Question asked by Andrew James Boon
When, if ever, do we draw the line between letting go of our attachments and having enough to 'sustain' a so called human existence? Perhaps this in itself is THE ultimate attachment?
If we create the karma for the causes of the consequences and delusions we face, how do we then realize and stop our mind from such a deluded existence?
Am I truly deluded and thus I cannot see the delusion or do I merely think I am and thus believe I am? René Descartes did say: I think therefore I am! I wonder!
Dear Andrew, once we get into a situation like a tiger who has to kill, it is hard to get out at that rebirth. Hence it is important to grasp the moment and go ALL THE WAY WITH DHARMA and take our attachments/delusions with us. As we progress, they will drop along the way naturally.
