Dear Pastors,
I live in Portugal in an area where there are no dharma centers, so my practice has been mostly what i can find online, meditation, prostrations and reciting homage to the three jewels.
Watching H.E. Tsem Rinpoche have been of great help in understanding, however I would like to ask if there is any practice a person like me could do daily.

I’m glad you have found H.E. Tsem Rinpoche’s teachings helpful. I suggest you learn and practise the Guru Yoga of Lama Tsongkhapa or Gaden Lhagyama, which is our main practice here in Kechara House. It is a simple practice that you can do daily to increase wisdom, compassion, memory and patience. It is easy for beginners to learn. This is the link:
