I have always had a deep sense of appreciation for beautiful, minimalistic designs and architecture… especially ones that makes us feel closer to nature. Incorporating nature into the household immediately creates a sense of relaxation, warmth and calmness.
Below are 18 unique table designs that I came across online… and thought that I should share it with everyone. They are creative, timeless in design and will add character to any interior. Do share with me which design you like best!

Inspiring creative designers, craving woods, glass , various crystals such as citrine , amethyst and so far into tables that suits individual. Wow…. from branch and even tree end to recycled jet engine the designers has wonderful ideas converting them to amazing tables. Thank you Rinpoche for this sharing.
Very creative design. I like the branch and tree end tables. Great ideas coming from the designers. It’s amazing that the special designed furniture in the room will bring different emotion and moods.
Amazing ! Anything that is of natural wood, industrial junk that could be reused and turn into workable items will tinker my cells. As for the jet engine table, I think it would be illegal for us to own it back home. An alternative would be cast iron block of a marine engine.
The draw back is you wouldn’t be in the good book of your spouse because it would weight a couples of tons! Thinking about shifting it by her self : P

These tables are elegant-looking and very creatively done by the artists. Two of my favourites are the wood log table and the glass river table. I love the designs and concept because it’s simple and not too loud, they are very suitable for western concepted houses.
Anything that’s gotta do with nature or creativity always captures my attention because I really admire mother nature. If we pay attention to her, we will realise that she is the master of all arts and no one can beat that. Yes, people are innovative and they can turn a piece of wood into something that’s worth a few hundred to even a few thousand bucks. But again, if the wood was not there in the first place, none of this could have happened.
Wow! These tables are amazing. I always appreciate creativity that works. Some try too hard and somehow do not look complete. It’s very difficult to find tables with designs that are out of the grid because most furniture are mass produced.
I recently bought a side table cum stool that is made of solid wood, resin and glass. I love it coz it looks organic, rustic and modern. It fits in a modern living room and will never look out of date.

Thank you Rinpoche for sharing these photo of creative tables. I like Abyss table the most. When I see it, I feel so calm and relax. I like the blue colour, it makes me feel so peaceful and comfortable. I also like the waves and the ‘no end’ feeling, it just like you are swimming in the deep ocean, I really like it, so quiet and peaceful.
Very cool and unique tables. My favourite is the glass river table because of its uniqueness.

I’ve always been a huge fan and sucker for cool designs and creativity, but I most appreciate designs that are not only unique for the sake of being unique, but designs that are also functional would strike the perfect balance of ART with SUBSTANCE. All the tables presented here are stunning but if I have to choose, my favourite ones would be the Abyss; for presenting the fluidness of water (life) on to a solid piece of table, remarkable and love the blue hues. It’s the kind of table I’d have in my home. Another table I found interesting was the Sparkling table that catches the rays of light and transforms the room in to magical rainbow of sparkles! That’s something unique I’ve not seen before. I’d love to turn this in to an altar table just for Tara or Vy!Igneous. Thanks Rinpoche for sharing!

It is truly the most magnificient creation of designs, with an effortless fusion of artistic forms to really turn “tables and chairs” into a fine art of creative work for furnitures. Its so ingenious, not only to be moved by their uniqueness of faultless architectural designing, but be able to maintain the purpose of usefulness in what each furniture was designed for! These 18 pieces of brillant table designs are so equally ingenious, each with its own uniqueness which makes it so difficult not to like them equally the same, thereby making a choice seems not possible without guilt! Congratulations and thank you for the sharing Rinpoche!

Dear Rinpoche,
I like the recycled jet engine table the best because it makes use of what we would have otherwise been thrown away. We are already over-consuming out of our desire and belief in the “mantra” – “more and bigger is better”.
It is time to stop burning, digging, pulverizing, boiling, exploding, fighting, drilling, pumping, clearing, damaging, exploiting, harming, and killing and instead recycle, protect, conserve, reduce, grow, plant and be part of mother earth.
I like the Glass River Tables, by using the split/crack in between the tree to create a river look by using a blue tinted glass. It’s creative, enhance the nature look of the tree. Tree end table is not bad a bad idea to preserve the wood from rotting.

I like the Amethyst table, it looks unique and has a sense of warmth energy feeling, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and some snacks at the table while reading the newspaper. Thank you for sharing these beautiful and artistic tables!
