I hope to have an organization set up to manage the education of all autistic and special needs children without any financial burden to the parents. To be able to help them explore their full potential and become independent beings
Donate food and needed supplies to the homeless, visit orphanages and help them, help the blind or an old man to cross the road, read story to the children in the orphanage, help to collect donation to buy books for the children in the orphanage.
In this world, there are many people who don’t have the ability to support themselves because of many reasons. This year, I’ve heard of so many stories; people who die because they are ill and don’t have the money to go to the doctor. Therefore, if I had the full financial support, I would:
1. Build a clinic that provides free consultation, medication or surgeries.
2. Build more dharma centres in the world to spread the dharma.
3. Improve the quality of food and clothes given to the orphanage.
4. Improve the services provided in the old folks home – hire more nurses.
5. Donate more money to charity funds.
1. I wish to provide shelters for people who are in need.
2. I wish to provide jobs for people who are in need so that they can earn their own money and to not depend on other people to live.
3. I wish to provide a hospital for people in need with free of charge to help them cure their sickness.
4. I wish to provide them a restaurant for the people in need to enjoy their meals with free of charge.
5. I wish to provide a teaching center for people in need to also let them have a chance to learn and gain knowledge.
6. I wish to teach the society about dharma and not harming others just to gain what they want.
7. I wish to ask celebrities to always spread kindness and be kind so that their fans
will follow their actions and be kind to one and another.
8. I wish to teach people to do more charity and to appreciate what they have.
The 5 wishes i wish to have:
1. Being able to stop discrimination in Malaysia.
2. Give free education to all the poor.
3. Start/join an organisation that benefits all people in need.
4. Being a doctor to help others.
5. Donating lots resources to places in need.
My wish is to have enough food to feed the homeless, have the time to help other people (do charities), let people smile all the time, let the homeless to have shelter and company so they would feel happy and not lonely, adopt lots of the sick animals so that they would not be attacked by other animal or people. ??
My wish is to have enough food to feed the homeless, have the time to help other people (do charities) ,have the power to let people smile all the time, I will give umbrellas to the homeless, give medicine to free medicine. I will give toys to the poor children.
I was walking past a second hand shop on Western Ave selling old things. They had a Japanese-style clay Buddha which was beige in colour on the floor, holding the door open. I thought the shopkeeper would collect a lot of negative karma without knowing if he kept such a holy item on the floor as a doorstop. So I went in to talk to him, but he didn’t look like he wanted to talk or that he even cared. So I asked him the price and he said US$5. I purchased it so he did not collect more negative karma. I was 17 years old and that was in 1982.
I escorted my new Buddha home and washed it lightly and wiped it. I placed it on my altar and was happy with the Buddha. I would do my meditations, prayers, sadhanas, mantras and prostrations in front of this shrine daily. When I left for India in 1987, I could not bring this Buddha along and gave it to a friend. It was a nice size and I made offerings to this Buddha for many years in Los Angeles. In front of the Buddha I placed His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s photo. I remember I was so relieved that the price was affordable. But US$5 that time was still expensive for me but worth it I thought. But I was happy to have brought the Buddha home. Tsem Rinpoche

hmmm.
1. Build Stupas everywhere and pay people 10 dollars for every clockwise circle they walk around or every prostration they do. (this may be wrong intention but they would still get merits in my opinion in the same way that animals who have no idea what they’re looking at still get merits when walked around Stupas clockwise – due to the blessing of the Buddhas).
2. Sponsor all of my Root Gurus money costing projects (and Yours too).
3. Get the world to stop using oil and become sustainable with renewable energy.
4. Buy a secluded house (must have a hot-tub) on the Beach with an Ocean probably on the West Coast because I love big waves and I hear the waves are bigger on the West. The Warmer the better. And buy a second house on the mountains by some ski resort so I can Snowboard all the time in the Winter.
5. Renovate my friend’s house.
6. Pay off my other friend’s debt.
7. Pave this nice ladies driveway for her so it is easier to get to her house in the winter when it snows.
8. Pay my brothers mortgage and give him enough money to live comfortably raising his kids and not have to work.
9. Buy my friend a recording studio or/and pay for his college in a music career degree.
10. End World Hunger & Dehydration by building wells & clean water filters, and not just feed them for a day but give communities and people resources/knowledge to grow their own food year after year.
extra extra
11. Dharma books and Buddha statues for all!
12. Buy all the weapons in the world – guns, bombs, tanks, etc. and destroy them.
13. What You said.
1. Establish a Dharma center in the San Antonio area. My dream is to purchase an unused church with living quarters (rectory) and turn the church into a dharma center.
2. Have acreage on or near the Dharma center where we can have an orchard and organic garden. We would give away fruit and fresh vegetables to those in need. When we go to food banks now the food is often out of date, rotten or has worms in it. I want people who are in need to eat healthy fresh veggies and fruit.
3. Establish a center where local children can have at least one nutritious meal a day. As a child I starved, I mean really starved. I never want a child to go hungry. Ever.
4. Learn to speak Spanish so I can write and translate Sadhanas and texts into the Spanish Language
5. Have a free clinic with volunteer nurses and doctors who can come and take care of the sick.
6. Establish a free veterinary clinic so people with low incomes or homeless people with pets can get free flea preventative, vaccinations, and health care for their fur family. Food would be dispensed here as well.
7. Establish a prison ministry where dharma can be offered to prisoners who desire to learn and change their lives.
8.I was once a religious rights advocate. I would like to establish a network of attorneys who would be willing to work pro bono (free) with Buddhists who have been discriminated against.
9. Establish a safety net for monks and nuns who become homeless, to have a safe refuge to go to, especially in an emergency. Not necessarily a homeless shelter, but I was thinking more along the lines of networking with sanghas dharma centers, etc who could be willing to give haven to a suddenly homeless monk or nun. I would like to make this possible soon.
10. Write Dharma related fiction (something I’m currently working on) I think there’s vast untapped potential here to share Dharma in an entertaining way.
If i had a few hundred million dollars, i would be able to alleviate Rinpoche’s financial constraints and help Rinpoche achieve his goals to benefit many. If i had an additional hundred million, i would invest it so that Rinpoche could just use the interest to maintain everything. The key to wealth is to have the initial large sum of money. If USD100 million is invested on a 15% return, Rinpoche would be able to spend USD15 million a year or about RM4.3 million a month, without touching the principal. I can dream 🙂
If I had the full financial support I needed:
1. I would first set up a business that can generate a source of income for the Dharma work to flourish, cause even with the financial support gained. One day it’ll as well used up, so dig another well before the present well dries up.
2. Support Kechara in manifesting KFR & KWPC
3. Support as many monasteries as possible, in a way be it robes, foods, texts, statues, repairing the monasteries or building monastery or stupas .etc
4. Support all the works of HH Dalai Lama, and other holy lamas.
5. To help and support those refugees from poor country or from war zone (Palestine, Liberia.etc) as to approach the world with love and compassion.
6. Provides teachings of foreign language to young monks in Tibet, so that they are able to teach Dharma in different kinds of language in different Country, so that the teaching of Dharma are able to reach as many people as possible.
7. Set up more Dharma centre, which will as well teach the Sanskrit and Tibetan language, and eventually transform into Dharma University and in some way able to nurture local Dharma teacher.
8. Build a place where the homeless can stay and learn basic knowledge and education or any living skill and eventually help other homeless as well.
9. Set up a hospital, which will provide the best medical treatment to the poor and needy. Another department of the hospital will be the hospital for animals.
10. Support all volunteers in all way be it financial matters or living places, as to ensure they are able to do Dharma work without any worries.
Above are the humble ambitions of mine, that I hope I’m able to accomplish.
Dear Rinpoche, if I had the financial resources, my wishes are:
1. To sponsor and support Rinpoche’s work and projects in any way I can
2. To build a Kechara Buddhist university and spread Lama Tsongkhapa’s tradition
3. To build Buddhist schools for children and teenagers so they will have a sound background in Buddhist values
4. To help plan and implement educational programmes for Kechara Buddhist schools and the university
5. To finance research on Dharma and publish a Dharma journal
6. To set up a grand puja house where people can learn the rituals and pujas and teach others
7. To build a big Dharma library to support the teaching and learning of Dharma
8. To sponsor and help organise Rinpoche’s Dharma talks at the national and international levels
9. To help organise Buddhist and interfaith workshops and conferences

10) FULFILL MY LAMA’S WISHES
Dear Tsem Tulku Rinpoche,
I will list the firt four most important things to me which I would do if I had the money for it. But I actually thing one could also reach the four wishes below by bringing awarness to people about those particular topics and bring pressure to the goverments.
1. Find something that can destroy all weapons in the world within a second and never bring them back for the cause to kill or hurt someone or even start a war.
2.Buy the capable from the US for the ARVs (antiretroviral drugs) for treatment for HIV-infectef people. So that I could produce them and give to them so that they will be able to take regularly and don’t have to spend all their income on those treatments or even steal them from people who really need them to survive, just to make some money for their own struggeling. And also that the pregnant woman can take them so that their children won’t be born with HIV.
3. Pay the education fee for all children in the world so that education is no longer a fact of how much money your parents have and everyone can have the same chances in life. With this education comes the awarness of all the things I just mentioned and this alone will make a big difference in this world! Education is the key for a better, more caring world.
4. To found an organization that looks after the labor conditions propably so that no children in this world has to work anymore and all the other peoples can work in fair conditions and for a payment which can make their life really payable.
Thank you and I hope everyone here will find a way to reach his or hers particular wishes!
Tina
I always wished to have all the money that I have to sponsor my beloved Teacher’s works which I know will benefit and help so many people out there. In fact, I wished all the people out there who has the means to support and contribute come forth to contribute without hesitations and expectations. How wonderful these will be!
May Rinpoche live long and dreams fulfilled. May my Guru’s work flourished far and wide.
I often fantasise about having all the money in the world and donating it to Kechara. At least I know it would be wisely used under the advice of my Lama for this life and my future lives. Who else would have the wisdom??
But if I hadn’t met my Lama, I would:
1. Build hospitals in rural areas (including monasteries) all over the world with the latest medical equipment, best medicines and employ highly qualified medical personels. It has been my childhood dream.
2. Finance dialysis centres to provide free dialysis.
3. Build facilities to provide for clean drinking water to slum areas.
4. Employ top notch lawyers to provide free legal service to those unfairly judged and surpressed and unable to fend for themselves. I hate it when someone is unfairly treated and their voice is not heard.
5. Provide free housing for the destitute.

Dear Guru,
My 10 wish lists are:-
1) Build monastery or university for monks which the monastery have modern technology, research center and a center for young monk not only to learn dharma but to learn and master some professional they are interested in. e.g: A Doctor profession but he is a monk. Also, for people who wish to learn their lineage e.g: Faculty of Mahayana, Faculty of Theravada and Faculty of Vajrayana.
2) Place for youngster to seek for spiritual peace, to organize and do their activities and hobby. e.g: plant flower, pets gathering, swimming, collect stamp, play board games, filming, music and singing. (To encourage young people learn to work in group and stay out from the computer once in a while)
3) To have neighborhood/ franchise libraries, where people can found this library in their nearby their home- Your Neighborhood library. They can rent the books, buy, or, donate the books. This library will have all kinds of books in it. (Porn’s books are not encourage)
4) Food research center, specifically to research on vegetables, plant as food. The planting method, the cooking method
5) To have franchise clinics, these clinics not only treat diseases but spiritual questions and guide. E.g: A person in pain because he/her just lost he/her dear one, so I enter to the clinic , base on the “pain” or anger the Dr will “prescribe” the timetable and mantra to chant, some dharma knowledge on the way to handle “pain” and how to survive daily life.
6) To have neighborhood/ franchise re-use centers, where those who are keen to re-use their “rubbish” into craftwork, can learn and even teach other peoples in the center.
7) A center for retired /old person. Whereby they can do their hobbies or something they wish to learn when they young but no chances, in the center they have another second chance to learn, like: music courses, yoga, dharma or spiritual knowledge courses, craft, read, chat. At the meantime, there would be some doctors to come in and treat them, dietitian to cater the diet, Yoga master to teach yoga, dancing class. If they like, the center can arrange them to share their experience and knowledge to school children, to some working adult etc.
8) To have house in the countries I want, so that when I visit there for vacation, I have my own house there.
9) To build hospitals for peoples-under my grandma name. Which consist of various medical treatments, eg: herbal treatment, homeotheraphy, Chinese treatment.
10) Hospitals and research center for animal – e.g: 1st floor is animals daily clinis, 24 hours emergency, 2nd , 3rd floor for those injured animals or those animals that no body wanted, and 4th is a ward where animals can stay there for treatment, according to their habitat, e.g: 6-7th for fish, the whole floor is fish tank . This is also a University for people who want to be Doctors for animal to study and to do research on the kind of animal’s diseases.
Thank you for the opportunity given to write my wish 🙂
If I have all the financial support…
I’d finance my dearest Guru, Tsem Tulku Rinpoche in all that He wish for..
And for my family.
May all of Rinpoche’s wishes come true for now and in all lifetimes.
Dear Rinpoche,
If I had the financial support I needed, these will be the ten things I would do:
1. Pay for the building fund of KWPC.
2. Make sure that the government provides Rinpoche’s PR and permits
3. Build a set of apartment blocks for Kecharians to live and to pay for the furniture and food in said apartment blocks.
4. Build a university in Malaysia which specializes in the Dharma.
5. Build an Animal Sanctuary.
6. Buy out an Internet Service and improve it so that people can have faster internet in Malaysia and so that people in Kechara will also not have to wait a long time for the page to load.
7. Buy a big mansion for Rinpoche to stay.
8. Buy a big bungalow for Mama to stay.
9. Sponsor an inter-Kechara tour bus that may go from KL to KWPC (when it is completed)
10. Donate the rest to Rinpoche. Then, Rinpoche can do anything Rinpoche wants with the money because I know that Rinpoche will use the money only to benefit others.
My dream and wish is to support all my Guru’s dreams…….
“If you lose hope, somehow you lose the vitality that keeps life moving, you lose that courage to be, that quality that helps you go on in spite of it all. And so today I still have a dream. – Martin Luther King, Jr. ”
May my Guru’s dreams be fulfilled.
Dear Rinpoche,
If I had all the money in the world, I would:-
1. Divide a large chunk of the money to sponsor Rinpoche for all his personal projects that is mentioned above.
2. Sponsor the running cost, printing of new books and hiring of a good marketing team for Kechara Media and Publications.
3. Ensure a large chunk of money will be used to form a sort of trustee for the building and running of KWPC.
4. Clear the personal debts and have large monthly salaries (around USD10k a month) for every liaison who work so hard for Rinpoche and the Dharma.
5. Build a large temple to Protector Manjushri/Lama Tsongkhapa and dedicate it to my parents.
6. Hire a professional team and make them start a lucrative non-Dharma business (that does not harm others) and the proceeds goes towards Kechara’s major projects.
7. Hire a professional team to promote Rinpoche on a global level. They will go to major countries especially the bigger ones like China, Europe and America to promote Rinpoche’s blog, books and presence.
8. Keep the balance of money for all my needs so I can do Dharma for the rest of my life.
Erm… That’s all I can think of for now.
1. Build a Kechara University, which will offer a full range of courses, which are recognized throughout the world. However, all the courses and education are underscored by the study and practice of Dharma. Primary aim is to educate and equip people with higher education and skills for the main purpose of applying the skills to further the dharma;
2. Develop twinning programmes (part-time and full-time) with Gaden, Drepung, Sera and other great Buddhist universities to offer Geshe degrees and Buddhist education, locally;
3. Create a Tsem Tulku TV show, which runs a few days a week at prime time (and broadcasted regionally) where Rinpoche’s unique “fun” approach to dharma is applied to a whole myriad of modern problems, offering practical solutions.
4. Hire teams of PR professionals to get Rinpoche and key Kecharians into audience gateways such as a dialogue with Rush Limbaugh on radio, Oprah Winfrey and similar shows in different countries;
5. Leadership Programmes and on-going training for Kechara’s staff to further develop skills in various fields e.g. IT, Brand Building, PR, Public Speaking, Journalism, Community Work & Welfare Provision, Health, Urban Agriculture, Veterinary Science and similar;
6. Sponsor on-going research to develop counter-starvation strategies and formulate innovative agricultural systems for the total eradication of world hunger. These systems must be easily accessible, easy to teach/learn and duplicated by even the poorest communities. The system to come with a “start-up kit” or sorts so the poor and hunger can break out of their vicious cycle of poverty;
7. Engage professional lobby firms and groups to work effectively with governments of the world for the implementing and enforcements of serious laws that deal with animal abuse domestically and commercially;
8. Start or take-over egg and dairy farms to produce high quality produce based on strong ethical and moral principles in terms of treatment of animals;
9. Organize regular “world tours” for Rinpoche and key people in Kechara to connect in person with overseas students and people who follow Rinpoche’s teachings on the blogs;
10. Have Lamrin available for free in all languages.
a) Buy endless amounts of dharma books to give a way.
b) Setup a free hospital for the poor, with professional doctors.
c) Sponsor many pujas for my loved ones.
d) Sponsor a movie to be made about Lama Tsongkhapa.
e) Get a plane for Rinpoche so he can travel everywhere real fast to spread the dharma.
f) Sponsor Gelug lamas.
g) Sponsor the building of KWPC.
h) Set up research facility to use Malaysian herbs to heal people,
i) Give opportunity for indigenous people to have better education
j) Give lamrim to anyone who needs it.
I will use all the financial support to support my lama’s work. That is my wish and my dream.
In this degenrate era, to succeed and benefit the minds of many, you need the financial support and network.

These premises should be fully furnished, good network infrastructure, computers, etc. This should be a place where people can spend hours comfortably.
7.Establish a shelter for the homeless and the very poor, so they can live in proper living condition without worry of being harassed all the time, get their children to stay in school, give their parents skills so they can earn their livelihood (e.g., doing beading for Buddha statues, paintings, sewing, cleaning, taking care of animals, etc.). I really want to give them job within Kechara Indonesia so they can earn their income and create merit at them same time
8.Attracting and maintaining pool of people to help Rinpoche establish KWPC
9.Constantly sponsoring food, robes, statues, medical, for established Dharma institutions like Gaden so they can produce more qualified teachers to spread Buddha’s teaching. Dear Tsem Tulku Rinpoche,
1, Settle down myself with a house and get married with my girl friend.
2, Starts a Kechara Paradise outlet.
3, Learn, practice, do and spread the dharma. I would love to do that.
4, To teach what I know about the dharma to my family and friends, or anyone. I’m aware that I’m not knowledgeable and wise enough, but at least I’ll learn as much as I can and teach them by studying.
5, Teach my children about dharma.
6, Last but not least, I’ll use my financial capabilities to fuel your dharma work.
I’m just a young adult with a childish mind, and I apologize if any of my writings offended anyone.
If I had sponsorship or money like that I would
1) support my local sangha so they can print books and other materials that they need, use the money to spread dharma ect
2) Support nuns or monks overseas and in the United states
3) Make an animal shelter and make sure the animals were well taken care of and sent to loving homes
4) Give altar items, books, meditation cushions ect to any who wished to seriously start practicing the dharma (of course they would have to attend teachings like ngondro, toglon if required ect)
5) Build a bigger Dharma center (here where I live) where we can do more things like make malas, paint statues, print books or make dvds, roll mantras and put them in statues, stupas, learn pujas ect
6) Build a university (or something similar) where people can come and learn the dharma and implement it in their lives correctly.
7) finance any Dharma event (kalacakra ect) of any and all buddhist traditions
That is all I can think of right now, If I have more I will be sure to post it 🙂
My dear Rinpoche, my list would be aligned with Rinpoche’s list, for the simple reason that I would prefer to fulfill Rinpoche’s wishes before mine.
However, would I have a wish list on my own, this is what I’d put in it (not in order):
1. create a website similar to TED (ted.com) with a talk or debate every week available to play and replay from the website and for people to share.
The website would have a very simple format and would focus on religious debate or on worldly affairs discussed with religious wisdom. A bit like a TV show, but on the web, very similar to TED.
The site would invite all religions to participate harmoniously and respectfully, speak up, debate, even disagree (or “agree to disagree”), but with respect and with a sound motivation to hold people up from sufferings.
I would call it “WOW” for Wisdom-ON-Worldwide.
This should attract practitioners of any religion, and non-practitioners, seekers of all sorts, students, retirees, etc…
Motivation for this:
(a) promote spirituality,
(b) promote harmony,
(c) promote wisdom,
(d) promote compassion,
(e) promote a peaceful dialogue between the various faiths and practitioners,
(f) alleviate ignorance and suffering in the world.
2. hire some good graphic designers /web designers to create a LAMRIMPEDIA web version of the teachings of Atisha and Lama Tsongkhapa.
Surfing through the various headings appearing like bubbles within bubbles moving in the screen space, various links would appear for people to learn more detailed teachings on specific topics, links to Dharma Centers, to recorded teachings, to quizz’s, to FAQ’s, to interviews, to tributes, etc…
this tool would be an entry point for beginners and also a study tool for lamrim-pas, dynamic, inter-active, fun and 22nd century-like…
3. create a TV station “VVTV”, Vegetarian-Vegan-TV, where there would be entertaining programs promoting vegetarianism and vegan food in a cool modern way, with games, etc… Making V and V fashionable, easy, cool and attractive!
4. Have “LIBERATION IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND” translated in french.
5. create a price to reward the most compassionate business person worldwide every year. Showing that it is absolutely compatible to be successful in business, to be wealthy and to be compassionate. We could call the price “The CARE Price” or something and hopefully it would inspire other business men to be more considerate to others and the environment as well as inspire young aspiring entrepreneurs.
6. Why not a MANJUSHRI hot balloon to be seen up in the air by so many, to participate to hot balloon events, etc… The more would know about Manjushri, the more would see Manjushri, the more COOL this world would be… After all, every year there is a giant Sponge Bob parading in the streets of New York… So we could make this effort more meaningful with Manjushri (I have not been informed that Sponge Bob was a Buddha so far…).
7. Sponsor a professional and creative vegan chef for my Guru to eat healthy everyday, vegan, living-food, while the food remains varied, tasty and appetizing.
8. Turn my architectural practice into a practice specialized in Dharma projects, in teaching centers, in monasteries.
9. I’d invite a 5 feet Manjushri statue at home, and would give it the best place in the house.
10. The last one is a little bit selfish: sponsor hot showers in monasteries, so that if I have the merit to become a monk in this life or the next, I still have the karma to enjoy hot showers… 🙂
Dear Tsem Rinpoche,
Those are noble goals, but do you realize how much it would cost to sponsor the Kalachakra every year. The Kalachakra in Washington D.C. this year did cost Millions of dollars to put on, on the other hand the office of the Dalai Lama made about 4 million profit from the 11 day event.
If I had the full financial support I needed…
1. First of all, the dream of my life is to travel in Malaysia to see You. My wife cried when we talked about it. Unfortunately for the moment we do not have the necessary material condition.
2. Probably the wisest thing is to ask you how I should distribute the money. Only The Guru, really knows how to fix broken pots, but also which is the Liberation Path.
That is all.
Dear Tsem Tulku Rinpoche,
You have an opening towards different cultures and an open mind towards the various existing paths walked and shared by the many boddhisatvas, or “real human beings”, of our world.
I would use some of the money to encourage and foster dialogue between people on these different paths. Creating spaces where genuine dialogue can take place on a high level as well as on more basic levels would seem a very worthwhile enterprise to me.
A major challenge of our times seems to be the challenge of pluralism and dialogue in order to uncover Peace, not a dead Peace, but the living Peace, the harmony of all that is.
We must learn to listen to ourselves, to others, to the world and beyond. Not only with our ears as a good friend of mine, Robert Vachon, likes to say, but deeper: with our hearts, and even deeper with our souls.
I feel being human is very much about understanding our fragility, our openness, our relatedness. It seems this insight is part of all meaningful paths of the world: how to be humble and proud of ourselves so that we can open up and share together … and discover ourSelves in the process ??
I have devoted my life to this path of dialogue … from a Christian perspective, Robert Vachon said about it: “It is crucifying but liberating.” It is an arduous path and we still have to invent the ways to walk on it together. But it seems to be one of the great challenges we are facing nowadays collectively and individually.
Thank you for all your good and beautiful inspirations 🙂 May your Dharma work continue to flourish and to grow 🙂 Om Mani Padme Hum 🙂
