Doggie Dharma Arrives Today!!!!!
Guess What???? I couldn’t help myself… I could not hold back. I could not stop… I GOT ANOTHER PUPPY FOR MY HOUSE!! Dharma arrived today just a few hours ago!!!
I was trying to ignore this dog and not look at him, but eventually I found my way to him and looked into his eyes and I was lost. I ‘felt’ he should be with me. I ‘felt’ he should be taken care of by me. So I named him Dharma and brought him home. There were many people doing various works in my house when I got back, and everyone stopped their work to stare at this gorgeous little puppy. Kb, Monlam and everyone loves him.
I held Dharma close to me on the way back. He didn’t cry, move much or make noise… he just rested on me and kept his little round eyes open taking in the sights.
Beng Kooi will take him for a full medical check-up tomorrow. Mumu and Oser has not met Dharma their new little friend YET… hehehe. Mumu and Oser will go crazy over their new friend. I just can’t wait to introduce them after Dharma’s check up. They will have so much fun together. They will have little doggie parties everyday!!

The Chair
I have one chair I usually sit on to do my sadhana, watch a program, read, write, research and so on. But many times I return from my bathroom, Oser girl has taken over my chair. She gives me this look like, it’s her chair! She’s a spunky little schnauzer. The room has so much space, other sofas and places of interest, but my Oser has to hijack my chair always. I have to gently move her over and squeeze in next to her like I did last night into the same chair. We sat together for hours and she fell asleep in my chair huddled against me. Love is sharing a chair even though it’s meant for one occupant at a time. ? Tsem Rinpoche
It is incredible how smart Oser girl is. She can steal the treat away from Dharma boy and so casually. Wow. She is so smart. A must watch short video!! Tsem Rinpoche

Dharma is still super cute even after so many years, in fact he has turned into a fatty hahaha! I love to play with Dharma and especially with the layers of fats behind his neck hehe… I’m so glad that Dharma is so fortunate to have people who love him so much.
Dear Rinpoche,
Your kindness makes me cry. It’s so beautiful that you did not turn your back on that adorable little dog and that you show such love and compassion for our mothers.I rejoice from the bottom of my heart.
Dharma is soooo cute!!! I love hugging and squeezing him like a soft toy hehe.
He’s now so big and… fat… haha. KB and the boys have to take him out very often to exercise, thankfully he has lost some weight which is good as it would be dangerous for him to be overweight.
Cute Dharma hehe…
A little status update! It’s been about 1 1/2 years since Dharma first joined our family and he’s not a big strong lad. We call him Fatty now because he became really very huge and can be very greedy! (he’s the first to appear whenever there’s food and because he was so darn cute when he was younger, everyone would secretly feed him a little bit until the “little bits” started to become very big bits and he grew to be enormous! He’s very healthy though, very strong, has no health problems at all, has amazing skin and fur (very good news as many schnauzers have very bad skin problems) and a happy, bright, friendly disposition. You can’t help but fall in love with this little fatty when you meet him.
Dear Rinpoche,
From what I’ve observed these few days in Haven, to take care dogs or pets is not just feeding them food. You have to know their characters, how they socialize with other dogs, how they behave and stop them from doing things that will harm themselves and others. And we have to take responsibility for their discipline as well.
Pets are good companionn for us, and we have to be their best companion as well. The way Rinpoche and the Ladrang group taking care of pets is not the same. I did learned something up. 🙂
Dear Rinpoche,
Dharma must have a tremendous amount of good merits to have been able to be bought by Rinpoche! How nice for both Mumu and Oser to have another companion to play, have fun, sleep and do just about anything together! Looking at the pictures of Dharma he really was just so cute that i couldn’t take my eyes of him. He is one of those dogs i know that has those very cute eyes and nice fur! Looking at these pictures and comparing it with the current pictures he really has grown a lot.
Thank you for sharing about your new dog!!!
Love
Jutika
Dharma is very fortunate to have Rinpoche take care of him and love him. i know and have met Dharma, he is very cheeky, cute and playful. i love dogs sooo much. please live long Dharma.
Baby Dharma is so cute! Such a poser too. He looks really comfortable in the arms of Rinpoche. He probably knew that he will be safe and sound in the arms of the Buddha =)
It would be quite hard NOT to adopt him too if at all i come across a doggie as cute as he is! hehe
Rinpoche is always so kind to every sentient being, not only to animals but to all sentient beings. Some of the dog breeders uses unscrupulous means to breed the dogs and sometimes the dogs are just kept for breeding purposes only. This is very sad because not only the dogs are kept pregnant all year round, they are sometimes very poorly taken care of.
Thank you for sharing, Rinpoche.. and Thank you for adopting baby Dharma! =D
Dharma baby is so cute, he is a very good dog. He always follow Rinpoche wherever Rinpoche goes. Hehe so cute
Awww..cute mumu. I’m happy that Dharma met Rinpoche. He is a happy little boy now. Hehe..
Thank You foe sharing Rinpoche.
Love, beatrix.
CUTE BIAO-BIAO IS SUCH A BIG BOY NOW!…… although, he actually still looks the same 🙂
He’s a wonderful addition to the Mumu family in Tsem Rinpoche’s ladrang.
That cheeky look, well that looks like Mumu in his “Crime Scene” video! :)]]
All of you at Kechara, especially you, Holy Rinpoche, make me want to love more, be a better person. You have all the qualities; yes, every single one of them.
love to you
Victoria
Dharma is so adorable and cute!
He is so blessed to be one of Rinpoche’s pet! I am very sure that Rinpoche, ladrang people, mumu and oser will love him a lot!!
I rejoice for Dharma!
oh Dharma is so cute !!! what a adorable little dog
OMB!! He is so adorable!!!! What a little lucky dog to have Rinpoche as his owner. Awwwww haha!
Dharma is so gorgeous. He is so fortunate to have Rinpoche taking care of him. How wonderful!!!
Dharma is so cute! He is just so lucky (must have some karmic affinity with Rinpoche in previous lives)to meet Rinpoche.
His life will be ok from now on.
if only every dog who needs a home, finds one that will love and care for them as Rinpoche does… it will be a blessing. thank you Rinpoche, for constantly reminding us through your actions that compassion should be the root of our existence.
bug bear hugs to Mumu, Oser and Dharma 🙂
Oh Dharma is so so cute. I especially like his look in the 1st photo with Jamie…
Dharma has great merits to meet and to be taken care of by Rinpoche, how wonderful…
🙂
What a beautiful doggie ~ his life will
now be filled with love. How wonderful–
smiles
Very cute Dharma, he got blue round eyes on camera……
He must have some karmic affinity with Rinpoche. I think Mumu and Oser will be so surprised and happy to meet their new friend today.
So happy for all of them…..
Seeing puppies getting a home, love and care that they too deserve is very heart warming, especially the master is Rinpoche!
Dharma has exceptionally good Karma to have the affinity with dear Rinpoche. He will lead a very good life like Mumu and Oser.
Little Dharma is so cute. He was so quiet and well behaved when Rinpoche brought him back. He looked and take in the new environment around him and beginned to explore when he was warmed up.
When you carry him, he’ll snuggle into your arms and stay there quietly. So adorable.
How lucky Dharma is to be taken care by Rinpoche and KB.
Rinpoche is so sincere in His commitment to baby Dharma, it’s marvellous and wonderful to see.
Lucky Dharma who has found a loving home with the most compassionate person of all.
May all of us join hands in saving furry beings from abuse and neglect.May Kechara Animal Sanctuary quickly manifest!
