These postcards are very creative and well thought out. They are catchy and thought provoking. The one that I like the best is, “How much you endure is up to your compassion”.
This is such a powerful quote. Many times we give up due to selfish reasons. We have enough. We can’t go through the stress anymore. It’s too difficult… How many actually endures for the sake of others?
Those who do, usually focus on the bigger picture rather than on their negative thoughts that stem from the “self”. Hence, compassion is only possible if we focus out.

I love this quote the most “Changing is not hard, you have to amend your perspective”.
This is so apt for us to apply in our lives. With this kind of thought daily, if practiced, so many things in our lives would change literally. How we see things will become different, the glass will no longer be half empty but half full. The things that we dislike, that we make a huge fuss about, all our dramas and all our little hang ups and how we react and feel with change tremendously. All from just looking at things differently and with this change is view we find peace! How simple, easy to apply. Perhaps this is why so many people tell me that they really do not understand how we do it working in Dharma, but really it is all a matter of a change in your perceptions. Also from how we perceive things, shows us who we are and what is our priorities.

Just recalled something. the postcard with four different colours is so Andy Warhol. I remember years ago, David Lai did a poster of Rinpoche in this concept. Jean Mei successfully bided for it at our first CNY fundraising dinner. She later gave it to KB when she left for UK.

I’ve always been fancy on everything about 60’s: Op art and pop art (Andy Warhol) movements, Mary Quant, Mod fashion, The beatles, Elvis Presley… When pop art meets dharma, how cool? Imagine these post cards are sold in every souvenir shop, bookstores, departmental stores or even cafe? When foreign tourists wanna buy post cards and send back home, on top of those boring landscape and building pictures, they can find these modern and funky postcards with short and sweet quotes which derived from Buddha’s teachings, this is another way to spread dharma.
I have always like short quotes. It is simple, I dont have to read the whole book but it made me think. Simple yet so powerful. It was Rinpoche’s short quote that got me inspire for Dharma. Just like a few of Kechara power titles like “If not now when”, “Nothing changes, everything changes”, just to name a few… 108 ways to grab of apples is one of my “highly recommend” handbook for daily survival in this samsara life.. hehe.
So i thought these postcards were fabulously made. Catchy, fun and young, i have always been a fan of POP! And my kind guru has gone POP this season? Hehe… Warhol left nothing but art, but we have art and Dharma. It is time to pop those teachings yo! 🙂
I got this nice postcard, which put in a nice photo’s frame on Guru’s birthday. The nice photo with the wording is on top of my office’s table, keep reminding me not to give up. I love these photos so much! Thanks Guru for sharing, thanks Kechara sisters and brothers who made this photos.
They are all so interesting and really really love the quotes especially the one that says ” True love is selfless” Really beautiful and love. It would be great if they can be put into posters and I can get it up on my wall. Post it on the wall and everyone can get to read it and slowly it will be imprinted in their head. Pop art and Buddhism will never gel together but we did. By using such a refreshing way, we are able to bring Buddhism to many people who always think Buddhism is only for senior citizen.
When I first receive these cards, I was very surprise the chemistry between Buddhism and modern world could be so well. We should all learn up the essential teachings from our Lama , and gel it with the modern society… Personally I feel the life will be easier and lighter with dharma.

I notice a trend of quote sharing on Facebook recently, but most are teenage angst. While those quotes often express oneself’s emotions, it is refreshing & relieving to see Rinpoche’s Dharma quote being shared on Facebook recently.

Thangka serve as important teaching tools depicting the life of the Buddha, various influential lamas and other deities and bodhisattvas. Thangkas have also traditionally been used as a teaching tool. Tsem Rinpoche received a precious and beautiful gift of Vajrayogini from Ms. Wahyu. She have taken months and did researched and painted it beautifully. Looking at it is a blessing.

Born in 1905 in the village of Nangsang in the Kham province of eastern Tibet HH Kyabje Zong Rinpoche was a master of philosophical debate. He was a powerful Tantric practitioner, well known throughout the three great Gelug monasteries of central Tibet. Wow in an early stage of his childhood he performed various magical miracles such as able to invoke a female naga goddess in a nearby lake. A master of sutra and tantra, H H Kyabje Zong Rinpoche had performed countless holy deeds and gave thousands of Dharma teachings during his lifetime. A biography of a great Master who possessed an extraordinary memory and was renowned for healing activities. Zong Rinpoche was the Guru of many great masters. Interesting read of all the miraculous stories of Kyabje Zong Rinpoche.

Revisited this precious post again. Invaluable treasure indeed by just listening to the supreme path to enlightenment from HH Kyabje Zong Rinpoche an enlightened master. H H Kyabje Zong Rinpoche was a Gelug Lama and disciple of the third Trijang Rinpoche, junior tutor of the 14th Dalai Lama. A master of sutra and tantra whom was well known throughout the three great Gelug monasteries of central Tibet.

All thanks to our Guru that we are given a chance to get connected to the Sublime Queen, Vajra Yogini and collect merits along the way. The idea of making real gold-paint offerings to Vajra Yogini in KFR is indeed awesome for everyone. In Buddhism, symbolic offerings are made to the Triple Gem, giving rise to contemplative gratitude and inspiration. Making offerings to the Buddhas are acts of generosity and therefore highly meritorious.

ndia is a land of diverse cultures, traditions, and spiritual practices. They allow religious freedom among its most enigmatic and intriguing spiritual sects are the Aghoris, a group of ascetics who are often surrounded by mystery, fear, and fascination. But the Tibetan leadership creates religious differences leading to discrimination, violence, hatred and bias against Shugden practitioners. Everyone has their rights to choose and practice whatever they want. The ban of Dorje Shugden is therefore unnecessary and illogical . In recent years religious freedom has improves.
Interesting blog of a sect of ascetic sadhus who practice a unique and extreme form of Hinduism. They are the only surviving sect of the Kapalika tradition, a Tantric form of Shaivism originated in Medieval India. The Aghoris are a fascinating and mysterious group of Hindu ascetics, who have a distinct and radical approach to spirituality. They are known for their bizarre and unconventional rituals. They live in cremation grounds, smearing ashes on their bodies, using human skulls as utensils, and eating flesh from human corpses. Aghoris are Hindu devotees of Shiva the god of destruction and transformation, and they seek to attain liberation from the endless cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. They see themselves as healers, both of the body and the soul. Many believe that their intense penance and devotion give them extraordinary powers.They engage in practices that challenge conventional ideas of purity, such as meditating in cremation grounds, consuming what others deem inedible, and embracing what society often shuns.

Wangze is one of Dorje Shugden’s emanations and is the most powerful deity to propitiate in order to assist us when we are facing difficult situations with difficult people and positive influence on others. H H the Dalai Lama is considered as the incarnation of the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, therefore is a highly realized and attained being. Dalai Lama has been worshipping Dorje Shugden for decades, consulted his oracles, and even composed prayers for Dorje Shugden. Until 1966 suddenly, Dalai Lama imposed the ban on Dorje Shugden , saying Dorje Shugden is not good. Many incarnation have been returning again and again. Dorje Shugden’s practice does not send us to the three lower realms. Prayers composed by H.H the 14th Dalai Lama at Dungkar Monastery of Domo Geshe Rinpoche tells all and had proven it. Dalai Lama can not be wrong for some one who has the clairvoyance to see whether Dorje Shugden is good or evil. Even the 5th Dalai Lama composed prayers, and also made a statue of Dorje Shugden.
Reading this over and over as it good to know and understand better. May more people get to read this truth.

Since those days in school , I have heard of these Bermuda Triangle. Will get exicted hearing interesting stories of the mysteries of these area. The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil’s Triangle, is a region between Florida, Bermuda, and Puerto Rico in the North Atlantic Ocean. Over the past several centuries, more than 50 ships and 20 planes have disappeared in the area. Recording to some researchers that a parallel universe exists in the Bermuda Triangle region, causing a time or space warp that sucks the objects around it into a parallel universe. Interesting. The Bermuda Triangle, known for its mysterious disappearances. In recent years there have been several incidents in the Bermuda Triangle that have captured media attention. Interesting,ships and airplanes that seemed to have disappeared without a trace which has earned it the name ‘Devil’s Triangle. Since then nothing extraordinary has happened in the last 60 years. Some had mentioned that there are large deep ocean craters on the sea floor of the Bermuda Triangle. Could it be possible no one knows but there’s also others theory as well. Scientists still cannot solved these mysteries disappearance, were there the existing of aliens or something else.

Karmic debt numbers represent aspects of yourself that you need to face and work on in this life. These aspects come from decisions and actions that you have made in previous lives that have an impact in this life for your spiritual growth.
According to numerology, having a karmic debt number of "0" doesn't mean that you don't have any karma. It means that rather than having a specific karmically caused aspect that you need to deal with, you actually have to manifest your ability/potential for change in a positive direction. Find something that you are passionate about that helps others, and go all the way with it.
For example, Mahatma Gandhi had a karmic debt number of "0" but he ended up being part of the freedom movement in India, which ultimately changed the course of the entire Indian sub-continent.
From a Buddhist aspect, it could be explained as you having no overtly powerful habitual karmic aspect that has opened in this birth. For example, you don't have overly powerful habitual patterns of jealousy or lust. You do have these of course, but they are not so strong in shaping your actions as if you had another karmic debt number. For those people, they would really need to work on such emotions deeply in order to overcome negative situations in life.

These postcards are very creative and well thought out. They are catchy and thought provoking. The one that I like the best is, “How much you endure is up to your compassion”.
This is such a powerful quote. Many times we give up due to selfish reasons. We have enough. We can’t go through the stress anymore. It’s too difficult… How many actually endures for the sake of others?
Those who do, usually focus on the bigger picture rather than on their negative thoughts that stem from the “self”. Hence, compassion is only possible if we focus out.
Rinpoche’s kind wisdom presented in a cool way.

This is so apt for us to apply in our lives. With this kind of thought daily, if practiced, so many things in our lives would change literally. How we see things will become different, the glass will no longer be half empty but half full. The things that we dislike, that we make a huge fuss about, all our dramas and all our little hang ups and how we react and feel with change tremendously. All from just looking at things differently and with this change is view we find peace! How simple, easy to apply. Perhaps this is why so many people tell me that they really do not understand how we do it working in Dharma, but really it is all a matter of a change in your perceptions. Also from how we perceive things, shows us who we are and what is our priorities.

Rinpoche, I feel somewhat weird leaving a comment in a public setting like this, but I know you see this page, so I felt it was necessary to say. Before I saw your videos on YouTube, I had a very negative impression of Tibetan Buddhism. I thought it was misguided, fanatical, superstitious, etc. However, after watching your teachings, I formed a very different impression, and started becoming much …more curious about Tibetan Buddhism in general. Before long, I started attending my local Dharma center, where I now live with my current teacher. In any case, I just wanted to express my gratitude to you, because I don’t know if I would have come to the Dharma without your teachings. Please live a very long life because, as I personally can attest, you bring tremendous benefit to people all over the world. ♥

跟别人不一样，就算是一点点的不一样也需要付出代价，有时会被取笑不合群、被隔离，然后信心就一点一滴的失去。后来我发现，难道跟别人一个样不需要付出代价吗？一样也要付出代价：做一些自己心底都不认同的东西，因为缺乏道德勇气，缺乏那么一点点表明自己立场，还有就算跟全世界为敌都坚持的勇气；结果，有一天自己（不是别人）就让自己付出了很大的代价。一样要付出代价，不如就做自己吧，至少醒着的时候是醒着，睡着的时候是睡着。

Just recalled something. the postcard with four different colours is so Andy Warhol. I remember years ago, David Lai did a poster of Rinpoche in this concept. Jean Mei successfully bided for it at our first CNY fundraising dinner. She later gave it to KB when she left for UK.
What nice postcards and so universal too! It’s encouraging to see Rinpoche’s always refreshing methods of spreading Dharma, has spread to more of his students.
wonderful postcard, nice design, yet the quote packs a punch and deliver the message straight and effective like an arrow hitting the bulls eyes.
Rinpoche short quote brings alot of meaning when one contemplate on it,each and every quote by Rinpoche is like being tailor made to suit each different individual, and also suit our different situation in life to help us move forward. combining with the creativity of the person who design this, it becomes so alive.

I’ve always been fancy on everything about 60’s: Op art and pop art (Andy Warhol) movements, Mary Quant, Mod fashion, The beatles, Elvis Presley… When pop art meets dharma, how cool? Imagine these post cards are sold in every souvenir shop, bookstores, departmental stores or even cafe? When foreign tourists wanna buy post cards and send back home, on top of those boring landscape and building pictures, they can find these modern and funky postcards with short and sweet quotes which derived from Buddha’s teachings, this is another way to spread dharma.
I have always like short quotes. It is simple, I dont have to read the whole book but it made me think. Simple yet so powerful. It was Rinpoche’s short quote that got me inspire for Dharma. Just like a few of Kechara power titles like “If not now when”, “Nothing changes, everything changes”, just to name a few… 108 ways to grab of apples is one of my “highly recommend” handbook for daily survival in this samsara life.. hehe.
So i thought these postcards were fabulously made. Catchy, fun and young, i have always been a fan of POP! And my kind guru has gone POP this season? Hehe… Warhol left nothing but art, but we have art and Dharma. It is time to pop those teachings yo! 🙂
I got this nice postcard, which put in a nice photo’s frame on Guru’s birthday. The nice photo with the wording is on top of my office’s table, keep reminding me not to give up. I love these photos so much! Thanks Guru for sharing, thanks Kechara sisters and brothers who made this photos.
They are all so interesting and really really love the quotes especially the one that says ” True love is selfless” Really beautiful and love. It would be great if they can be put into posters and I can get it up on my wall. Post it on the wall and everyone can get to read it and slowly it will be imprinted in their head. Pop art and Buddhism will never gel together but we did. By using such a refreshing way, we are able to bring Buddhism to many people who always think Buddhism is only for senior citizen.
When I first receive these cards, I was very surprise the chemistry between Buddhism and modern world could be so well. We should all learn up the essential teachings from our Lama , and gel it with the modern society… Personally I feel the life will be easier and lighter with dharma.

I notice a trend of quote sharing on Facebook recently, but most are teenage angst. While those quotes often express oneself’s emotions, it is refreshing & relieving to see Rinpoche’s Dharma quote being shared on Facebook recently.
I believe that Rinpoche’s quote are very practical & enriching. It is definitely much more beneficial. Would LIKE & share more of these post card quotes on Facebook!
There was once in the office, my colleagues were making fun of my attire and style. I gave them this quote and their reaction was priceless.
