Cheque Presentation for Menara Kechara’ Land!
Last week, the cheque for the balance payment of land purchasing was signed. This 2.6-acre piece of land in Kelana Jaya is where Menara Kechara will be built! We will build a large multi story building and most of our Depts and Gompa will be moving there. We will start construction and it will be beautiful.
The President of Kechara House, Datuk May Phng was witnessed in the signing of the cheque last week, where I signed and had the Head Liaison of my ladrang, JP Thong, sign as the 2nd signatory. Menara Kechara will be Kechara’s gateway to Kechara World Peace Center (KWPC).
Datuk May completed the transaction with the land owner, and on the 24th of September the acquisition of property was officially completed. The title of deed on that day is officially transferred to Kechara! Yes, Kechara owns this new piece of land in a primary and easily accessible part of town.
So the 98 full time staff of Kechara, continue to work, dedicate yourself and put your mind to go all the way…you will rejoice and be very happy later when we achieve our goals. And we will achieve our goals.
Kechara will continue to grow and expand due to the hard work of our people and the incredible assistance of our Dharma protector.

Kechara is a rapidly growing Buddhist centre. Kechara grows very rapidly as it is to spread the growth of the Dharma into wonderful Malaysia. So, one day, the whole world can become a Buddhafield. Next, there will be Menara Kechara. Then, after Menara Kechara Manifests, KWPC will manifest. The person who made all of this possible is Tsem Tulku Rinpoche. Datuk May has also plays a very big part in the growth of Kechara. I do not think that the growth of Kechara will stop at KWPC. Kechara will spread into the rest of the world and become GLOBAL.
This is amazing! Everyone is saying, “within these few years Kechara has grown so big!” Well, with the guidance of a good leader, Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, it is not surprising that Kechara will grow even bigger and bigger!!!
Kechara really moves fast. Time flies. It was just like yesterday when we started with a small shoplot up on the top floor in SS2. The place was so cramp and everything was just in one place. Workshop for painting statues and mantra rolling, asdministration and sales. Then we acquired shoplots in Sunway Mas. Thinking we are going to have the 13 departments in the same area more shoplots are purchased to house all the departments. And we call it “Jalan Kechara”. We thought this is Kechara permanently situated in Sunway Mas. And no its not. We are going to Kechara Menara, and then after Kechara will be moving to Genting Highlands as KWPC. I wonder do we stop at KWPC only. With Rinpoche nothing is impossible.
Really wonderful! These are all steps towards the manifestation of KWPC. A great vision to look forward. May Kechara under H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche spritual guidance continue to benefit all sentinent beings.

I often come across people saying that Kechara is expanding fast! I rejoice! Rinpoche has given us such good news on Menara Kechara! We are now witnessing our new Gompa nearing completion, and to know that we are working towards building Menara Kechara is simply incredible! It is very beneficial in the long run to have most of our depts and Gompa to be housed under one roof. Rinpoche knew what is good for us. It is with Rinpoche’s blessings that all these are made possible. As full time staff, we must work hard and work well to meet this vision!
