Judging from these pictures, Buddha’s deeds was immense. I’ve not read a complete Buddha‘s life, I did watch videos about it only. Thank you Rinpoche for these slides of pictures
Thank you for these beautiful images of the Buddha Shakyamuni. They bring back a lot of memories of my youth in my hometown. When i was young, my mother would bring me with her on her visits to the temple. On the temples walls and beams were images of the journey of the Buddha. Though they didn’t hold much meaning to me back then, the images were ‘stuck’ on my mind.
Now that I have met the teachings, they hold so much memories and meaning to me. They are each a teaching in itself.
My favorite is photo 21/54, where the prisoner used his time in prison wisely to gain enlightenment. so, we must utilize our time wisely too to pursue dharma for the ultimate goal of enlightenment.
