Being Rinpoche’s personal attendant means that I am able to witness real Dharma in action, both on and off the throne. I consider myself extremely fortunate, and at the same time it is also a great challenge to instil Dharma in my life 24/7.
Over the years I have witnessed many cases of how Rinpoche helped many people in both worldly and supramundane ways, so I decided to have these stories told in comic form for the wider audience. It is my wish that through these stories many will be inspired to achieve the state of compassion and attainments like Tsem Rinpoche, so that many more sentient beings can be helped.

Miracles do happen,when we have faith and trust in our Guru.What is important is to follow Rinpoche’s advice and do as instructed by our Guru to clear the osbtacles all the way.Angie and Herry were so fortunate to have meet Rinpoche.Its because of Rinpoche ‘s compassion and caring for his student Angie’s life was saved.Infact Rinpoche has helped many people through his intervention, advice and instructions.

Thank you Pastor Seng Piow for sharing this story. It was a miracle that Angel’s life was saved and this happened because of Rinpoche’s compassion. As long as we have full faith in Rinpoche and protector Setrap and Dorje Shugden, our life is saved and we can go through everythings. I rejoice for Mr Henry and Miss Angel’s contribution for dharma work, hope the three jewels bless Mr Henry and his family. I hope that more people can benefit by Rinpoche’s compassion and they start helping others via Kechara’s 13 departments, therefore more and more will be benefited.

Another amazing true life stories told by one of the Kecharian families. I love these stories so much! I love reading them and being reminded of Rinpoche’s and Setraps greatness. I am so surprised that all of this actually happened. When i watched the real life video of Angel telling her story i was so shocked! Rinpoche truly does have power and know one should ever doubt Rinpoche’s abilities.
Dear Rinpoche, if Rinpoche and Setrap didn’t keep my mother’s consciousness awake and protecting my mom, my mom won’t be alive today. Also I won’t have this loving environment to live in because our family puzzle will be missing one piece which is my mom. Thank You Rinpoche and Setrap for protecting my mom.

时常都会和他们一家人见面，他们对于我们在克切拉年轻的一群都非常的照顾。佛法的力量是惊人的。如果没有仁波切的加持和不言倦的指导，许多的我们还是迷迷糊糊的过日子。
金甲衣护法几乎是有求必应（毕竟也要看我们个人的业障，因缘），我的生活中也被金甲衣护法帮助了非常之多。每一次有任何的问题，在供养金酒之后，答案会自然的在脑海里涌现，不然就是看见事情有了转机。鲜少回家的我，深信只要好好将佛法事业做好，护法一定会守护我的家人们。
This couple supported each other due to Angel Lee working outside she is able to support Henry to do dharma full time. Henry was one of the first few people who went all the way to make dharma a career. Protector can really help us in our critical moments, Angel was really on the verge of not making it if not for Setrap.
When Angel’s blood pressure dropped and the gynaecologist could not find a vein for the IV tube, I was truly scared. After a few attempts, the gynae found one of the veins and she was rushed to the operating theatre. I was beside her until she was wheeled into the OT. Angel’s face was deathly white and she was incoherent. When I asked her to chant Lord Setrap’s mantra, she signaled with her finger that she could not speak. I asked her to think of Rinpoche before she was put under sedation. I know from my heart that because Angel did as she was told, that is, she had complete faith in Rinpoche and Lord Setrap then. Now her faith is even stronger, the same goes for me.
Rinpoche has been tirelessly teaching dharma in Malaysia for the last 20 years and so many people had benefited from the teachings. To gain beneficial results, I will put what I have learned into more dharma work and practices. The promise of full enlightenment may seem light years away but if I do not start now, then when?
真人真事，得说服了最强，单单靠别人讲，很多时候都可能半信半疑，但现在真人现身讲述，和看漫画的解释，仁波切和护法的帮助，让我们渡过难关。

Angel’s faith in Rinpoche had helped her through the most critical hours of her life. Not only that, I have heard of another testimonial from Angel of how Rinpoche helped her brother who was told by the doctor that he has a few months to live but after following Rinpoche’s instructions, her brother is still alive and kicking. Miracles do exists if one has faith in the Guru and Dharma Protector.

The illustrations are very beautiful, thank you…….it’s the strong faith that Angel and Henry have in Rinpoche and Setrap that helped them to win this battle between life and death.Our Guru always protect and take care of us… ….We must have faith and always follow instructions given..
Angel is truly very lucky to have the blessings of Rinpoche and Setrap. I cannot imagine how it would have been if there was no protection… In life, the one thing we cannot control is when faith or karma kicks in. Based on what we can learn here from Angel’s story, the negative effects of karma was changed/redirected by the blessings and protection of a Lama and Protector.
整个故事最让人感动的部分便是，当Angel在手术的过程中时，詹仁波切出现在脑海中不停地跟她说话，希望她能够保持清醒。而且，Angel初见仁波切时仍是个基督徒，但詹仁波切对她依然慈悲，还能理解她的心事和不安。就是因为这样的包容和悲心，Angel才对仁波切有着无比的信念。
The lucky young man, Edward is a healthy, active and intelligent child. It is unbelievable Setrap, the dharma protector and Tsem Rinpoche saved him and his precious mother together from harm. Setrap has ways to protect us without us in the know sometimes. If we place our trust in Setrap, he will protect us in all lives.

但是很多人会非常不明白，我们好像失去了自己， 变了另一个人！那我就会问道， 我的改变对你有造成任何不便吗？觉得是变好了， 还是…? 既然我的改变是好的， 就应该向我学习。 ：-）
这里有一个真实故事， 信不信由你。。。。。
我记得有经验的师兄们分享过，如果我们想要得到仁波切和金甲衣护法的帮助，我们就必须要有一百巴仙的信心，那么一来，我们获得的帮助也是一百巴仙的。所以，只要我们能依照师傅交代的方法去做，全力支持仁波切一切的善巧方法的方式来支持，我相信不管我们遇到什么困难，都一定能化险为夷。
I have read Henry’s book, Life is a gamble, where he mentioned the above episode. I like the fact that it comes up in a comic book. Easy to digest and to understand.
Even for me, the story seems remote and impossible until I saw it in graphic. Good Job team!

Compassion is always felt in the heart and mind of Tsem Rinpoche for all sufferings of beings,particularly for us as his students. He always fervently long for all beings to be freed from such sufferings. This forms a part of the fine and important attitude of Rinpoche’s care and loving kindness, not only to all his students and friends only, but to all beings, including animals for which he has done so much for, and still continuing to do. He always looks upon all happiness and well-being of others with great feelings of joy. 我还记得我来克切拉不久就认识了Angel。我到她的美容店去做美容的时候，她告诉我这个故事，我非常感动，同时对我这个新人来说，听了这个故事之后，我对金甲衣护法和仁波切产生了很大的信心。当时我家里也发生了一些不高兴的事情。她不停的告诉我，只要我们对仁波切的依止心是百分百的，一切事情都能化解的。我当天回到家里，我就把所有的烦恼都放下， 心里突然得到一份非常平静和安定的感觉。我相信这是仁波切当时给我的一份加持。
I heard Angel story few years back before I join Kechara. At that time when I heard about her story, I still cannot believed that this planet got miracle happen. Until I join Kechara, I heard many students around Rinpoche told me the same thing.
Now I believe full 100% because I heard so many story in front of me and all those people who involve in front of then I totally believe on it. Like Angel story, 10 years ago when she talked about the story was same with what she told us now. No Drama, but the story still same…then I believe all about her story!

This story shows how compassionate our Guru Rinpoche is as he always think of us and taking care of us. Together with Protector, he is always protecting us and making sure that we are safe and can have a the better chance to practice and learn Dharma.

Another amazing true story of Rinpoche and Lord Setrap.Imagin if we don’t know Rinpoche & learn Setrap practice from him, how we are going to facing the sudden moment in our life ? we can’t expected we are good all the way as karma is waiting for ripen . I agree with what Angel say ” Miracle can be happen if we have complete faith in our Guru and follow his instruction all the way” as my personal experience, Setrap did help me to escape a narrow death in Yr 2006, my baby delivery also smooth all the way even though premature in 32 week.
This is an amazing story of Angel. I would say miracle does exist sometimes with the protection of Lord Setrap and the guidance of Rinpoche. I have heard about Angel’s story before when i just join Kechara but is was not the full version. This comical true story is awesome!! Easy, fun and nice to read 🙂 Great job Seng Piow. love it.
ooh! I love the drawings! Its really nice and modern. I heard this story from Henry when I 1st met him at Chinese Assembly hall as I was volunteering. Its really a touching story as I heard it for the 1st as someone new in Buddhism and I was thinking to myself. ‘Wow!Rinpoche and Setrap are really kind and compassionate!’ I am really happy I to have met both of them for I know they have helped me tremendously. Guru blessings can do everything.Carefilly follow the instructions of the Guru,then only we deserve his blessings,and then alone his blessings can do everything.Angel is a wonderful and kind person,I am glad she overcome this ordeal with Rinpoche’s guidance and blessings and her faith in her Dharma protector Setrap.

By having strong samaya with our Guru, our Protector Lord Setrap and our Guru are able to help us during crucial moments of our life. This section on real life miracles in easy to read version is very effective in helping us to learn more of Rinpoche’s compassionate love for all sentient beings. Without Rinpoche’s and Lord Setrap’s help, some of us may be bedridden or dead by now.
This is an easy to understand and straightforward comic of true life account. How wonderful that in this simple comic form, many will come to know the benefit and blessings of praying to protector Setrap who will come swiftly to help those who propitiates sincerely to the 3 Jewels.
Angel is very lucky to have met Rinpoche who knew from the moment he saw her, that she needs Lord Setrap’s protection. I love these short comics of different individual’s experiences on how their faith in the Guru and Buddha helped them.

This sharing shows me that it’s important to have faith and follow the instruction of our Guru. We accumulated countless negative karma and through the Guru kindness and compassion guide and advise us to overcome our obstacles. Having good Guru devotion and consistently do our practice will make us gain so much in spirituality and is the right way for our practice to gain attainment.
Never waste our opportunity since we have met the Guru. Angel’s experience is a very good reminder for all us to appreciate our kind Guru that never stop shower his love and kindness to us.
Lucky Angel and her family have Rinpoche to look after them. Without Rinpoche she and her family would not have today.

Through this comic, i have understand that we could have die anytime, but by believing and practicing in dharma, this is what Rinpoche and Strap works in a miracles way.

After the first story in this Miracles of Tsem Rinpoche(True Story)series, which is about my sister’s grandson’s life being so miraculously saved by the compassionate intervention orf Rinpoche, comes this lovely story.
As Angel says, if we put our faith and trust in our Guru (and if we follow our Guru’s instructions all the way), he is there for us all the time. Only by our true and sincere Guru devotion do we create the cause for our Guru to be there all the way for us.
Angel’s story resonates with all the love and compassion of a Holy Being, whose sole purpose of being here is to serve and benefit all.
In the critical hours of her life, when to sleep was to leave this life forever, Rinpoche was at Angel’s side, in a vision, talking to her all the time to keep her awake throughout the whole operation.
Again, when Angel underwent premature delivery of her son, Edward, Rinpoche and the Protector Setrap were there (as in the earlier instance)to see her safely through.
Angel and those of us who are currently here with Rinpoche, and who have witnessed so many miraculous interventions by Rinpoche, must not take all this for granted. Instead, we must strenuously endeavor to create the cause for Rinpoche to remain with us as our Spiritual Guide.

Another really nicely illustrated testimonial. Angel must be really blessed to have Rinpoche help her overcome her crisis, not once but twice. This shows the kindness n care that Rinpoche have for his students. We should never limit Rinpoche in our expectations as he is much much more.
It is amazing how powerful Dharmapala Setrap and H.E Tsem Tulku Rinpoche is when it comes to this kinds of situations, by just doing what your is told by your Guru or just by the karmic connection/connections. We could die anytime, any day, at any place, we though we could live forever, have a perfect plan making lots of money, have babies and live to the age of 80…thats just a dream! Like Angel Lee, she could have just passed away in her coma, if without the guidance of Rinpoche and her protector Setrap! Treasure our life by doing the right thing NOW, otherwise, we could be like Angel Lee, but the unlucky version!
