Thank you Rinpoche for this meaningful quotes simple yet profound. Stop blaming other for our problems or mistakes. Accept it and try solving it instead blaming it . Take responsibility of whatever the choice and decision we have make. Take charge of our own attitude instead blaming others. We have to look within ourselves to move forward.
Simple quotes yet very profound. I loves reading quotes…..setting reminder for myself. Everything we do is based on the choice we make, do not blame others but ourselves. We are responsible for every decision and choice we make. Its much more productive to search our own past and find what caused our downfalls and faults . Our success and failures are in our own hands.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing.
The quotes are short and simple, yet makes one goes “Oh ya ah!”. Sometimes we just need something short but hits home the points that we will remember.
It is so true that all we need to look is within. Even as one criticizes someone else, it is based on wrong views and perception. Thank you, Rinpoche for constantly sharing these wisdom with us that stays in our minds
This is a short but very profound quote.
We always tend to go round searching for things which we thought will make us happy which in actual fact the things that we long for is just in front of us.
The grass is greener on the other side. – this is just a perception we gave ourselves. We are never satisfied with what we already have.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing the above quote.
I have always loved these quotes by Rinpoche and our Guru has consistently advised us to look within ourselves to find the source of our problems as well as the corresponding solutions. This is as opposed to blaming others for our problems and looking for answers externally which is what most people do. Everything starts from our own mind and it is there that we have to discover ourselves and realize our own flaws, illusions and prejudices. We have to realize that our mind is the problem and we have a much better chance taming our own minds than training the world to conform to our likes and dislikes. This also reminds me of another quote which is, “if you are going to run away from your problems, don’t take your self with you”.
