Question asked by Raymond.
Hi Pastor, I have incorporated meditation in daily life, however, after working everyday, there is stress build up near the forehead and nose (from inside) if I have use much concentration through out the day. I intuitively know that stress is from internal, or spiritual because I may refocus or alter that force sometimes by chanting or redirection. I need a way to effectively reduce those stress or possibly working without stress buildup, if that possible ? eg if the internal self drop down to my heart chakra ?
You come across as already familiar with some form of meditation practice. I can’t comment much on it as I do not have the context of what you are practicing.
Here in Kechara, we are encouraged to practice Lama Tsongkhapa’s Guru Yoga. Guru Yoga with visualization is excellent to stabilize our mind. Along with that, study the dharma to gain knowledge and wisdom will help us change the way we view our reality. Some of the daily situations we find ourselves worked up about really don’t matter after all.
Here’s where you can learn more on Lama Tsongkhapa’s Guru Yoga:
