Caught on Tape: Watch how the waterfall feature collapsed (By Pastor Loh Seng Piow) This was the waterfall feature of the fish pond in Kechara Forest Retreat, it was being built to keep fishes, especially fishes that His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche always rescues from pet shops which kept the fishes in poor condition, and also for animal liberation(放生池).
