The world is waiting and watching, hoping that an innocent dog will not be put to death. Lennox is a family dog that has never attacked a person but may be put to sleep under a controversial law in Northern Ireland.
Lennox resembles a pit bull, a breed banned in Northern Ireland under the Dangerous Dogs Act. But Lennox’s owner, Caroline Barnes says he is not a pit bull and has never attacked anyone. Regardless, Lennox was taken away from Caroline and sentenced to death 2 years ago.
Since then, a legal battle has raged as hundreds of thousands have signed a petition in support of Lennox. Even celebrities and politicians have tried to come to the dog’s aide. But Tuesday at midnight all legal appeals end. Lennox can now be killed at any moment.
Jane spoke with Victoria Stilwell, host of TLC’s “It’s me or the Dog” who is trying to save Lennox’s life.

Lennox may not have died in vain and may your case help the other dogs who may find themselves in the same situation as you .
Oh my gawd poor poor baby… how can a city council in West be so disgustingly cruel, inhuman and unbelievably unkind? What kind of city council is this anyway??? How could they get away with such cruel actions and murder? What is wrong with the world today and the system?
I have given my vote for them to be investigated further and I hope that judge is removed. To have such a heartless judge is frightening…his decisions seems fishy and certainly questionable! A judge has the power to lay judgement on who should be sentenced to death or not is a huge thing, and if the city give trust to the wrong kind of people to run their country, system and law… it is a doomed country. How could any one lay a death sentence to anyone just based on their looks? If this is really legal… boy there are so many humans we can sentenced to death already. Poor Lennox may he rest in peace and his negative karma purified!
