15 Health Benefits of Grape Juice!
- Flavonoids found in grape juice raise the level of HDL (good) cholesterol. This prevents blockage of arteries and the heart remains healthy.
- Resveratrol found in grape juice prevents the formation of tumors in the body. So this prevents cancer. Purple-colored grape juice prevents breast cancer.

This article really caught my attention as I always prefer to seek natural remedies to regulate and heal my body sickness. Secondly they are safe and can be prepared by our own, and with a little side effect.
All I know the sour taste of the fruits juice but didn’t know the miracle healing fruits that has great benefits and nutritional. Most importantly I got to know it is a great fruit to boost our immune system, prevent and it helps to maintain a healthy life. I also was surprise to know this fruit actually helps efficient communication between various nerves in the body for muscle movements.

The one that surprises me is that taking grapes juice in the morning without sugar helps in curing migraine.
I didn’t know that there are so many benefits of drinking grape juice. Only know that it has high contain of sugar and not suitable for diabetic patient. Shall eat more grapes moving forward 🙂

The goodness of grapes. Wine consumed in moderation has many health benefits. Some research studies suggested that grape juice also provide some of the same benefits as wine.
This is good news for those who prefers not to consume alcohol. Despite its many benefits grape juice are not so popular in places like Malaysia. It is hardly among the variety of juices that are available in grocery stores and restaurants/cafes.
The one that surprises me is that taking grape juice in the morning without sugar helps in curing migraine. It is a good home remedy for migraine. Something to keep in mind to share with people who has migraine.
Another helpful benefit is that it is a very good purifier of blood. It flushes out harmful toxins from the body. Must remind myself to buy grape juice instead of coke the next time I go grocery shopping.
Another purple- ish fruit that’s supposed to be good for you is pomegranate. I love pomegranate as a fruit and I’d like to try pure pomegranate juice sometime. It’s known to be healing if one is anaemic or generally poorly. The information here about grape juice sounds good enough to have a nice glass of juice, doesn’t it?

As i know , we should eat vegetables that with different colour everyday. Different vegetable with different colour will have different benefit.

Nature has a lot of resources to help the common man against illness and keep them healthy. We just need to be observant and lookout for it.
Grapes have very powerful and healthy nutrients, i read some where purple coloured fruits are the best for cancer prevention and are very good anti-oxidants. I have always seen such good facts about fruits and vegetables but never really any good facts about meat. I hope with more facts like this it would influence people to be a vegetarian. This is very informative thank you Rinpoche for sharing with us these facts, i love grapes and this would only give me a reason to eat it more often haha.

Grapes are rich in health-protecting antioxidants, including resveratrol and flavonoids which are found mainly in the skin, stem, leaf and seeds of grapes, rather than in their pulp. Dark red and purple grapes tend to be higher in antioxidants than are white or green grapes. I think eating either whole grapes or grape juice is beneficial and good but eating whole grapes has extra benefit of providing dietary fiber.
I always knew that fruits and vegetables has some health benefits when consumed, but these grapes sure do pack a mean nutritious snack! Hehe makes me love grapes even more!

Berries has always known to be good for health because it is reach in antioxidants that is excellent to remove free radicals in the body that damages the cells within our body. Because of this, previously people have been eating vitamin c supplements or orange juice, but more effectively would be consuming berries which have much more antioxidant content than oranges.
Grapes is considered to be a berry fruit just like black berries etc. So it is no wonder that they have many benefits… the benefits are always related to the damages that the free radicals would cause to our body. Good to eat grapes, but not too much! They can be a little too heaty for the body hehe. Best is to take them with a nice serving of salad or in a mix berry fruit platter! yummy!

Thank you for sharing this… i love fruits and grapes too… but now i know purple grapes are better than green ones! I think that purple coloured fruits like dragon fruits, blackberries, blueberries are good for you. i just googled and found this:

Dear Rinpoche, Purple and grape are my favorite color and fruit. I love grape is because they are very sweet and healthy but normally when I squeeze the grape the juice turns out to be white. I wish I have the chance to drink purple colored grape juice.

Great health tips! I read somewhere that taking the 5 colors of vegetable includes purple, yellow, green, red and orange are great for a well-rounded and nutritious diet.
Some purple fruits or vegetables for your thoughts – Purple Belgian endive,purple cabbage, Black currants (unsweetened,Purple asparagus,Blueberries, Plums and Purple grapes.
Wow! Grape juice can help us in so many ways! Yummy! Incredible! Fruits are really great, they taste so good and give so many healthy benefits! I have always like grapes (I am lazy to cut.. hehe) coz they are sweet and you can get them anywhere.
