Can you make some of these for me?
Dear all,
A while back, I came across this website called Post Punk Kitchen. It was started in 2003 by a lady named Isa Chandra Moskowitz from Brooklyn, New York. I took a look at her website, and saw that it’s filled with a whole variety of creative, delicious and interesting vegan and vegetarian recipes!
I had the Ladrang go through the website and to pinpoint their favourite recipes…
Take a look… maybe try a few of them in your kitchen! Just click on any of the choices below and see the recipe for you. I would love to try some of the items very much.

The recipes are rather unique and flavorful. Well, I can only guess how they taste but I can see from the pictures that these dishes would be extremely exciting. These recipes shows that we don’t really have to miss meat when we can enjoy such yummilious guilt-free food.
I took a quick look at the recipes and I really like the simple Italian sausages, baked curry fries, Scalloped Potatoes And Eggplant Bacon and all the soups looks just so good! I would definitely would like to try them when I can.

It really is not ‘difficult’ being vegetarian at all. There are many options out there if we are creative enough. We should not just think “oh its too difficult to become a vegetarian!”
In doing so, we set ourselves up to fail. We are after all not designed as carnivorous creatures. We really should help ourselves, the animals and our environment by not eating meat!
Try it out for a day a week, 2 days a week and gradually weaning ourselves off meat altogether. It really is not that hard… it is our own lazy perceptions that keep us to our ‘comfort zones’.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing the lovely recipes with us.
I would dearly love to make these recipes and offer them to Rinpoche.
I do love cooking especially cooking for Rinpoche, so i will have a discussion with William and Levi to find out which recipe/recipes we will start making. Can’t wait to start !
Hi Rinpoche, me and the kids trying to bake the orange & cranberry eggless muffin. We will definitely offer it for you to try (if it turns out nice).
Thank you Rinpoche for showing us this link to vegetarian dishes.
I am not a good cook, but to know where to look for for recipe so that I can try them out one day either all by myself or with others is a very good idea.
Thank you Rinpoche for always leading us to vegetarian dishes, so that we can live healthy life and reduce the harms that we bring to animals.
