lama Tsongkhapa specifically. During his lifetime, Tulku Drakpa Gyaltsen was known as a renowned logician, debater, teacher and Mahasiddha. As a result of holding his vows, he achieved high states of spiritual attainment.
When Dorje Shugden takes trance in a fully trained oracle, he can appear in two distinct forms, allowing others to not only receive his blessings in person but also free themselves from the emotional baggage that exists today.
In his peaceful form, he appears dressed in the clothes of a high lama. Kyabje Pabongka Rinpoche has mentioned this clearly. For Dorje Shugden’s peaceful form, the oracle wears the golden hat of Lama Tsongkhapa and the three robes of a fully ordained monk. While in trance, he speaks like a human would to another human. It is only when Dorje Shugden is entering the oracle and when he is leaving that we see a visible change. At all other times in between, he speaks very smoothly and very calmly. He is able to give initiations, perform rituals and prayers, answer questions clairvoyantly and also do purifications.
For Dorje Shugden’s wrathful form, the oracle wears the wrathful regalia of a high level Dharma Protector. He is not able to remain long in this state due to the wrathful nature of this emanation.
In this video, you will see the famous Gaden Shartse oracle Choyang Duldzin Kuten, who was authorised and blessed by Kyabje Trijang Dorje Chang and Kyabje Zong Dorje Chang to be the official oracle of Dorje Shugden. Here you can see him taking trance in the Gyelchen Tenkhang, which was built by Kyabje Zong Rinpoche.
There are many lamas, students and disciples seeking audience, blessings and advice from Dorje Shugden in his peaceful form. You’ll see Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche’s personal attendant Kungo Palden-la, Gangchen Rinpoche and Tsem Rinpoche in attendance.
During the 2nd part of the video, you will see Dorje Shugden taking trance. At [23:34], you can see the Protector entering the oracle as he is invoked. At [33:09], you will see him leaving the oracle after giving advice and blessings to all. As he leaves, he makes prayers for everyone to achieve Bodhicitta.

We are very fortunate to be able to watch these precious video of Dorje Shugden taking trance when Rinpoche was in the monastery and hotel. That shows how close the relationship of Rinpoche with Dorje Shugden. Taking trance in Tibetan Buddhism is very different from what we normally see in the Taoism lineage. An oracle is a sangha member who are specially trained otherwise the holy beings are not able to enter the oracle. Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this precious footage to all of us.
Dislike the Nechung Oracle, which taking trance of unenlightened beings, Nechung was a local spirit which was tamed by Padmasambhava, and bound by oath to become the protector Tibet. In the other hand, Dorje Shugden was the emanation of Manjushri, the Buddha of wisdom. Dorje Shugden arose from a lineage of highly attained masters who have been taking rebirth successively in order to proliferate the Buddhadharma and benefit sentient beings. The teachings of Dorje Shugden has been passed down from H.H Kyabje Pabongka Rinpoche, H.H Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche, H.H Kyabje Zong Rinpoche
and to the current H.E. the 25th Tsem Rinpoche. Tracing the lineage between Guru and disciple is a very important aspect of the Buddhist teachings and these proves that this lineage is authentic.
Mantras are sacred verbalized words that invoke the protection and blessings of the deity to whom the mantra is ascribed. Mantras are also the manifestations of Buddhas in the form of ‘sounds’, hence the various mantras of Dorje Shugden contain the essence of the Protector.

In general Tibet has produced many powerful methods for the growth of our spiritual evolution. Dorje Shugden is an angel, a saint, a powerful spiritual protector-warrior who originated 350 years ago when a highly awakened Tibetan Lama fulfilled his vows to become a special being to grant protection, wisdom, material needs, safety when travelling (normal and astral travel) and spiritual awakening. Both the Great 5th Dalai Lama and the current His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama composed short yet effective prayers to invoke upon the power and blessings of this special saint and protector. One can recite either one of the prayers that you feel suits you, anytime or even daily. When you feel a special need for help, you can recite either prayer anytime. When you are feeling down, afraid or just need a blessing, you can recite them. After reciting either invocation, it is good to chant the mantra of Dorje Shugden: Om Benza Wiki Bitana Soha.
You do not have to be a Buddhist or practitioner of any religion to invoke upon the blessings and protection of this special enlightened and awakened angel Dorje Shugden. He helps all without discrimination or bias as he is filled with compassion and love. Divinity has no boundaries, they help all who call upon them.

Truly Rinpoche indeed is not just an ordinary monk but a living Buddha. We can see anywhere Rinpoche went, an oracle will be around to take spontaneous trance of Dorje Shugden. All are not arranged or planned. From the footage we can see the warm moments between Rinpoche and the enlightened Protector Dorje Shugden. His Holiness the 10th Panchen Lama
Tibetans commonly refer to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and His Holiness 10th Panchen Lama as the “sun and moon” of Tibetan Buddhism. They are the center of Tibetan Buddhist civilization, which draws to its sphere of influence millions of non-Tibetan practitioners. The Panchen Lama’s incarnation line began with the 16th abbot of Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, Lobsang Chokyi Gyeltsen (1570 – 1662). He was bestowed the title of Panchen Lama by His Holiness the 5th Dalai Lama after being declared as an emanation of Amitabha.
After being given the title, his three previous incarnations were posthumously also bestowed the title, making Lobsang Chokyi Gyeltsen the 4th Panchen Lama. He became a teacher to many Tibetans, Bhutanese and Mongolian religious figures, including His Holiness the 4th and 5th Dalai Lamas, and the 1st Jetsun Dampa of Mongolia. A prolific author, Chokyi Gyeltsen is credited with over a hundred compositions, including a number of commentaries and ritual texts that remain central in the Gelukpa tradition today. Along with his role as a teacher of the Dharma, the Panchen Lamas are usually responsible for the recognition of the rebirths of the Dalai Lamas, and vice versa.
The 10th Panchen Lama, Lobsang Trinley Lhundrub Chokyi Gyeltsen (19 February 1938 – 28 January 1989) continued both the spiritual and political roles of his predecessors. His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, his contemporary, was even heard to say and echo the Panchen Lama’s own words that the Dalai Lama would safeguard Tibet from the outside while the Panchen Lama would safeguard Tibet from the inside, as he never left Tibet after the political troubles of 1959. He was truly loved by the Tibetans, all the way until his passing. When he taught, thousands of people would attend, not only from his own Gelug lineage, but masters and practitioners from all traditions of Tibetan Buddhism.
At his sprawling monastery of Tashi Lhunpo, he has a special chapel specifically dedicated to Dorje Shugden, where prayers and rituals are performed on a daily basis. In his great omniscience the Panchen Lama held Dorje Shugden as the principal Dharma protector of the monastery. He also personally propitiated Dorje Shugden among other Dharma protectors, and even wrote extensive prayers and rituals to Dorje Shugden. These rituals and prayers are contained within his ‘sung bum’ or collected works, which are provided here. As such a great lama, with an erudite and clear understanding of the Buddhist scriptures, a teacher to millions in both Tibet and China, from an established incarnation line and an emanation of the Buddha Amitabha, he could not be mistaken about his practice of Dorje Shugden.
His Holiness 10th Panchen Lama is known for his composition of commentaries and practice texts that are still in use by contemporary Buddhist practitioners both in Tibet and across the world. One of these is a powerful ritual composition propitiating the compassionate Dorje Shugden.
Upon the request by Acharya Lobsang Jangchub to compose a shorter version of the prayer (sadhana) for the exhortation of activities of Dorje Shugden, Panchen Lama immediately composed an abbreviate form of Dorje Shugden’s Kangsol. This text is entitled “Manjunatha’s (Tsongkapa) Lineage protector Dorje Shugden and five forms wrathful propitiations and confessional prayers and fulfilment of activities rites” or “Melodious sound of Accomplishment of the Four Activities” for short. Once the prayers were completed, he had signs and strong feelings that Dorje Shugden has been working hard to protect the Buddhadharma in general and the lineage of Lama Tsongkhapa specifically.
Mirroring the abilities of one of his earlier incarnations, Khedrub Je, a disciple of Lama Tsongkhapa and master of both sutra and tantra, the Panchen Lama used his compositional skill and poetic prowess to create a masterful sadhana. Worthy of note is a praise in which the first letter of each verse is a Tibetan vowel. Such compositions are rarely seen, and have historically only been used when propitiating senior Dharma protectors such as Palden Lhamo and Kalarupa.
The Panchen Lama also stated that while composing the Dorje Shugden sadhana (prayers) he was filled with a sense of happiness and bliss. He ends the composition with not only his official title but his ordination name, Tenzin Trinley Jigme Choje Wangchuk, endorsing the validity of his work. He composed the sadhana in his own Tashi Lhunpo monastery while in the Hall of Clear Light and Bliss.

Dorje Shugden is a powerful protector deity who is also an emanation of Manjushri, a wisdom bestowing Buddha. Therefore, he has great ability to help us to progress further on the spiritual path. He does this by helping us to overcome obstacles and problems for the modern individual.
Due to his enlightened nature, Dorje Shugden is able to manifest 32 deities and within the same abode resides Setrap and Kache Marpo:-
1. 5 Dorje Shugden families or emanations. They consists of the following:-
– Dulzin Dorje Shugden, which performs activities to eliminate inner and outer obstacles.
– Shize, which performs activities to pacify all illnesses and disease.
– Gyenze, which performs activities to increase all desirable material and spiritual wealth.
– Wangze, which performs activities to control difficult people and circumstances.
– Trakze, which performs activities to wrathfully eliminate all insurmountable obstacles and life-threatening situations.
2. 9 Mothers. They represent protection of the five senses and developing control of the four elements. These are all attributes that signify their ability to assist tantric practitioners with their higher meditations.
3. 8 Guiding Monks. They represent the Eight Great Bodhisattvas (Avalokitesvara, Manjushri, Vajrapani, Samantabhadra, Maitreya, Kshitigarbha, Akashagarbha, Sarva-nivarana-viskambini) and they bring about the growth of the Dharma, through the Sangha, Dharma practitioners and Dharma establishments.
4. 10 Youthful & Wrathful Attendants. They represent the ten wrathful attendants to avert inner and outer obstacles. They are beings who are from Mongolia, China, Kashmir, India, Bengali, etc.
5. Setrap. He is a senior Dharma Protector from India and an emanation of Amitabha Buddha. He had enthroned Dorje Shugden as an authentic Dharma Protector. Therefore, he also resides within the same mandala of Dorje Shugden.
6. Kache Marpo. He is not an emanation of Dorje Shugden but he is still an enlightened Dharma Protector in his own right. He was originally known as Tsiu Marpo of Samye Monastery. However, he has placed himself under the service of Dorje Shugden as his chief minister, performing many activities in order to protect and benefit practitioners. Therefore, he stands guard at the main entrance of Dorje Shugden’s mandala. He often takes trance of qualified mediums to speak.
7. Namkar Barzin. He is the reincarnation of an old Mongolian monk and when he passed away in Phari area of Tibet, his spirit was placed as a powerful assistant of Dorje Shugden. He guards and protects buildings and great institutions especially those that benefit others. He rides on a mythical Gyaling animal that resembles a goat but with scales.
These sacred images are available on *Vajrasecrets. They are made of high quality alloy and are one of a kind. They are based on the lineage of His Holiness Panchen Rinpoche’s monastery, Tashilhunpo in Shigatse, Tibet. In fact, the iconography of these statues are based on detailed photographs taken by H. E. This is a powerful picture of Geshe Tsultrim Gyeltsen, Kensur Kyabje Lati Rinpoche and the current incarnation of Trijang Rinpoche meeting together in the year 2000 when Trijang Rinpoche was 18. All three lamas are Dorje Shugden practitioners. In fact Geshe Tsultrim Gyeltsen was the one that first encouraged my practice of Dorje Shugden when I was 16 years old when I joined his beautiful Thubten Dhargye Ling centre in Los Angeles. I lived with Geshe Tsultrim Gyeltsen for 8 years before proceeding to Gaden Monastery in South India. Later Kyabje Zong Rinpoche came to our Los Angeles centre and granted sogtae (permission ceremony) to practice Dorje Shugden for life as requested by Geshe Tsultrim Gyeltsen. Geshe Tsultrim Gyeltsen had tremendous faith in Trijang Rinpoche. Kyabje Lati Rinpoche was innovative, dedicated and very much focused on bringing dharma to many. He had tremendous faith in Dorje Shugden as I had the honour to meet him many times. He would seek advice from Dorje Shugden many times via the oracle of Gaden Monastery. Geshe Tsultrim Gyeltsen and Kensur Kyabje Lati Rinpoche have since passed away while the current Trijang Rinpoche is a perfect lineage holder and practitioner of Dharma while he keeps Dorje Shugden as his personal protector as he has done so for many lifetimes. This is a powerful and beautiful picture of three great lamas of Buddha’s lineage and also of Gaden Monastery.

I have noticed Tsem Rinpoche has a very good relationship with Dorje Shugden, wherever Rinpoche resides or visit, there is always a Dorje Shugden oracle will manifest. When Tsem Rinpoche visited Tibet during 2009 on an undercover trip, there are few spontaneous trance taking by the Oracle, and the Oracle has go forward paying respect to Rinpoche, as Tsem Rinpoche is an attained Buddhist Master. While on trance, one of the junior Oracle even requested Tsem Rinpoche to bless his body so that all his channel is cleanse, purified and is open. I have witness this myself.
After over 20 years of anti-Dorje Shugden propaganda, many people are beginning to see past the false rhetoric to see the divine goodness of the Protector. Trode Khangsar Chapel in Lhasa, Tibet
Over 400 years ago a great and learned lama Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen was famed in Mongolia, Tibet, Nepal and China for being very saintly and compassionate. He resided in his residence (Zimkhang Gongma Ladrang) in Drepung Monastery. His root guru was H.H. the Omniscient 4th Panchen Lama and his close dharma brother was the 5th Dalai Lama.
The 5th Dalai Lama and Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen had a very close and dharmic relationship and often went to receive teachings together from the 4th Panchen Lama. They were close in age. They both became very learned and well known. During this time, the Dalai Lama was enthroned as a Dharma King of Tibet. But more people went to see Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen for teachings, initiations and divinations. This made the attendants of the 5th Dalai Lama feel threatened that Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen’s fame might usurp the power of the 5th Dalai Lama. So they had a khata forced down his throat. At that moment, Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen dissolved his psychic winds and generated the wish to be a great guardian of Buddha and Tsongkapa’s teachings. As his consciousness dissolved, he entered ‘bardo’ as a dharma protector of the highest order (jikten depey sungma). Many signs were seen throughout Lhasa at this time and the earth was said to have shaken in Lhasa. This event was already predicted to Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen’s previous incarnation when he was one of the 8 main disciples of Lord Tsongkapa the Supreme Master and he served Tsongkapa directly by building Gaden Monastery.
When the 5th Dalai Lama heard what his scheming and power-hungry attendants had done, he was very distressed. He was very sorry Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen was murdered and dishonored as he was a great dharma master. The 5th Dalai Lama composed an apology to Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen. In Lhasa, tens of thousands gathered for the cremation of Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen’s holy body. During the cremation, the 5th Dalai Lama’s apology was read out at which flames spontaneously arose from the body of Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen commencing the cremation. From the body, during cremation, a powerful whirlwind of smoke tunneled into the sky for all to see as this was an indication Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen’s consciousness has arisen as the Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden. The Dharma Protector Setrap immediately recognized this new protector Dorje Shugden and ‘enthroned’ him as a powerful Dharma Protector in the realm of the Buddhas. From this, Setrap and Dorje Shugden are closely connected and very close working hand in hand always. After the cremation, the great 5th Dalai Lama built a Dorje Shugden chapel on the spot the cremation took place and named it Trode Khangsar. The 5th Dalai Lama commissioned the statue of Dorje Shugden in this chapel and had monks installed in the chapel to do continuous propitiations to Dorje Shugden. Trode Khangsar Chapel was a commemoration to Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen who was wronged and also a celebration of his consciousness arising as the World Peace Peace Protector Dorje Shugden.
This Trode Khangsar Chapel still exists now in Lhasa where many make pilgrimages there. It is in good condition and was recently renovated. It is over 400 years old and a testimony to the respect the Great 5th Dalai Lama had to Tulku Drakpa Gyeltsen who arose as Dorje Shugden.
I have visited this holy chapel in Lhasa years back. I’ve never heard of it till I was in Lhasa and by chance, I was told about it which I was happy to visit. I could not find the place but strangely a bunch of pilgrims from Amdo told me they would show me how to get there in Lhasa.
This short video is a short clip of this holy Trode Khangsar Chapel in Lhasa today commemorating Dorje Shugden, built by the great 5th Dalai Lama. This is truly amazing and eye opening video. It really shows that H.E. Tsem Rinpoche is a highly attained Lama and should be highly respected as one. Thank you Martin and Rinpoche for allowing this rare profound footage to be aired to the public more so for our benefits. I have not been in Kechara long enough to give this a spiritual viewpoint but from the video footage itself shows Rinpoche’s tenderness, a bond of love and trust never separated by time, a display of spiritual kinship if I may add that I never been seen before.
It is a privilege beyond words to witness such a touching memorable event between Rinpoche and our dharma protector and very timely for it to appear now because of the so many unfounded lies unsubstantiated by any concrete evidence instituted against Dorje Shugden. I pray and hope that those who still have doubts in the relationship between Rinpoche and our dharma protector would perhaps be erased and put behind us forever.
It has now opened a new chapter for all kecharians to stand tall, head high and that we would now not bow down to pressures of any kind and we would ward off any poison thrown onto our paths about our dharma protector and Rinpoche.

It’s amazing to see oracle took trance of Dorje Shugden and greet H.E. the 25th Tsem Tulku Rinpoche in Nemo Gyelche Monastery. That showed a very close relationship between the protector and the lama. The protector was very please with Rinpoche, who has been using his whole life to serve the Dharma whole heartedly.
Again, the oracle-in-training came all the way and waited for hours to seek for Rinpoche’s blessings to open up his speech and heart channel. It showed that Rinpoche has the extra ordinary attainment to do so. That came from Rinpoche’s pure samaya, strong devotion and has been holding his vows purely. Rinpoche never stop benefiting others any where anytime.
Through Rinpoche’s kindness, 2015 July, the Oracle Panglung Kuten took trance in Kechara Forest Retreat, Bentong, Pahang, Malaysia. That was really an amazing experience to be able to receive teaching directly from the divine.
I always thought that the relationship between my lama, Tsem Tulku Rinpoche and DorjeShugden was extraordinary closer then the norm. I was very fortunate to witness a few audiences in other centres and monasteries over the past 8 years with other lamas and I have not seen anything so warm and close between any lama and my protector.
It is evident that Tsem Rinpoche has a very close relationship with Dorje Shugden. It is amazing that wherever Rinpoche went, an oracle will be around to take spontaneous trance of Dorje Shugden. This shows that Rinpoche is a pure monk with clean guru samaya who’s only focus is to spread and protect the Buddhadharma under Lama Tsongkhapa’s tradition.
Another point that stood out for me in the video is how Rinpoche arose as Yamantaka and instructed Dorje Shugden to take trance. If Rinpoche is not an accomplished practitioner, there is no way that Dorje Shugden would have listened.

It’s amazing to see how Tsem Rinpoche having a very close relationship with Dorje Shugden via the oracles. This relationship not only started over decades, but many life times working hand in hand to benefit others.
The same protector that took trance in a hotel room in year 2009, took trance again in year 2015 in a place he has promised to help. The amazing growth of Kechara from a shop lots to a few shop lots combined, from various departments to a Dharma palace of Kechara Forest Retreat; without a powerful divine assistant, it’s very rare to achieve in such speed.
And from the video we can see Rinpoche is a highly attained master, who can bless the oracle requested by Dorje Shugden. This rare visitor to Tibet is unusual, no wonder the oracle travel 3 hours just to meet Rinpoche.

By watching the video of Dorje Shugden oracle footage, we can see H.E.Tsem Rinpochehad are very close relationship with protector through the oracle who can take trance of lord Dorje Shugden. It is protector show his respect and affection to the truth lama who are sincere serving others for many life time. H.E. Tsem Rinpoche also giving the blessing to the trainee monk oracle have the clear speech at the future. It also show how close relationship and samaya to his protector and guru.
It’s definitely blessed to watch these videos and also for people who witnessed the Oracle took trances of few of the great Dharma Protectors in Kechara Forest Retreat, Pahang @ Malaysia. I can feel the energy from just watching the videos. I cannot imagine how would it feel if I was blessed enough to be there physically.
I wish Chojela the Oracle of the great Dharma Protector, Dorje Shugden, will come back to Malaysia to bless us and turn the wheel of Dharma.

The video is really done nicely!! I have always been interested in seeing oracles take trance and give advice. They are ‘mysterious’ and at the same time amazing!
I love the parts where Rinpoche is always greeted no matter where He goes, showing that Rinpoche indeed is not just an ordinary monk. It always seen through Rinpoche’s strong Guru devotion, kindness, love, care, wisdom and compassion.
From what I see, the relationship between Dorje Shugden and Rinpoche goes way back. Especially when Dorje Shugden took trance in Kechara Forest Retreat and gave valuable advice to all of us. This shows that whatever Rinpoche is doing, there is no doubt that Rinpoche is doing for the Dharma to grow and the benefit of many and that is why Dorje Shugden chose to come to Kechara Forest Retreat.
I heard before that the Dharma Protector will always show deep respect to true Guru. Being an Dharma protector thier duty is to protect the Dharma, and the guru are to teach and turn the wheel of Dharma. By the way the Protector showed His affectionate towards Tsem Rinpoche through the oracle, we can know that Tsem Rinpoche is a true Guru. And by protecting the Guru, the Protector is fulfilling His duty of protecting the Dharma.
To many of us what we saw on these videos may seems like hocus pocus but to Tibetan Buddhism the tradition and ritual of oracles practice is unquestionable and as common as sunrise and sunset.
These videos are very intriguing and educational though not easy to accustom to for those of us who did not grow up witnessing these events.
From this articles obviously we can see the close relationship between Tsem Rinppoche and Dorje Shugden. How can an enlightened being to be so happy to meet somone, one must be a sincere person with clean samaya and great devotion. Tsem Rinpoche definitely have these qualities and this is the best reminder for us. In order for us to be close with the protector we must embrace this quality. What we are before is a past but for now and our future we need to change and transform from now. We can create a good relationship with our protector now and conitnue to do what is beneficial for others because that is what protector has been doing and this is also the way for us to collect more merits in order for the protector to help us.
On of the point that show Tsem Rinpoche attainment is when Dorje Shugden requets Rinpoche to bless the oracle’s speech and heart channels. The enlightened being able to see one attainment and when Rinpoche blessed the oracle it shows obviously Rinpoche quality.
When come to Kechara Forest Retreat, the oracle took trance of Dorje Shugden and the protector was so happy. This can be witness from how long the oracle stay in trance and the enlightened protector even gave dharma teaching which is very rare. This also show that the people in Kechara together with the Guru has done the right thing to benefit many people and this please the protector very much.
May this tradition of consulting oracles continue to our future generation for more people to be benefited.

再看这视频时,看到多杰雄登亲切和激动的方式向仁波切致敬,无需多说,这已证明了第廿五世詹杜固仁波切不是一般的僧人, 因当时仁波切是以一个普通的访客到访及没有预先的安排,而多杰雄登却自发性降神于在场的其中一位僧人,多杰雄登是文殊菩萨的化身,所以当多杰雄登对第廿五世詹杜固仁波切致敬的方式说明了上师本身非常清净的三昧耶,以及利他的菩提心。

Dorje Shugden also shows Rinpoche a lot of affection through the Panglung Kuten. I gather that it means that Rinpoche has a very close affinity to Dorje Shugden.
The oracles have served Tibet in many ways over the centuries. From political matters to commercial purposes to social affairs, oracles have been a part of the lives of Tibetan people. Perhaps in the the guidance of holy beings like them that Tibet still stands today despite its state of being stateless. Despite being in exile, Tibet has found a way to strive and even flourish. I believe strongly that this is by the kindness and wisdom of the holy beings who connect to us through these oracles.

The rare footage is so precious for it is the monument of how powerful and erudite our Guru is. It is evidential that His Eminence the 25th Tsem Rinpoche is indeed a living Buddha. I am completely at awe. The special relationship between Rinpoche and the enlightened Protector Dorje Shugden is witnessed in several occasions throughout this footage. And it is our great fortune to have met Kechara and be connected to Rinpoche to receive all the blessing and protection from Dorje Shugden.
Thank you Rinpoche for the great compassion and patience to be here again and again to guide us towards the light. Rinpoche gave us all methods and protections including the great Dorje Shugden practice to ensure that we do not sway in our path to enlightenment, we must cherish it wholeheartedly and repay Rinpoche’s kindness by working towards the removal of ban on Shugden.

1) Oracles have played an important part in religion and government in Tibet for centuries, every until today.
2) Prior to the Tibetan government’s unexplained and unpopular ban of the Shugden practice, DS was one of the most trusted deities that was consulted via an oracular monk
3) Dorje Shugden is widely regards as the wrathful Bodhisattva Manjushri and is the deity that Rinpoche has always had a close and special connection with and Dorje Shugden will take spontaneous trance in oracles to greet
4) Rinpoche. Rinpoche can arise as the Yidam and invoked Dorje Shugden. Rinpoche can work together with Dorje Shugden to clear and bless the psychic channel of the oracle. Dorje Shugden requested Rinpoche to bless the oracle to ensure that future trances are smoother for the oracle.
5) At the end of the video, Rinpoche made extensive and powerful aspirations to Dorje Shugden via the oracle for the Dharma to grow, for a learning institution to arise in Malaysia and for the efficacious Vajrayogini lineage to be proliferated, among others. That is the word that came to my mind when i see the footage
1) The protector know H.E Tsem Rinpoche visiting the temple!

From these actions. Truly, H.E Tsem Rinpoche is a very highly attained beings. Yet, H.E is always humble. As a Rinpoche, H.E can make a very official request to visit to the temple. and get super VVIP treats from the temple, but, Rinpoche go quietly and do not reveal who he is. Rinpoche just want to go there to pray and taught the students on the holy places. Until the Protector Dorje Shugden came and greet Rinpoche, people then realize a High Lama is there.
I am so touched to view the interaction between Rinpoche and Dorje Shugden. I am so touched to watch Rinpoche self-arising as Yamantaka to help clear the oracle’s channel. To me, it is like 2 highly attain being helping to clear the obstacle of getting dharma and blessed us into the mandala of Manjushri.
To be an oracle needs a lot of training, self discipline, retreats. With Rinpoche’s help, no doubt the channels of the oracles are cleared and ready to serve the dharma.
Come to think about having a Guru like Rinpoche. What have i done in my previous life to be able to meet with such highly attained master. I thanks Rinpoche for His compassion to came to this world, going through so much suffering, so many challenges, and Rinpoche still taught us about dharma patiently. Show us the path to enlightenment. And also taught us with great wisdom; brought dharma to us in most simple way, a dharma that suitable in this era.
I pray, may I never be parted with Rinpoche and be under H.E Tsem Rinpoche’s mandala life after life until i could reach attainment.

When Rinpoche first showed us this video, I did not know what to make of what I saw. And then it stroke me that it was a heartwarming and powerful meeting between two old friends of many centuries. The trances were spontaneous without prior arrangements, lavish offerings or costumes.
What stroke me the most was Rinpoche’s devotion and commitment in fulfilling his promise to Kyabje Zong Rinpoche. Despite all difficulties and the Dorje Shugden ban, Rinpoche has never once given up but continue to pursue his mission in preserving and spreading Lama Tsongkhapa’s lineage with the help of Dorje Shugden. Hence the results, Kechara and all its beneficial works under the supreme guidance of Rinpoche.
Without Rinpoche’s persistence and determination, as well as Dorje Shugden’s enlightened assistance, none of the works would have been actualised. These results show us who Rinpoche really is and the enlightened qualities of Dorje Shugden.
小时候常随家人去廟里问事,也看过这些神谕,民间一般稱为**跳童**。
所以從小就对这些事很好奇.長大信佛了,也就再也没有到过和見过.去年庞龙神谕的到来,让我大开眼界,也满足了好奇心.这次看到上师所分享的这些視频,在宾馆裡,多杰雄登借神谕之身与仁波切相見,给我的感觉就像久别的家人重逢一样,那么親切.却又神奇.
傅統的東西,可以留傳几百至上千年,一定有他的原理存在,不能以一句迷信而將之抹殺掉。人類所知有限,智慧也有限。
我相信仁波切所做的任何一件事都是要利益众生,所以我也相信多杰雄登护法是我及千万人所要依靠的护法。愿雄登禁令速速解除!早日可以利益千千万万人的人。

I am awed with the manner the Enlightened Dharma Protector interacted with Rinpoche. At the same time I wonder what makes a divine being showed so much fondness to someone. From a few videos on the oracle taking trance that I watched before including the video clips in this blogpost, I have never seen such close interaction. Based on simple logic, (the only basis that I dare to take and with due respect nothing further as I am no way qualified to assume what’s in the mind of an Enlightened or divine being) it should be because one is happy, pleased or have deep reverence with another. And for a divine being toward a Lama, it should be because the Lama is a real and exemplary Lama who is living and spreading the Dharma with genuine and sincere motivation.
The part that moved me deeply is the aspirations and requests made by Rinpoche to Dorje Shugden during the trance that took place in a hotel at Lhasa in 2009. Rinpoche says among other important points: that today’s Dharma is very backwards and people’s minds are very difficult to change and they don’t listened and they don’t transformed and the best way is when they have faith and take refuge in Dorje Shugden and then their minds will transform. They want good things but they always do negative things that bring negative results to them. For that reason Rinpoche needs to spread the teachings far and wide so that people can receive the power of Dharma and they can practice and study.
It makes me realised again how deeply Rinpoche wanted His students and others to transform their minds positively, for better and to have positive results. And for that virtuous purpose and to benefit many, Rinpoche had since January 2015 openly advocated for the lifting of the ban on Dorje Shugden practice. Since then, Rinpoche was instantaneously being subject to countless derogatory social media attacks which are still ongoing until to date. If the dissenters are willing to put aside their projection for a moment and think with logic, why would Rinpoche openly declared that He is a Dorje Shugden practitioner while the ban is still subsisting and it is widely known that Dorje Shugden practitioners are being outcasted and discriminated? Why the overnight ‘blacklist’ by the anti Dorje Shugden? Why did Rinpoche choose the tumultuous path? To me, one is willing to endure all these difficulties and challenges because he knows it is worthwhile and it is for virtuous purposes.
May the true enlightened nature of Dorje Shugden to benefit sentient beings be acknowledged by more people. May the ban on Dorje Shugden practice reach its end soon in an amicable manner.

What a rare and amazing video, thank you for sharing. DS has always been very affectionate to Rinpoche, it is not because Rinpoche always makes offerings but because Rinpoche is a very sincere Dharma practitioner who wants to make Dharma grows and benefit people. I have heard if someone does not have a good motivation, when DS takes trance, DS would manifest anger, sometimes throw the person out from the hall.
We are very fortunate to meet a very sincere Lama who wants nothing from us except mind transformation. Rinpoche mentions many times, the best offerings to him is mind transformation, becoming a more pleasant person, bring positivity to others and be happy.
Yes there is definitely something different and special about H.E. Tsem Rinpoche’s relationship with Dorje Shugden. It is a bond like no other, something that has been there for many previous lives, a kind of close intimacy likened to family, father and son(?) Whatever it is, it is definitely unusual and extremely special.
Thank you Rinpoche for releasing this video to the world so that many more people can gain deeper faith and conviction in the lineage Gurus, our lineage, the pure Dharma and the Dharma Protector who has been there for us through thick and thin. For guiding us since day one, since the time Rinpoche was in L.A. and in need of a job and Rinpoche Guru, Geshe Tsultim Gyeltsen introduced Dorje Shugden to Rinpoche… I guess the rest was history.
One thing is for sure, and has been CONSISTENT since the day I met Rinpoche over 13 years ago or more is that Rinpoche’s wish has always remained the SAME. It has always been about DHARMA, about making LAMA TSONGKHAPA lineage take root and grow, about saving sentient beings by giving us the DHARMA, about building an institute so we can receive the DHARMA about Vajrayogini so that we can have a place to go to when close our eyes… in the end it always goes back to spreading the DHARMA for the sake of ALL sentient beings. And from that it evokes upon the great blessings of all Buddhas and represented in the Great King, Dharma Protector, who is one with Manjushri who is ever so ready to assist Rinpoche in this great mission.
The video also teaches us how the Lama(s) and Dharma Protector(s) work hand in hand to spread the Dharma and how it is so clear that the Guru is the key to everything, and that even the Dharma Protector(s) work is based from the Guru’s instructions. If the Guru is not genuine, no Dharma Protector will assist, and definitely not Dorje Shugden. Seeing Rinpoche close personal relationship with Dorje Shugden… hugging Rinpoche (in the hotel) tells us something special about Rinpoche and Dorje Shugden’s oneness bond.
There is so much to be grateful for from watching this video… so much to be thankful for and to be humble for… for if it was not because of Rinpoche and Dorje Shugden, most of us would not be here, we would not even have a Kechara to begin with. It makes so much more sense to let go of all samsara’s delusions and one’s self-deception, when you have been in the past and seen it transform to become what Kechara is today…. from so much blood, sweat, tears and laughters, this is a legacy in the making. And for anyone to not see this preciousness, especially since they have been there from the early days, it would be the most unfortunate for them, and even so, seeds has been planted due to Rinpoche’s Bodhisattva ways. And for those of us who still have the merits to be here and bare witness through it all… we are the few luckiest humans alive… where do we even begin to grateful, but to just be grateful to have met Rinpoche.

Thank you for sharing this precious video. From this video, I could see that the relationship between Rinpoche and the protector is really close and special. This kind of bond is not common. I understand that the to have a good relationship with the protector, our samaya must be very pure. Rinpoche’s guru devotion had been well known to be good and this is a testimony to it.
During the trance, Rinpoche had asked for Protector’s help for the benefit of others by spreading the dharma. Rinpoche didnt ask for anything else. Rinpoche only wish for the dharma to grow and benefit of others.
These are the things that stood out most to me in the video.

When I watched the 6-minute clip that was posted on Rinpoche’s Fan Page, I was moved and at the same time in awe. But when I watched the full clip, not only did it moved me deeply, it hit me that:
1) Tsem Rinpoche has an extraordinary bond with Dorje Shugden that is loving, fiercely loyal, full of affection, reverence and devotion for each other. While the trances that I had the opportunity to witness are relatively more sedate, the clip that showed the oracle monk-in-training practically jumping into Rinpoche’s arms to hug him tightly reminds me very much of a child’s sheer joy at seeing his/her parent again after a long day at the office, a proof of Dorje Shugden’s intense affection and utter devotion for Tsem Rinpoche.
2) Rinpoche is not just any ordinary Lama but one who is highly attained and compassionate to the core. Seeing Rinpoche arising as his yidam is totally mind-blowing!
3) Fast forward to 2016, Rinpoche’s pure and heartfelt aspirational prayers is unfolding before our eyes one by one. Makes me glad and very grateful to be a part of the Kechara family.

Thank you Rinpoche and the writers team for publishing such an amazing personal encounter with the divine Dorje Shugden. I find that the oracles took spontaneous trance without rituals and regalias with such closed proximity can only mean Rinpoche has clean samaya with his root guru, Kyabje Zong Rinpoche, and the good relationship with Dorje Shugden himself.
The only conclusion one can draw is that Rinpoche has continuously benefiting others with Dharma all these years and his deeds have been acknowledged by the divine. Therefore there is no reason to doubt but to trust his advice concerning spiritual practice. I hope people see this video as a impetus to deepen one’s spritual journey with the faith that divine will provide assistance as long as our goals benefit everyone.

Watching the video is like taking a sneak peek at someone’s past. To see Rinpoche being greeted warmly by the oracle only confirms what we know which is that Rinpoche is no simple monk. For the Dorje Shugden to ask Rinpoche to bless the oracle is indeed a big deal. If any can do that, the oracle would no longer be in training still, with so many monks around.
And, when in the presence of divinity, Rinpoche only ask to benefit others, not for his own benefit. He is always thinking and putting others ahead of his own needs and wishes. Because, Rinpoche wishes were sincere and for others, the results are showing in the manifestation Kechara Forest Retreat.
Rinpoche has shown us what we can and have to do for Dharma and ultimately for ourselves which is to have Guru Devotion, to be diligent and to have good motivation and we will see results. We should follow Rinpoche’s advice to be diligent and keep our samaya clean and have high aspirations to benefit others.

Thank you Rinpoche and Martin for this very important post. The videos shown proves the strong bond between Rinpoche and Protector Lord Shugden to many who will be viewing this. I have seen videos of taking trance by Protectors before but i have never seen the ones like this. The relationship between Rinpoche and Protector Shugden is akin to very very good friends and Protector is ever obliging. I personally hope this video clears (if not a lot of) doubt of people who still thinks lowly of or even criticises Rinpoche. We are looking at the videos showing Lord Dorje Shugden taking trance spontaneously onto oracle-monk either trained or in training, the close bond reflects what Rinpoche is doing which is SOLELY TO BENEFIT OTHERS IS CORRECT and without a shadow of a doubt being recognised by Lord Dorje Shugden Himself. This is all possible by growing of Dharma. All the prayers that Rinpoche made in the video is music to Lord Dorje Shugden’s ears. Classic video!

In Tibet, the Dorje Shugden and basic oracles, whether formless, mundane or enlightened, that entered into the men and women, who act as mediums are said to play an important part in religion and the government for centuries. Even today, our Dalai Lama and the Tibetan government in exile, consult Nechung, the government of Tibet oracle; so are the Gadong and Temang oracles for their official state matters/consultations. Before the ban, Dorje Shugden was one of the most trusted dieties that was specially consulted via an oracle monk. Dorje Shugden is widely regarded as a wrathful form of the Bodhisattva Manjushri, and it is a diety that H.E. The 25th Tsem Tulku Rinpoche always had a close and special connection with. Hence, for Dorje Shugden’s practitioners who decided to follow through with the Dalai Lama and Dorje Shugden Ban, cannot ignore the contradictions and implications of upholding the Ban. Neither can they be swayed by the high status of the Dalai Lama, nor can they just simply override the instructions and samaya, that one has with one’s Lama. Maintaining one’s samaya that one has with one’s Lama is of the most paramount importance in one’s spiritual practice and said to be the utmost priority and underlining reason to gain spiritual attainments. This would certainly invite lynch mobs’ threats of physical violence. But, whatever the price is, if one would be able to keep maintaining one’s samaya, one is thus the deserving one to gain one’s attainaments! Om Benza Wiki Bitana Zoha.
Thank you Rinpoche and Martin for this most moving post that establishes without the shadow of a doubt that this especially close relationship between Dharma Protector, Dorje Shugden, and Tsem Rinpoche is a bond of two supreme enlightened beings forged on the strength of their compassion to ensure that the Dharma of Je Tsongkhapa’s lineage,so necessary for this age, will not be lost, but will be preserved for the benefit of all beings.
My eyes welled with tears to see the way Dorje Shugden embraced Tsem Rinpoche so tightly, when Dorje Shugden came,as an oracle-monk and later an oracle-in-training spontaneously took trance.This close bond between deity and lama reflects Rinpoche’s clean samaya (teacher-disciple relationship) and supreme intention to spread the Dharma.
More moving than any experience I have ever known is that of witnessing and hearing our most compassionate Rinpoche making a plea to Dorje Shugden that his prayers and aspirations for the Dharma to grow and spread and for him to be able to teach and spread the Dharma to as many as possible be fulfilled as life is short.
To hear Rinpoche’s aspirations, and wishes in the full length video brings tears to my eyes. This trance took place in 2009, and now, in 2016, I see the fruits of Rinpoche’s hard works, aspirations, motivations and vision manifesting in front of my eyes. With effort, hardwork, trust, sincerity, harmony, devotion, commitment, overcoming ego, laziness etc, all of Rinpoche’s vision in protecting, preserving and spreading the lineage of the incomparable sage Lama Tsongkhapa will manifest, and the great institution as Rinpoche envisioned is unfolding in the form of Kechara Forest Retreat. Everything that Kechara is blessed to have is due to the blessings of Dorje Shugden, and the tremendous hard work of Rinpoche. There is no doubt in that, after watching this video.
The relationship between Dorje Shugden and Rinpoche is unlike any other relationship I have seen in person, or in other trances on video between most other monks and Dorje Shugden. The relationship between Dorje Shugden and Tsem Rinpoche is filled with reverence, love, tenderness, and a sense of familiarity that goes beyond the constraints of time. Dharma protectors are most happy when one practices guru devotion, holds their vows, and spreads the lineage far and wide because it ultimately benefits sentient beings, and this is evident in Rinpoche’s works and results and further highlighted by Dorje Shugden’s delight with Rinpoche. Watching this is like the coming of old friends who work together to bring salvage to people like me.
Thank you for sharing this private, sacred, and highly blessed video. It shows Rinpoche’s attainments is beyond ordinary too. I am extremely lucky to be practicing the Dharma under Rinpoche’s guidance, and able to work in the Dharma in this life, that gives supreme meaning to my life.

What you wrote is accurate and precise and that makes your comment unmistakably powerful.
Powerful because to finally understand who our Guru is, and how Dorje Shugden always finds a way to fulfil our Guru’s prayers for his students and all sentient beings, then perhaps we may all work on our minds with less reluctance.
Tsem Rinpoche’s prayers to Dorje Shugden were all for the spread of Lama Tsongkhapa’s lineage. And we how earnestly Rinpoche supplicates Dorje Shugden over and over again, through the years and via different oracles but always the same message. Today we see the fulfilment of ‘TKL’ in the form of Kechara Forest Retreat.
We see too, the nature of Dorje Shugden. In the ‘Lhasa hotel’ segment of the video, we hear the Protector speak via the Sera Oracle, and to which our Lama replied, ” I will do as you say”.
What Dorje Shugden had asked of Rinpoche was:
1] Your main work is to support all sentient beings
2] If you do this, then all your works are in support of the Dharma
3] I also promise / agree to protect the Dharma
I have watched and listen to this exchange countless times and each time I am moved by the compassion of my Lama and my Protector – each inseparable from the other.
It must have taken countless aeons of merits for us to be alive, to not only bear witness to this alliance of divine purpose but also be the recipients of such precious blessings.

I had the merits to witness two encounters of Dorje Shugden took trance in front of Tsem Rinpoche, and the oracle was quite calm in these two cases. However, what I saw in this video, the oracle was very excited, almost like jumping up and down, and hugging Rinpoche. It is as if a child very happy to see his parent.
Tsem Rinpoche’s prayer and request from Dorje Shugden (through oracles) are always consistent, which is request Dorje Shugden’s help to build institution to spread Buddha’s teaching. It has never been for personal interest. It shows again these high lamas are consistently looking after the well being of all sentient beings.
May be the tradition of oracles be kept well. May people respect the tradition of oracles. May enlightened and divine being like Dorje Shugden take trance more often in Kechara Forest Retreat to benefit even more people. May we keep our samaya with our guru clean so that we can uphold the lineage well.

This is definitely an obvious sign of Rinpoche’s clean samaya and sincerity in Dharma. How Dorje Shugden keep paying respect through the oracle to Rinpoche during the trip shows the close relationship between Dorje Shugden and Rinpoche as a high Lama and Dorje Shugden requested Rinpoche to bless the oracle’s channel also shows Rinpoche attainments. These are proven evidence of Rinpoche’s quality and is a great example and reminder for all of us to have great devotion and go all the way with our dharma practice through our Lama that tirelessly nurture us through his compassion.
Having experienced a tiny bit of Dorje Shugden’s vast compassionate actions and abilities, I’m not really gobsmacked by this but then again I am!
