   Reading this again motivates me to continue on despite the jumpy mind that visits me often. What a great feat by Mdm Adeline Tan during her younger days and she continues to benefit others in these days as well! I saw her few times during Menhla Puja in KL. I have no doubt for Rinpoche’s compassion and blessing but it is equally important that the students have to follow through and practice what was being taught.

   Thank you Rinpoche and Pastor Seng Piow.

   Amazing true miracles story of how Adeline recovered from cancer.Its 1 in 1000 cases of that cancer simply disappeared.I have seem a number of cancer patients dying but never recovered in time.Its just a rare case whereby Adeline was well again.
   Adeline’s trust, faith,courage,determination and following all instructions given by Rinpoche that has helped her.Adeline miracle story was one good example of guru devotion.
   May Adeline be healthy and continue to work for Dharma.
   Rinpoche has saved many many lives and bringing Dharma teachings to us.

   Thank you Pastor Seng Piow for sharing this inspiring experience in a very nice comic. I have learned that :

   1) Have determination and believe in our Guru – Adeline believe in Rinpoche and do according to his instruction. Even though the treatment period is not easy but she did not give up and continue.

   2) Guru will always ask his students to practise dharma as a form to overcome the obstacles. Sometimes we may not understand the whole intention but if we practise Guru Devotion then we will follow the instruction fully.

   3) Doing dharma work such as volunteering in temple, building Buddha statue, offering to temple and sangha can help purify our karma.

   Thank you Pastor Seng Piow for sharing this amazing miracle that Adeline Tan had experienced. Surviving cancer with complete recovery is rare and in this, it really showed us what we put into our dharma practices will help us in our future, be it this life or the next. Rinpoche had always care for us and he definitely has the enlightened mind which sees into our future knowing what will happen to us. Which is why he is always urging us to practice and sometimes in wrathful ways to help us overcome our obstacles. Some may see him as cruel but I would rather our compassionate Guru be wrathful with me now then face my terrible future in stored. Trust in our Guru, practice the pure lineage Dharma he teaches and you will always be in safe hands.

   Karma can be purified totally if we persist in out purification practice and following the lama’s advice. Rejoice for Adeline for beating cancer and having her case mentioned in Cancer journal.

   It is really amazing what miracles Rinpoche can do.
   It really shows that Rinpoche is no ordinary being as he can have the power to help people in many ways.
   I really can’t imagine what would have happened if Adeline had not met Rinpoche.
   It makes me think so much of having Rinpoche to guide us and Kechara to bring the Dharma to everyone in the world.
   Thanks to Rinpoche’s advice we are who we are now as Rinpoche made it possible for Kechara to grow.
   It also tells me that if we listen to our guru’s advice 100% we will achieve 100% success if we don’t we are not going to achieve anything.
   Also we will create negative Karma as we asked our guru for advice but you don’t listen to him.
   As your guru takes the trouble to give you advice don’t take it for granted.
   I really like the way Seng Piow formated this comic strip and it really is interesting to read.

   First of all, I am really glad that aunty Adeline had taken Rinpoche’s advise to heart and was committed to it. It shows that making prostrations and doing our daily sadhana are really important, it doesn’t only help to purify our negative karma, it can even save our lives when we are stuck in a difficult situation. I believe that Rinpoche had saved a lot of lives, including my mother’s and my uncle’s, if it wasn’t for Rinpoche, they would not have made it till today. I am very grateful of Rinpoche, for everything that Rinpoche has done to make our lives better.

   It never fails to amaze me of the miraculous powers the pujas are capable of from wanting a business to go through to healing very serious cases of illnesses.

   Throughout this whole comic strip, what I noticed is Adeline’s strong Guru devotion towards Rinpoche and how she did what Rinpoche told her to do such as sponsoring statues and etc.

   It is really mind blowing to just think, how Adeline’s life was saved by the merits she accumulated by doing her prostration and protector mantra retreat and it really proves to many that such retreats are very powerful.

    It really shows that Guru Devotion is the greatest blessing of all, also rejoice for Adeline Tan blessing from Rinpoche and for the great news. Adeline Tan is a great example to us that by following Guru instruction and have faith in Guru advice will bring tremendous result in our life.

    Is such a miracle, anything is possible what is most important is to trust the three jewels devote to your guru taking every of his advice to heart then anything us possible Adeline case is the perfect example of guru devotion.     Thank you for sharing this lovely story with us. This shows that if you surrender yourself completely to the Dharma and follow your guru’s instructions exactly. Things will always become better no matter how dire the situation. We should give our guru our all and we will reap the benefits. Only the students will benefit from serving the guru! I rejoice that Adeline had recovered and she is now devoting herself to the glorious Dharma!

    Through the blessings of Rinpoche and the Protector, Adeline has recovered. This is one of the many miracles that if we have faith in our Guru and Protector and has the merits to receive their blessings we can overcome our obstacles. I am happy that Adeline has now fully recovered and spending her time doing dharma work.

    This is the story of a student who followed her lama’s instructions all the way and thus was able to have her illness cured. It’s a combination of purification of negative karma and accumulation of merits. I rejoice for my Dharma sister Adeline Tan. May she continue her spiritual journey without obstacles and lead a long and happy life.

    When we follow what Rinpoche advices all the way, he saves us and allows us to save ourselves. Rinpoche always protects us in his own caring ways, and plans ahead for us many times without us knowing. The requests / instructions may seem funny at the time we were asked to… but when the time comes, what we were told to do will be purified, or negative karma reduced.

    I love it. It doesent surprise me, in a good way, that she made a full recovery after doing exactly what Tsem Rinpoche said to. He can helpnus all and its not even that hard I suspect, when the students do what they are told to achieve real results. I find it hard to keep up my daily practice and Adeline had trouble keeping hers because of chemo. That makes me feel so dumb. I love the comic format Its very appealing to the eye, I always loved comics.

    Adeline was one of my girlfriends top choices for girl names… We had a boy named Miles Bodhi (Akers).

    Thanks for the sharing from Pastor Seng Piow. It is really a miracle, must be the blessing from Rinpoche. I am happy for Madam Adeline Tan’s recovery, from this I understand is good that we do our dharma works to purify our karma when we are still healthy just like what Madam Adeline Tan did, it will help us to go through the critical time we might face in future. Thanks Ripnpoche’s care and blessing for everyone, I wish for Rinpoche’s long life and Rinpoche’s dharma works continuously growing.
