    Dear friends,

Tibet has produced many powerful meditations, rituals and guidelines to help us gain spiritual protection, gain wisdom and higher states of consciousness. In general Tibet has produced many powerful methods for the growth of our spiritual evolution. Dorje Shugden is an angel, a saint, a powerful spiritual protector-warrior who originated 350 years ago when a highly awakened Tibetan Lama fulfilled his vows to become a special being to grant protection, wisdom, material needs, safety when travelling (normal and astral travel) and spiritual awakening. Both the Great 5th Dalai Lama and the current His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama composed short yet effective prayers to invoke upon the power and blessings of this special saint and protector. One can recite either one of the prayers that you feel suits you, anytime or even daily. When you feel a special need for help, you can recite either prayer anytime. When you are feeling down, afraid or just need a blessing, you can recite them. After reciting either invocation, it is good to chant the mantra of Dorje Shugden: Om Benza Wiki Bitana Soha.

You do not have to be a Buddhist or practitioner of any religion to invoke upon the blessings and protection of this special enlightened and awakened angel Dorje Shugden. He helps all without discrimination or bias as he is filled with compassion and love. Divinity has no boundaries, they help all who call upon them.

Enclosed are the prayers in English, Chinese and Tibetan.

May you be safe, protected and blessed.

Divination (‘mo’) Text by Dorje Shugden

This is an important divination (‘mo’) text composed by Dorje Shugden himself. Dorje Shugden took trance of the Choyang Dulzin oracle lama, the senior oracle of Gaden Shartse Monastery, and instantly on the spot composed this text within two hours.

The divination text contains information on how to use dice to do divination for the future and is known to be highly accurate. When practitioners use this text, they will be in direct contact with Dorje Shugden to get answers to questions about the future. It is for those who have good samaya with Dorje Shugden and are free of the eight worldly dharmas to be of benefit to others in divining the future.

For the first time available, Dorje Shugden and his entourage of 32 asssistants of his mandala.

Dorje Shugden is a powerful protector deity who is also an emanation of Manjushri, a wisdom bestowing Buddha. Therefore, he has great ability to help us to progress further on the spiritual path. He does this by helping us to overcome obstacles and problems for the modern individual.

Due to his enlightened nature, Dorje Shugden is able to manifest 32 deities and within the same abode resides Setrap and Kache Marpo:-

    1. 5 Dorje Shugden families or emanations. They consists of the following:-

    – Dulzin Dorje Shugden, which performs activities to eliminate inner and outer obstacles.
    – Shize, which performs activities to pacify all illnesses and disease.
    – Gyenze, which performs activities to increase all desirable material and spiritual wealth.
    – Wangze, which performs activities to control difficult people and circumstances.
    – Trakze, which performs activities to wrathfully eliminate all insurmountable obstacles and life-threatening situations.

    2. 9 Mothers. They represent protection of the five senses and developing control of the four elements. These are all attributes that signify their ability to assist tantric practitioners with their higher meditations.

    3. 8 Guiding Monks. They represent the Eight Great Bodhisattvas (Avalokitesvara, Manjushri, Vajrapani, Samantabhadra, Maitreya, Kshitigarbha, Akashagarbha, Sarva-nivarana-viskambini) and they bring about the growth of the Dharma, through the Sangha, Dharma practitioners and Dharma establishments.

    4. 10 Youthful & Wrathful Attendants. They represent the ten wrathful attendants to avert inner and outer obstacles. They are beings who are from Mongolia, China, Kashmir, India, Bengali, etc.

    5. Setrap. He is a senior Dharma Protector from India and an emanation of Amitabha Buddha. He had enthroned Dorje Shugden as an authentic Dharma Protector. Therefore, he also resides within the same mandala of Dorje Shugden.

    6. Kache Marpo. He is not an emanation of Dorje Shugden but he is still an enlightened Dharma Protector in his own right. He was originally known as Tsiu Marpo of Samye Monastery. However, he has placed himself under the service of Dorje Shugden as his chief minister, performing many activities in order to protect and benefit practitioners. Therefore, he stands guard at the main entrance of Dorje Shugden’s mandala. He often takes trance of qualified mediums to speak.

    7. Namkar Barzin. He is the reincarnation of an old Mongolian monk and when he passed away in Phari area of Tibet, his spirit was placed as a powerful assistant of Dorje Shugden. He guards and protects buildings and great institutions especially those that benefit others. He rides on a mythical Gyaling animal that resembles a goat but with scales.

These sacred images are available on *Vajrasecrets. They are made of high quality alloy and are one of a kind. They are based on the lineage of His Holiness Panchen Rinpoche’s monastery, Tashilhunpo in Shigatse, Tibet. In fact, the iconography of these statues are based on detailed photographs taken by H. E. Tsem Rinpoche during a trip to Tashilhunpo’s protector chapel. These are based exactly as the 10th Panchen Lama’s personal collection.

His Holiness the 10th Panchen Lama

Tibetans commonly refer to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and His Holiness 10th Panchen Lama as the “sun and moon” of Tibetan Buddhism. They are the center of Tibetan Buddhist civilization, which draws to its sphere of influence millions of non-Tibetan practitioners. The Panchen Lama’s incarnation line began with the 16th abbot of Tashi Lhunpo Monastery, Lobsang Chokyi Gyeltsen (1570 – 1662). He was bestowed the title of Panchen Lama by His Holiness the 5th Dalai Lama after being declared as an emanation of Amitabha.

After being given the title, his three previous incarnations were posthumously also bestowed the title, making Lobsang Chokyi Gyeltsen the 4th Panchen Lama. He became a teacher to many Tibetans, Bhutanese and Mongolian religious figures, including His Holiness the 4th and 5th Dalai Lamas, and the 1st Jetsun Dampa of Mongolia. A prolific author, Chokyi Gyeltsen is credited with over a hundred compositions, including a number of commentaries and ritual texts that remain central in the Gelukpa tradition today. Along with his role as a teacher of the Dharma, the Panchen Lamas are usually responsible for the recognition of the rebirths of the Dalai Lamas, and vice versa.

The 10th Panchen Lama, Lobsang Trinley Lhundrub Chokyi Gyeltsen (19 February 1938 – 28 January 1989) continued both the spiritual and political roles of his predecessors. His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, his contemporary, was even heard to say and echo the Panchen Lama’s own words that the Dalai Lama would safeguard Tibet from the outside while the Panchen Lama would safeguard Tibet from the inside, as he never left Tibet after the political troubles of 1959. He was truly loved by the Tibetans, all the way until his passing. When he taught, thousands of people would attend, not only from his own Gelug lineage, but masters and practitioners from all traditions of Tibetan Buddhism.

At his sprawling monastery of Tashi Lhunpo, he has a special chapel specifically dedicated to Dorje Shugden, where prayers and rituals are performed on a daily basis. In his great omniscience the Panchen Lama held Dorje Shugden as the principal Dharma protector of the monastery. He also personally propitiated Dorje Shugden among other Dharma protectors, and even wrote extensive prayers and rituals to Dorje Shugden. These rituals and prayers are contained within his ‘sung bum’ or collected works, which are provided here. As such a great lama, with an erudite and clear understanding of the Buddhist scriptures, a teacher to millions in both Tibet and China, from an established incarnation line and an emanation of the Buddha Amitabha, he could not be mistaken about his practice of Dorje Shugden.

His Holiness 10th Panchen Lama is known for his composition of commentaries and practice texts that are still in use by contemporary Buddhist practitioners both in Tibet and across the world. One of these is a powerful ritual composition propitiating the compassionate Dorje Shugden.

Upon the request by Acharya Lobsang Jangchub to compose a shorter version of the prayer (sadhana) for the exhortation of activities of Dorje Shugden, Panchen Lama immediately composed an abbreviate form of Dorje Shugden’s Kangsol. This text is entitled “Manjunatha’s (Tsongkapa) Lineage protector Dorje Shugden and five forms wrathful propitiations and confessional prayers and fulfilment of activities rites” or “Melodious sound of Accomplishment of the Four Activities” for short. Once the prayers were completed, he had signs and strong feelings that Dorje Shugden has been working hard to protect the Buddhadharma in general and the lineage of Lama Tsongkhapa specifically.

Mirroring the abilities of one of his earlier incarnations, Khedrub Je, a disciple of Lama Tsongkhapa and master of both sutra and tantra, the Panchen Lama used his compositional skill and poetic prowess to create a masterful sadhana. Worthy of note is a praise in which the first letter of each verse is a Tibetan vowel. Such compositions are rarely seen, and have historically only been used when propitiating senior Dharma protectors such as Palden Lhamo and Kalarupa.

The Panchen Lama also stated that while composing the Dorje Shugden sadhana (prayers) he was filled with a sense of happiness and bliss. He ends the composition with not only his official title but his ordination name, Tenzin Trinley Jigme Choje Wangchuk, endorsing the validity of his work. He composed the sadhana in his own Tashi Lhunpo monastery while in the Hall of Clear Light and Bliss.

“If the Dalai Lama, if His Holiness the Dalai Lama can be harmed by Dorje Shugden, then we might as well not practice Buddhism anymore. If His Holiness the Dalai Lama can have his life shortened by a so-called evil spirit, any evil spirit, then can he be Avalokiteshvara? So on one hand you say, we say, I say, everybody says, he is Avalokiteshvara; on the other hand you’re saying that he can be harmed by an evil spirit… Which one is it? Can he be harmed by an evil spirit or is he Avalokiteshvara? Do you think Avalokiteshvara, Manjushri, Vajrapani, Tara all take refuge in something else to protect themselves from Dorje Shugden? How illogical is that? How illogical of people to say His Holiness the Dalai Lama can be harmed by an evil spirit, any evil spirit or “Dorje Shugden” evil spirit. How is that possible?” – Tsem Tulku Rinpoche

This video condensed and made simple the history of the Dorje Shugden ban and the sufferings Dorje Shugden people experienced and continue to experience for 20 years. The video also laid out and reveal the truth and facts that Dorje Shugden was the Protector who advised His Holiness the Dalai Lama to flee to India and hence His Holiness’ life is saved. There is no religious freedom for the Dorje Shugden people worldwide because of the Dorje Shugden ban executed by the Central Tibetan Administration. We are, until today being discriminated and persecuted for simply practising our choice of religion and this is the truth.

Thank you team for providing these video that speak the true about Dorje Shugden. The Dorje Shugden practice is a practice that already been practicing by a lot of Tibetan Lama four hundred year ago is a practice that just not practice by Gelug but by others tradition as well so it proof that Dorje Shugden practice is genuine he is not spirits or demon so call by Dalai Lama and CTA why create ban that make so many people suffer because of all this discrimination . With these video hopefully more people will aware about the ban and give pressure to Holiness The Dalai Lama to lift the ban as soon as possible.

Dorje Shugden practice was originally a very small issue until the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) decided to make it big. It is no doubt that the Dorje Shugden controversy was started by the Tibetan leadership, in fact they are one of the reasons why Dorje Shugden is so known and widely practised today.

On what basis does the CTA ban people from practising Dorje Shugden? What rights do they have to ostracise and discriminate sincere practitioners of Dorje Shugden who literally just do his practice for the sake of their individual benefits towards their spiritual path? There is no democratic country in the world that ostracise their own people due to their religious preferences, in fact why should one be discriminated against, spat upon, beaten and unfriended just because they practise Dorje Shugden?

We are living in the 21st century where undemocratic ruling will not be tolerated anymore. I hope the CTA will stop spreading rumours about Dorje Shugden and causing his practitioners to suffer. I believe that Dorje Shugden is a Buddha, he is an emanation of Manjushri; I also fully believe that heavy negative karma will arise for disparaging the Buddha. Therefore I really hope the CTA will stop all their negative acts and stop collecting negative karma. ?

Whilst filming this video, what struck me very strongly is that I am fortunate to even have the opportunity to appear in a video like this because:

    (1) the only reason why any of us have anything logical, interesting or compelling to say is because Rinpoche taught us so well

    (2) thankfully, we are Malaysians who have religious freedom. If we lived in the Tibetan communities, we would never be able to film such videos without suffering some form of repercussion. The fact is that anyone who practices Dorje Shugden and lives beyond the Tibetan leadership’s influence, and therefore has the freedom to speak our minds, has a greater responsibility and duty of care to speak up on behalf of all who cannot

Look, if non-Tibetans like us can see all of this regarding the ban, how many others out there are thinking the same thing but don’t dare to say it themselves? We were merely articulating what many people feel and for that reason, I’m very glad the Tibetan subtitled versions are out now, to spread these views ever further and wider and hopefully motivate others to speak up as well.

Thank you for these powerful videos that will be a constant nagging thorn in the side of the Tibetan administration and anyone else who wants to blacken the name of Dorje Shugden without proof or basis.

So much evidence is presented in these 5 videos to counter the original video released by the CTA that people should think twice before attempting to further damage the name of Dorje Shugden and his practitioners, or to create further division in the Tibetan refugee community.

And now that these videos are available with Tibetan subtitles, the CTA has lost their last shred of hope that they can continue to pull the wool over the eyes of their countrymen. Their lies will soon be exposed as more and more Tibetans watch and understand the truth behind the CTA’s machinations for political gain.

  990. Pastor David Lai on Nov 15, 2017 at 9:26 am

I feel extremely proud of my fellow Kecharians who came out with a professionally produced video and explanation that refutes the anti-Shugden video. The sheer logic and reasoning, research and validity of the source material brings this explanatory videos up unto another level.

I thought I had commented before but I look like I missed it the last time. I am glad that a Tibetan version is out so it its penetrative explanations can be shared within the Tibetan world where the heart of this religious ban is being enforced. The evidence and the presentation of the facts makes it a compelling watch.

  991. Pastor Shin Tan on Nov 15, 2017 at 8:03 am

Have you ever heard of a democratic government that spends money to produce literature and video to talk negatively about a religious practice? We are talking about a 13-minute documentary accompanied by a 400-over page publication. Incredible! All this on the basis the claim that Dorje Shugden practitioners are linked to their ‘enemy’, the Chinese leadership.

At the launch, Sikyong stated that “these misguided people are being manipulated by the Chinese government to advance their propaganda of maligning the good name of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the just cause of the Tibetan people led by the Central Tibetan Administration.” Why is it that the public is not reminded about the numerous manipulation by the leaders of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), such as the fraudulent election, to the extent that the former Kalon Tripa of the Tibetan Government in Exile Prof Samdhong Rinpoche abstained from voting in the election? The ironic truth is that what the leaders of the Central Tibetan Administration did directly damage the reputation of His Holiness.

The Tibetan leadership in Dharamsala should stop engendering an atmosphere of fear, suspicion, and disharmony between Dorje Shugden practitioners and non-practitioners. There has never been a divide or issue, in fact, there wasn’t such vocabulary of “Shugden practitioners” versus non-practitioners before the ban manufactured by the CTA. The real culprit that disrupts Tibetan social harmony is none other than CTA itself. Ask any Tibetan and they can tell you who really has “a notorious history of violence, including murder, within the Tibetan community,” definitely it is not the Shugden practitioners.

  992. Pastor Albert on Nov 15, 2017 at 6:39 am

It has been CTA’s style since decades ago, no matter how much evidence you showed, or how many people practicing Dorje Shugden, the CTA will still keep saying DS is a spirit and not showing any proof, they will just keep giving baseless points again and again.

With just a picture taken with Chinese people, they are being accused by getting finding from China to go against Tibetan, but in fact, how many people are taking pictures with the Chinese people? so does that mean all of them are also Chinese spies? If CTA really want to show DS practitioners get funding from China or claiming they are Chinese spies, then they have to show more valid evidence and not simply attacking the DS practitioners online, but to be honest, I think that as a government, what they should do is to work towards the benefit of the citizens and not splitting them apart.

  993. Pastor Adeline Woon on Nov 15, 2017 at 6:28 am

These videos are very necessary to counter the repeated false claims by the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) on the unlawful ban of Dorje Shugden. These videos were highly circulated by the Tibetans on social media platform. Now that the Tibetan version is available, more Tibetans can understand the contradictory statements made by their leader Lobsang Sangyay and the kashag (cabinet). It is very important that the Tibetans understand so that they can unite and join force to vote for a different and more capable leaders who will really do something that benefit them.

  994. Cynthia on Nov 15, 2017 at 6:18 am

Well done to those who took the time to produce these videos with a clear and logical explanation to counter CTA’s video and book against Dorje Shugden. Not many Shugdenpas would have bothered to go through all this trouble to produce this. A big thanks to all involved!

It is a religious organisation’s duty to explain and clear doubts especially when false claims have been made against a Buddha to avert negative karma. But what business does a political government have to speak against a Buddhist deity?

The money spent on the production of Dorje Shugden videos and printing books would be better spent on the people’s welfare. Please don’t mix politics and religion.

(Thank you to the team who worked on this Tibetan version.)

Very disappointed to know that the Tibetan leadership (CTA) has produced a video to justify why they discriminate their people just because of their religious practice. A real leader/government should take care and unite of their people but it is not the case for CTA.

Thank you Rinpoche and team for working hard to produce videos to present the facts and debunking the baseless excuses given by the CTA on Dorje Shugden practitioners. Dorje Shugden practitioners has been suffering so much and even being insulted or physically harmed due to the discrimination and segregation promoted by the CTA. We sincerely pledge the Dalai Lama to lift the Dorje Shugden ban and let everyone can practice the practice that were given by their Guru freely. ???

  998. Wah Ying on Nov 15, 2017 at 2:05 am

For the allegations and accusations of Tibetan government in exile done to Dorje Shugden practitioners, some of my questions are:
    1. If Dorje Shugden worshippers are really as traitors to the Tibetan people as accused, then the government in exile should take these to court and charge them with crimes betraying the country and people. Let judge pass any judgement to the crimes they have committed if they are really have been the traitors as claimed.

Suggesting the whole Tibetan society that these so called traitor are deserving of whatever misfortune, discrimination and suppression is directed against them; is actually against any democracy country with rule of laws – you should’t punish anyone with crimes they did not do or have not proved they have done.

    2. Many have donated money and resources to Tibetan government in exile, the time, money and resources they have been directed to launch any campaign to against Dorje Shugden people to this non-issue as they claimed, is illogical. Thus Tibetan government in exile should direct the time, effort and resources to the betterment and welfare of Tibetan people. They are so many Tibetan living under not so good condition.

    3. For me, ‘Chinese link’ label was unfair, racist, without basis and evidence, and a huge generalisation of ALL Chinese around the world. The allegation by Tibetan government in exile is not only suggesting that being Chinese is you will be definitely a Chinese spy who would definitely hurting the benefits of Tibetans, and all Chinese are the enemy of all Tibetans. Hence, encouraging hatred and anger among Chinese and Tibetans, which is an selfish and hyprocrite act of the Tibetan government in exile, especially when they are “trying” to resume the dialogue with the Beijing government.

With all the information, facts and evidence provided above, it’s clearly debunk all the allegations and accusations by Tibetan government in exile on Dorje Shugden people are not true at all, but with all the hidden agenda to serve their personal needs, including to divert people’s attention that the government is not functioning, and is not bringing Tibetans to anyway. Dorje Shugden people is being used as scapegoat for whatever failure of the Tibetan government in exile as an effective government. In conclusion, all the accusations on Dorje Shugden people are fabricated and thus illogical are highly convincing.

  999. TekLee on Nov 15, 2017 at 1:35 am

This video is very informative! Thank you all who made this video. It clearly delivers the message that the ban on Dorje Shugden is illogical. First of all, there is no evidence at all that Dorje Shugden practitioners are paid by China government and even China spy. We, who live in Malaysia, have religion freedom. As long as we are not Malay, we can choose to believe in any religion we want. Does China government can simply come in to a country, override the government and appoint any spy they want? This is ridiculous.
Secondly, there’s again, no proof at all that Dorje Shugden practitioners are anti H.H Dalai Lama. We respect H.H Dalai Lama as the leader of Tibetan. We never did anything even a single post on social that anti Dalai Lama, and even talk bad about Dalai Lama. Unlike some rich government who spent thousands of money to publish books only to talk about how bad Dorje Shugden practice is, and make web site of it, and even organize talk, forum, spent time to talk negative about Dorje Shugden practice. And yet, that did no have any evidence, and proof how negative it is about Dorje Shugden practice. People discriminate, segregate Dorje Shugden practitioners, is because they are fear. They are worried that if they don’t discriminate Dorje Shugden and the practitioners, the leadership will be harsh on them, will threaten them.
Dorje Shugden practice has been in the lineage, even in Tibetan Buddhism for 400 years. Sakya started practicing Dorje Shugden, then Gelug. Many high Lamas, including H.H Dalai Lama tutor H.H Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche practiced Dorje Shugden. And now he reincarnated. If Dorje Shugden is devil, if, we, Dorje Shugden practitioners worship devil, H.H Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche practice Dorje Shugden and he was H.H Dalai Lama tutor, then what are we doing here? Where is logic?

  1000. Freon on Nov 15, 2017 at 12:46 am

I am Malaysian and I practice Dorje Shugden as my protector practice. Not only this practice given by my precious root Guru, H.E Tsem Rinpoche, also through protection from Dorje Shugden, I have guidance on my daily life, and able to help my friends and families to go through their difficult time through Dorje Shugden’s helps.

I do not received any single China’s money to ask me to pray to Dorje Shugden. This is simply accuses create by CTA to build hatred and chaos, so that their own agenda is hidden. So that they forever play the victim game to show the world they are “victim” and then the donation come to them more.

Instead of using the donation for their people in exile, they use it to cover do the video specifically to persecute Dorje Shugden, to create religion apartheid!

  1001. Joy on Nov 14, 2017 at 11:54 pm

The team under His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche’s guidance have worked very hard to bring this truth out, and together, with other Shugden practitioners all around the world sharing this TRUTH based on FACTS, I am very sure we will bring the ban down.

Like what Li Kim said to “Some of the greatest wrongs is not the people who perform the misdeeds, but the people who permit it to happen”. So this ban actually affects not only Tibetan Shugden practitioners that suffer first hand this disgusting discrimination from a fake democratic Tibetan leadership, but it undermines and insults everyone’s human rights for religious freedom and an outright breach to United Nations’s human rights constitution. The very same thing the fault China for, they do it on their own people! How ironic is that! Hence, this ban actually puts everyone who is different and the minority down. So for the sake of humanity, it MUST come down!

Thank you, Rinpoche and the team who has worked very hard for the past weeks to bring this production of truth out to the world. Bravo all and bravo to spread truth, peace and compassion and stamping down the lies and injustice discrimination on Dorje Shugden practice. The truth must be told! Again for the sake of humanity, it MUST come down!

Thanks Rinpoche and the hardworking teams to get these videos and posts done!!!

After watching the video released by the Tibetan leadership Shugden Protestors: Allegations versus Facts, as a Shugden practitioner who always follow this blog, I found that the video has many loopholes where in facts there are many facts and proves to show the world that the condition is not what they describe in the video.

After watching the videos on this post, I want to give the team a big applause because it’s well presented and debunking what Tibetan leadership try to say/hide.

I especially like the 5th video to present very clearly that practicing Dorje Shugden is not going against Dalai Lama, but people who go against Dalai Lama is the Tibetan leadership themselves by encouraging separation and discrimination among the Tibetan community.

Truth is truth, it’s not because a “country”‘s spending money to make an “official” video would change the truth. What Tibetan leadership has done to their community are well recorded, if not by the public, it’s recorded in their karma.

Tibetan leadership should not continue this illogical, deceptive policy saying “there is no ban” but yet doing a lot of effort to enhance the ban. By releasing the video itself is another solid proof that there is a ban.

    The ban must end.

    Thank you.

Wow! Imagine a government expending so much resources on producing books and videos to condemn fellow Tibetans for practicing Dorje Shugden , because it is a practice it disagrees with. As a democratic government, this is most illogical and unbecoming.

On top of it,in order to enhance, justify and reinforce its anti Shugden stance,
it also fabricates lies and evidence and casts aspersions against Shugden practitioners. Dorje Shugden as Chinese spies indeed paid handsomely by the Chinese government! But there’s not a stitch of real evidence to it!

Where in the world is there a government, who would take such steps to create such disunity and schism among its own people? It makes no sense to me.

Thank you team for debunking all these myths created by the CTA.

The video issued by the CTA on 14th Nov Allegations vs Fact’s on Dorje Shugden practitioners was a downright disappointment as it was basically just a compilation of lame, baseless points which they have continuously highlighted before, but clearly without substance or proof. It’s even more irritating when one contemplates on the amount of resources spent on creating the video which spreads lies instead of going down to the ground to give real help to their own people. The CTA is spending money to create more chaos and inviting people to discriminate further their own brothers and sisters. What is their motivation ? Is there something real to proof or just just hoping to create a diversion away from their own weaknesses and failure to do anything for Tibet and Tibetans.
This desperate move by the CTA further shows their unprofessionalism and lack of skill and wisdom to deal with the real challenge – CHINA !! Because they got NOTHING out of China in their negotiations, they blame it on Dorje Shugden and the DS monks and practitioners. How can the CTA represent Tibetans and help preserve the sacred teachings of Tibetan Buddhism ? The pure Dharma will degenerate in their hands !

The videos recorded by the group of dedicated students of HE Tsem Tulku Rinplche contains very valid points to prove how misleading CTA”s video is. Great work !! Thank you to all who contributed to these videos which will help to remove the negativities painted by the CTA !!

Dalai Lama with all your wisdom and compassion must be more affirmative to bring justice to Dorje Shugden and the practitioners. With folded hands .

Thank you very much Martin, Li Kim, Pastor Jean Ai and Pastor Niral for putting your time and efforts for sharing out the truths and evidence about the CTA involvement in the DS ban. I hope this ban would be over as soon as possible as it is really illogical and so many DS practitioners are suffering because of the ban. May HHDL will quickly remove the ban. May more people unite and coorperate to help lift this ban. I will always be around to give my full support to spread words to help lift the ban. United we stand, together we succeed!!!? Here is my appeal to the CTA and the beautiful Tibetans who have made the ugly allegations on Dorje Shugden practitioners everywhere:

    1. Please do not link us to the Chinese government because of our religious belief and no Chinese government is paying us to practice Dorje Shugden.

    2. Why is the CTA spending such a huge sum of money to publish articles and books to campaign against the worship of Dorje Shugden when you have openly denied to foreign press that there is a ban on Dorje Shugden practice?

    3. Please allow your citizens the freedom to practice the religions or deities they choose. They have been through much sufferings of losing their homes in Tibet, please do let them continue with their religious practice without discrimination.

1008. Nancy Loo on Nov 14, 2017 at 9:14 pm

What is the Tibetan leadership hiding from the Tibetan and the world ? They are just trying to distribute the enemy propaganda , “a religion” to segregate the nation. The CTA is simply using one reason after another ie Dorje Shugden’s practitioners are Chinese spies, DorjeShugden practice are cult (where are the evidence to support these illogical claims?) etc etc to cover their flaws and shortcomings!
Is dispersing and scattering hatred, accusations, creating sufferings, discrimination against the Dorje Shugden’s practitioners’ are the main agenda of the government’s good book, just to make the leadership feel and look good and superior amongst the weak and powerless?
It is time for the Tibetan to wake up rather than dancing to someone’s tune if they are truly concerned about the progress and development of Tibet.

How can they spend so much resource to produce a ‘documentary’ and 400-over page publication to say one’s deity and religious practice is bad?

It is not a government job nor authority to criticize a personal choice. I would be pissed off if my country’s leadership allow religious freedom and turn back and say — No, yours is bad, we advice you to stop. There is no right or wrong faith as long as it doesn’t oppose the law, promote peace and harmony no matter race, gender, faith, etc.

Tibetan Government’s Constitution in Article 9 and 10 clearly indicated that every Tibetan people has right and freedom of religion. But in reality, CTA has enacted differently just to target and demonise Dorje Shugden since 1996. From that day on, many Shugden practitioners are suffered until today due to the government not truly practice and take actions based on the human rights as written clearly in the constitution.

Where in the world is there a government who produces materials to discriminate an entire sect of religious practitioners? Why is the Tibetan Leadership even involved in religious affairs when they have so much political works to handle?

It is not okay that the leadership uses this method to split, de-stablize, de-harmonise its people, when all the funds they receive are for the country and its people. There should not be segregation for funds and use it to further create despair amongst its people – who does that? did the donors give them permission to? It is not democratic at all, and no wonder Tibetans are still refugees after 60 years with a leadership that exploits its own kind.

It is not nice to just call DS practitioners Chinese Spies and Dogs just because they practice Dorje Shugden. What logic is there? Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche Dorje Chang was faithful and propagated and practiced Dorje Shugden till the end of his life. Is he a Chinese spy? Of course not! So why are people continuing to taint and taunt Dorje Shugden practitioners, when there is no basis to. It’s absurd. And what is worst of all, is that the Tibetan not only allows it, but promotes this doing further.

Thank you for all the videos to counter the baseless, unfair, undemocractic, illogical ban on Dorje Shugden! Thank you Tsem Rinpoche!

Video: A Body of Evidence The mounting evidence on the Dorje Shugden, has been documented on so many medium and social media and other platforms. There are documented instances of the ban from monks and laity. Not to forget the wall that sits between Shar Gaden and Gaden Monastery. As Lukar Jam said the Dorje Shugden ban can be resolved easily, yet the CTA drags its feet and proclaims how democratic it is on its websites. CTA is NOT democratic at all.

    CTA’s role about Shugden Conflict

Watching this video, it is so very clear that the CTA who are in power amongst Tibetan in exiles have targeted the Dorje Shudgen people. Discrimination and suppression has happened for over 20 years now. Very clearly, CTA does not have anyone who propitiates Dorje Shudgen working in the government, in fact many circulars and memos have leaked out showing that CTA has asked their own people to abandon their the Dorje Shudgen practice and they will be asked to resign.

I agree with Martin that, criminals are across all faiths and religions, even if there was a negative act by someone who is from a certain belief, it does not mean, we can single them out for discrimination and for them to be targeted. Good and bad people occur in all faiths and people, does that mean anti Shugden people, do not ever break laws? It is infantile of CTA as a government, and its leader to put on their websites, and take measures against Dorje Shudgen people based on a murder allegation that is being pinned on Dorje Shugden people.

Hit list on Dorje Shudgen people is very interesting, archaic manner that CTA tries to suppress Dorje Shudgen people, lamas and practitioners. CTA views and measures have split their people for the longest time. How can CTA who suppress a section of their people, how would this create the causes for no independence and freedom? Create suppression, get suppression right? Why would any well-educated personage across the globe would want to support an institution that fights for Freedom, that also suppresses others?

I would really be embarrassed to be ruled by CTA, due to their policies that are very short-sighted and lacking vision and logic for that matter. 20 years CTA, has fumbled with their policies, I hope CTA instead of coming up with half baked strategies and policies, they would extend some time to have dialogue with Dorje Shugden leadership.

1019. Wai Meng Wan on Nov 14, 2017 at 3:41 pm

    Video:Misdirection

The CTA have been trying to take the citizens of the world, Tibetans and Dorje Shugden for a deadend ride. They have not been able to have any form of impact on China – Tibetan negotiations, in fact the Chinese very much just ignores them. CTA has tried many many tricks, we hope that the world can finally wake up to the reality of CTA, is not the ‘lamb’ it tries to portray to the world. Trying to pin the blame on many issues and people, the expiry date for CTA is coming soon real soon.

CTA as Martin pointed out has been changing their reason for continuation of the ban on Dorje Shudgen, and anything untoward happens, you friendly Dorje Shugden neighbour is ready for you to lay the blame on. The world is not blind, there is so much tricks CTA can play, even tibetans students are beginning to wonder why CTA perpetrates discrimination on fellow Tibetans. CTA is the type of government who were responsible for the split of the sangha in South India, and yet they twist the words and say they gave freedom for people who wanted to carry on Dorje Shudgen pratice to have their own place. CTA never gives up anything for free, if it does not further their personal agendas in any way.

    Allegations of Chinese Links

My thoughts about these are : –
-If there was truly evidence, we would know all about it, all over the internet. The article – *China co-opts a Buddhist sect in global effort to smear Dalai Lama* This is mentioned in the article that->
Reuters has no independent evidence of direct Chinese financing of the protests.

Why Dorje Shudgen people targeted for being Chinese spies? – When there are so many prominent Tibetan lamas who have good connections to China, and why aren’t they given the same spy treatment? Why only Dorje Shugden people are labelled as spies? Some of these other lamas have also received financial and other support from Chinese people or their Chinese students. If they are not Chinese spies, then neither are Dorje Shudgen people, who do not receive any secret funding from China.

It is so true that CTA is trying to deflect, and create misdirection of the current status and the state of the tibetan people in exile and Dorje Shugden is an easy scapegoat.

This video from CTA is like how the Americans who were looking for Weapons of Mass Destruction(WMD) as a pretext to Gulf War and launch a war against the Iraqis. In the end no WMD were found by the Allied forces, it was all a ruse to sell arms and fight a war.

  1021. Choong on Nov 14, 2017 at 3:03 pm

The CTA has not achieved anything substantial for the Tibetans in exile and this has pushed it to take its anti-Dorje Shugden stance to the limit to bring some kind of legitimacy for it to exist.

There is no logic to it and increasingly no support.

As Tibetans wise-up to the CTA’s shenanigans, the CTA better change tack or will be voted out sooner or later.

The CTA’s video are rehashing the same old rhetoric of the greed and ill intent of the Dorje Shugden practitioners and denial of the ban. The greed in being paid by China to go against the Dalai Lama, the ill intent by practicing Dorje Shugden so as to harm the Dalai Lama, that there is no ban/discrimination.

These allegations are well answered in video 1 and Video 2 and Video 4. In fact, all the videos gives very good rebuttals of the various accusations put forward by CTA. The comments are very clear and precise.

It would definitely be more meaningful for the government i.e. CTA to put their resources for the benefit of the Tibetans in exile than to continue this discrimination as a smoke screen for whatever their true intention is. As Buddhists, we want to practice in peace and harmony and not practice a religion as a means to bring harm to anyone.

It is time to put politics in the back burner where religion is concerned.

Thank you for all the info on how illogical the ban on Dorje Shugden is. CTA had not achieved anything substantial for Tiebtans since the 50 years ago, and they use DOrje Shugden as a scape goat to cover up their failure. It is despisable that CTA uses money that supposedly can benefit the people to publish articles, books and fund websites and internet trolls to demonise, intimidate, bully and threaten Dorje Shugden people. Which democratic government in the world does this? We must not let this ridiculous ban continue.

These videos are indeed very well done because it posts very logical questions and analysis. Isn’t logical the basis of Buddhism?

One of the videos, “Body of Evidence” lists many of the discriminations towards Dorje Shugden. You need to watch it yourself to understand what CTA claimed is an outright lie.

Also, it is unheard of that any government would openly suppress a religion. Therefore, it is totally unacceptable that CTA, a so-called government for the Tibetan In Exile, who is inspired by Buddhism, to carry out this kind of persecution.

Everyone who are interested to understand the Dorje Shugden controversy, or anyone who are confused as to why CTA’s accusation of Dorje Shugden, these videos are a must watch.

1026. William Chua on Nov 14, 2017 at 2:19 pm

Very comprehensive videos addressing and debunking the allegations by the CTA that there is no ban on Dorje Shugden practitioners. Pastor Jean Ai, Pastor Niral, Martin and LI Kim has answered and presented evidence that the claims by the CTA documentary to be false and misguided. The fact that the CTA video is released shows that there is an issue that is dividing the Tibetan community. If it is a non-issue, then there is no need for this video. There is no hard evidence shown to proof that there is no discrimination against Dorje Shugden practitioners but there are laws that is enacted by the CTA to alienate Dorje Shugden practitioners. The CTA has been inconsistent in their message to their people, on one hand, they released this video to show that Dorje Shugden Practitioners are collaborating wight eh Chinese Government to smear the good image of the Dalai Lama and that they are Chinese spies. On the other hand, they are encouraging Tibetans to be friends with China. How are the Tibetans going to react? To hate the Chinese or to love them???

If I am Tibetan, I will surely be confused!

1027. Sock Wan on Nov 14, 2017 at 11:44 am

Thank you for sharing with us more information on the ban and the illogical reasons Dorje Shugden practice is banned.

CTA spent so much money to publish books, make videos to condemn a belief that is practised by their own people, indirectly encourage their own people to segregate themselves. If there is no unity, you can never talk about getting your own country back. The issue CTA has to resolve really is the separation lies between their own people, that is what a leadership should do. No parents will ask their own children to hate each other, no family wants disharmony and disagreement among the family members. If all Tibetans are the children of CTA, why won’t CTA resolve the issue of segregation? In contradictory, CTA encourages segregation by imposing the ban, encouraging Tibetan people to be hostile to their own people. If you ask me why after 60 years CTA still fail to materialise their promise of getting their country back, this is the very reason.

  1028. CindyH on Nov 14, 2017 at 11:09 am

Thank you Rinpoche and the team who have diligently and tirelessly worked towards the materialisation of these useful videos. With such clear, concise and logical structure in the dissemination of information and facts, not only the hollowness, messy and contradictory positions/statements by CTA are exposed, they also reveal the real picture and truth of the situation. More importantly, such videos can prompt people to think and make an informed decision in respect of this matter. While it is not always easy to speak up about situations, sometimes it is imperative to someone getting better and a situation ceasing to exist. What so many people tend to take for granted is that if you don’t speak up, then maybe no one else will. Further, in this day and age, bullying, harassment, and things of that nature are more prevalent than most people think, but a person may be too nervous or restricted or not know to speak up about their own situation. By being a bystander and not saying something about a situation, it could escalate and inevitably take a toll on someone. These videos will also aid and give confidence for other people to speak up as the issues are highlighted, discussed and looked at logically.

1029. Adrian Chow on Nov 14, 2017 at 10:54 am

Thank you for all the hard work for producing these videos to explain clearly of the wrongs of CTA’s illogical actions, the ban on Dorje Shugden and supposedly Dorje Shugden’s practitioners are being paid and link to China as anti-His Holiness and Tibet.

A Tibetan Government-In-Exile, a Buddhist nation continuously feeding false information with the hope many will believe Dorje Shugden’s practice is behind CTA failure and downfall in pursuing their objective of returning to their homeland. And I thought as a Buddhist we aren’t supposed to lie. How ironic.

With all the wisdom and compassion HH Dalai Lama, please end the confusion and suffering by lifting the ban.

And I love video #5 – it’s casual yet thought provoking. These videos would shed light on the controversial ban on Dorje Shugden practice that results in so many hardship for the practitioners, particularly the sangha community and common people living in India. The plight of these people has been going on for far too long and it must come to an end, a peaceful closure, for dharma teachings to grow and spread. And for the world to know the deceits, fabrication of lies, the underhand tactics CTA has been using for the last two decades on its own people.

Great information & clarifications for people who are new & not know about and who have been suffering from the Ban of practicing Dorje Shugden, the Great Dharma Protector.

There are tons of dilemmas about the existence of the BAN of Dorje Shugden. Signages are all over the town in Tibet, people who claimed themselves as the supporters of H H. Dalai Lama are cursing and throwing anger on Dorje Shugden practitioners, which indicate pure & obvious discriminations to the Dorje Shugden practitioners.

In the another hand, H.H. Dalai Lama has announced that people are allow to practice Dorje Shugden freely. However, it contradicts what is happening terribly for Dorje Shugden practitioners around the world. They call us “Chinese pigs”, “Chinese spies”, “Chinese ghosts”, and more negative labels. I’m a Malaysian Chinese who is practicing Dorje Shugden, of course I’m going to be a Chinese ghost when I’m died, but it’s still rude to label people conveniently without consideration of the others’ feelings, especially those people who claimed themselves as the supporters of H.H. Dalai Lama, they follow H.H Dalai Lama’s shadow but not his light which he teaches us to be acceptance and compassion…=/

May more & more people could show concern & stand up for the sake for human rights and religious freedom, ultimately it’s for Worldpeace.

Wonderful videos! Thank you very much for the hard work to all those involved!

So many points/questions are legit from the videos and it really makes one wonder the authenticity of CTA’s so called No Ban video.

After all these years, either they incompetent or ignorant. No evidence of discrimination? Unbelievable! If there is no ban, why need to go thru the parliament to enforce an article and print a 400 page book? Why spend so much time and money just to do this? Why don’t the CTA use the money to help their own people? Why does CTA keep harping on Dorje Shugden’s issue if there is no ban? They don’t have anything else to do?

The point that I really like in the video, is the part that Dorje Shugden is practiced for 400 over years and many great lamas practiced. If they keep saying Dorje Shugden is a ‘devil’ and the practitioners are devil worshippers, then all the great Lamas who practiced, are also the same? I dare say that many of our lineage Gurus have practiced, so does this mean their lineage is not authentic? Then where does that leave all of us who received our teachings and practices from our Guru and the Gurus before Him? And how did these great Lamas reincarnate if they were practicing the ‘devil’? Really illogical.

Maybe they should read this post https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/dorje-shugden/they-were-not-wrong.html

Thank you for these videos! It is not believeable that a government who wants to call themselves democratic is acting in such discriminating ways against a religion. Dorje Shugden practitioners have to suffer since 20 years segregation beyond imagination! Being outcast from their communities, second class citizens (or worse, in brief no equal rights on a daily basis compared to non-Dorje Shugden followers as explained in the videos.

This is not a democratic government! This is a shame and shows that they don’t care for their people at all! Dorje Shugden was widely spread in the monasteries and the lay communities. Families and friends have been split because of the ban. Instead of improving the conditions for their people, the CTA spends their money for anti-Shugden videos – what government does that?

It is time to stop this unequality! HH Dalai Lama please end the Dorje Shugden ban and end the suffering of so many people. Tibet needs unity and harmony for the benefit of all Tibwtans. We beg you, release the Dorje Shugden ban.

1034. Justin Cheah on Nov 14, 2017 at 8:59 am

Thank you very much to the very hardworking team for producing these videos which met what it was meant for; rebuffing claims and accusations made in the video that CTA produced last month. This is the perfect response for all the issues and hidden truths manipulated by CTA to make it to their advantage. The answers to all the claims are all legit and it is remained to be seen if CTA will be able to deny anymore of the claims made by public (and many are from their very own people). All their so called proof is only flimsy and not strong. Instead of producing video and spread twisted claims, maybe they should invest in making Tibetans livery their lives better in India. So much have been received from donors but nothing has been done for their own people. Is CTA really serving it’s purpose as the government for its people. Or is it even a government now?

  1035. nicholas on Nov 14, 2017 at 7:17 am

Thank you so much for the crew that produce this videos. The facts that present in the videos really important to show the world how the Tibetan government manipulate the issues on Dorje Shugden ban and what more shocking here is that after close to 60 years Tibetan government which has been getting financial support not only doesn’t use it to support the real need for their people which in crisis but only focus on spending them to further discriminate their own people religious freedom. Instead of uniting all Tibetan, CTA would rather create more unnecessary separation within their own people to cover their failure in making Tibet stronger. It’s amazing how Tibetan government would exchange their people livelihood for their selfish cover up intention.

This videos shows all the logic and evident that the Tibetan government has been denying and keep manipulating. The truth cannot be covered and the world will see this unless they really think that the people around the world are easily being fooled by their baseless words.

The 5th video present with logic that who is really the one that going against His Holiness the Dalai Lama teaching and instruction. His Holiness always preach on peace and compassion. Even His Holiness personally said in France that anyone can practice Shugden but the Tibetan government still going against what he said. Who is the real anti- Dalai Lama here?

The ban should stop here and now to go in line with His Holiness teaching and for humans right, religious freedom and world peace.

1036. Irene Lim on Nov 14, 2017 at 6:45 am

Dear Dalai Lama, We beg with folded hands please heal the Shugden conflict. Dorje Shugden practitioners have endured 20 years of suffering. Please extend your love and compassion to us too.

The concept of rebirth has a long association with Buddhism. Rebirth in Buddhism refers to the teaching that the actions of a sentient being lead to a new existence after death, in an endless cycle called saṃsāra. One will begins a new life in a new body that may be human, animal or spiritual depending on the moral quality of the previous life’s actions. What they are reborn as depends on their actions in their previous life rather kamma. As a Buddhist we should believe in rebirth but still many people don’t . Buddha taught us that choices of rebirth make a difference and can shape many lifetimes. Buddhists believe that nothing that exists is permanent and everything will ultimately cease to be. There is a belief in rebirth

Against the odds two inspiring nuns fought all the way to become ordained, fighting for their rights to practice Buddhism . Interesting read of how they went through , bringing equality for women in Thailand. Buddhism is the predominant religion in Thailand. Officially, only men can become monks and novices in Thailand under a Buddhist order. The country does not recognize female monks or novices. In recent years, more Thai Buddhist women seeking to become full-fledged female monks, have been defying the tradition getting ordained overseas, in Sri Lanka or India. Buddhist women have been fighting for years for equality and social acceptance in Thailand. They just can’t be ordained by Thai monks. Ven. Dhammananda, 68 year old former university lecturer and activist became Thailand’s first Theravadin bhikkhuni after going the odds. Inspiring read biography on Ven. Dhammananda and Ven. Dr. Lee. They had gone through great hardships, discrimination and against the many odds in bringing equality to women in Buddhism in Thailand.
Thank you Rinpoche for this great inspiration post.

The unseen things are spiritual realities that are eternal and invisible to our physical eye. There are many forces and phenomena that are not visible to the naked eye. There are many things that humans cannot see yet there are some could see. For what is can be seen is only. Things do exist even we can’t see, believing their existence is our choice. Things that we can’t see in the world opens up a curiosity and exploration by some. Whether through scientific inquiry, or spiritual exploration, the pursuit of knowledge about the unseen can lead to profound insights about ourselves and the universe.
Malacca City is the historic capital of the coastal state of Malacca, in Malaysia serving as a link between east and west for over 500 years. Famous for breath-taking sights with rich heritage, ancient dark culture and history with many old centuries buildings with an interesting past and a colourful ghost story. For that reason alone it is worth visiting as is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site owing to its well-preserved historical center. There’s many historical mansions been passed down generation to generations and with many ghostly sighting by the locals and visitors. There’s the reason many unseen beings loitering and attached to these places. Such an interesting and incredibly creepy watching the video in this blog host by Li Kim. Li Kim had done a great work all along with her team to share with readers about our historic Malacca .

Vajrayogini symbolizes the wisdom of all enlightened beings and embodies the impulse of inspiration that drives the Buddhas to attain the perfect enlightenment. Vajrayogini is one of the most effective practices for people today. We can make offerings such as gold or jewel offerings and so on. The offering of gold helps us to collect merits, spiritual attainments, gain a deeper connection to Vajrayogini. It also creates the causes to attain a Buddha’s body.
Make Offerings to Vajrayogini in Kechara Forest Retreat at Bentong is such an meritorious way for us to collect merits. All thanks to our Guru having conceptualised the idea of having a statue of Vajrayogini for everyone . Recitation of Vajrayogini mantra can be a powerful tool for self-transformation, healing and liberation from samsara.
Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing with details explanation .

Thank you, Rinpoche for sharing this insightful article. Life is short, and if we enjoy every moment of every day, then we will be happy no matter what happens or what changes along the way. What ever matter to us at the time of death is nothing. In the end, it’s not the years in our life that count it’s what you leave behind that matters. A great soul never dies. It brings us together again and again.Death is the golden key that opens the palace of eternity. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time. Learning Dharma and practicing dharma is the our choice that’s matter. Some of the key points to take notes, read, study the Lam Rim and apply it, engage in Sadhana daily and consistently. No one will help us at the moment of death but ourselves. Spiritual practicing is the best choice.

Well the size of Buddha statues in Tibetan Buddhism is important because it represents the Buddha’s immense ability and vast knowledge. Hence the Buddha statues hold the symbol of satisfaction within, peace and happiness. They are a symbol of inspiration for every human being. When we focus on the Buddha statues, it gives us inner peace that our mind, our heart and our soul gets enlightened.
We have are so fortunate seeing and circumambulating where the 9-foot Dorje Shugden statue and with 500 mantra stones engraved with Dorje Shugden’s sacred mantra. As Rinpoche had said before the bigger and more Buddha statues helps in planting seeds of enlightenment in people’s mind-streams. It also help us to generate as much merit and purify as much karma as possible. Merely by seeing all those big statues at Kechara Forest Retreat is a blessing.
    Thank you Rinpoche.

The 4th Tagpu Pemavajra Jampel Tenpai Ngodrub, most commonly known as Tagpu Dorje Chang, was a highly accomplished yogi Highly attained lama who had many authentic visions of the Buddhas and even travel astrally to receive direct teachings from them. His recognised line of incarnations stem all the way back to the 14th Century. He is generally regarded as such amongst Gelug lineage holders. He spent most of his time in a hermitage located above Sera Monastery, gave teachings and transmitted many vital practices and lineages to his foremost student Kyabje Pabongka Rinpoche. Besides receiving the complete instructions of Dorje Shugden’s practice, Tagpu Dorje Chang had many other mystical experiences throughout his lifetime. Interesting read biography of a highly accomplished mahasiddha lama.

n Tibetan culture, it is a popular and customary practice for families to invite monks to perform spiritual ceremonies such as Trusol rituals. The monks have had the opportunity to offer such ceremonies for individuals or their families. Such ceremonies purify the elements of the environment which helps those living or visiting there to experience good health, success and well-being. The sacred ritual of ‘bathing’ the Buddhas and consecration through which negativities, sicknesses and obstacles will be cleared. Where by filling those areas with positive energies and good vibes through this Trusol consecration puja. Water is an essential part of this puja and symbolises the cleansing of all negativities and impurities. Through this puja it also pacifies local deities and other unseen beings in the surrounding areas. We are indeed fortunate that Tsem Rinpoche has taught Kecharians this practice and it has benefited many.

Reading this post had me gain some knowledge of Shifter Werewolves. Any article regarding rare creatures or paranormal articles are of my interest since young. In European folklore, a werewolf is a man who turns into a wolf at night and devours animals, people, or corpses but returns to human form by day. They have the ability to transform from an ordinary human appearance to a partially-lupine form with pointed ears, mutton chops, claws and fangs, and a ridged brow . Wow… werewolf tends to be vicious and unable to control his blood thirst. Their underlying common origin can be traced back to Proto-Indo-European mythology. In many depictions, these bloodthirsty beasts are evil where they kill animals and innocent people. They are humans who transition into wolf-like creatures, after being placed under a curse. In folklore, most werewolves originate from being cursed or bitten by another werewolf. That’s what they do believe. According many enthusiasts, there’s many different type of werewolves such as Alpha wolves, Beta wolves , Deltas, Elders, some survive as loners while others move in packs. How true it is no one knows. I do believe their existing . Many interesting stories related to these wolves in the past history.

Beautiful Dorje Shugden at Malacca. One should pay a visit there, located at a busy tourist place. It was such an auspicious occasion that a grand Puja was held there. Dedicated students and volunteers were there getting the place ready for the grand puja. Well the Grand Dorje Shugden puja was conducted by very own Kechara puja team to commemorate the chapel’s 3rd anniversary. Many people attended the Puja that’s wonderful to receive the powerful Protector Dorje Shugden blessings. More people will make a connection and get to know Manjushri, the Buddha of Wisdom, in the form of a Dharma Protector. May Dorje Shugden’s practice flourish to benefit those tourists and locals.

Venerable Geshe Rabten Rinpoche is a highly realised meditation master known as a debater, scholar, and meditation master, was the first Tibetan Buddhist master to introduce the complete Vinaya-tradition. He had also introduce the study of the five major topics of Buddhism to the West. He became the ‘path breaker’ of the complete and complex teachings of Buddhism in the West. Many masters, who are famous in the West today, were Geshe’s students. enerable Geshe Rabten. Geshe Rabten wrote the beautiful and Manjushri’s prayer called Gangloma and gave a profound explanation. We are so fortunate to learn about this Manjushri’s sacred prayer. May all be blessed by the practice of Lord Manjushri and Geshe Rabten’s explanation.

The begging bowl or alms bowl is one of the simplest but most important objects in the daily lives of Theravada Buddhist monks. The alms bowl still stands as an emblem of how all Buddhas, as numerous as grains of sand in the Ganges, practiced to end their desire. All those who receive the alms bowl should focus their mind to act with self-control and self-respect. Almsgiving is a tradition of Theravada Buddhists, majority in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Laos. In those early days of Buddhism, monks would take their bowls and go out begging for food. As today in Thailand one could see monks woke up before dawn every morning and carried his bowl through the roads or paths wherever he was staying. Local people would place food in the bowl as a donation, through the generosity of lay people. They accept whatever food is offered for them and eat whatever been given, serve as a blessing for the giver.
One bowl has held the food of a thousand families. A solitary monastic travels on his journey of a hundred thousand miles seeking liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
Thank you H.E. Tsem Rinpoche for explaining the meaning of begging and gave us more reasons to be vegetarian . Create a awareness among us not killing animals to be one.

Ajahn Siripanyo, the son of billionaire Ananda Krishnan, chose to abandon his inheritance and become a Buddhist monk in pursuit of spirituality. A Thai-Malaysian monk born in London and educated in UK. He was ordained in Thailand and lived there, leaving behind a life of immense wealth and privilege. He did surprised many and his choice was unexpected. Initially as a temporary measure, but somehow later evolved into a permanent way of life. Ven. Ajahn Siripanyo is now the Abbot of hermitage Dtao Dam on the Thai-Burmese border in Saiyok National Park, Thailand.
He was in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia years back giving an enthralling Dhamma talk on the timeless teachings of Ajahn Chah.

The Unknown

The Known and unknown are both feared,
Known is being comfortable and stagnant,
The unknown may be growth and opportunities,
One shall never know if one fears the unknown more than the known.
Who says the unknown would be worse than the known?
But then again, the unknown is sometimes worse than the known. In the end nothing is known unless we endeavour,
So go pursue all the way with the unknown,
because all unknown with familiarity becomes the known.

What the meat industry figured out is that you don't need healthy animals to make a profit.
Sick animals are more profitable... farms calculate how close to death they can keep animals without killing them. That's the business model. How quickly they can be made to grow, how tightly they can be packed, how much or how little can they eat, how sick they can get without dying... We live in a world in which it's conventional to treat an animal like a block of wood. ~ Jonathan Safran Foer
