Question asked by mima
Dear Rinpoche,
I am doing daily Kalarupa practice sometimes with good concentration and clear motivation and sometimes my mind is still wondering about stuff insignificant right in the middle of reading the Twenty-Seven Verses On Mind Training ~
Does setting up the motivation at the beginning of the practice with strong intent would help against the wondering mind?
–I am so grateful for this teaching your are giving us, constantly trough your precious blogs with your powerful kecharian teams. Your blogs are a source of inspiration always towards the higher it is opening my heart and my mind and help me to began a new way of life~Thank you infinitely!
Dear Mima,
You are doing fine as you are. Do not be too hard on yourself. Your mind will calm down and become better with time. Kalarupa practice will help very much. It would be good to do light breath meditation daily for ten mins to ‘arrest’ the wandering mind.
This would help very much.
I am most happy my blog/team/works can help you. This is such a great thing for us to know.
Much luck, Tsem Rinpoche
