Cards from students…
Dear Ashlee, Thank you for doing a mantra retreat on Tara. I am so happy to hear about this. It is a wonderful way to spend our free time. Tara’s practice will take us very far. You are also sending the right message to your children. I am happy for them….
Shin and Shirley, How wonderful you finished a Manjushri retreat. Any retreats on any of the Buddhas give us so much blessings. I am happy my students engage in retreats.
Dear Sharon Wong, Thank you for your gift and heartfelt wishes…Tsem Rinpoche

Every causes created will not wasted and there are many ways to collect merits. To those above ( Pastor Shin, Shirley,Ashley and Sharon Wong) Thanks for showing me the good examples of yours.
Thank you Rinpoche for sharing this in the blog.
This is great and I’m so happy to read of this most sincere offering from these students towards Rinpoche (and Rinpoche’s comments below on each of them!). Rinpoche has often told us that while it is also meritorious to make ‘material’ offerings such as robes and food, one of the best offerings we can give is our practice, for that is what contributes most towards what the teacher wants – our happiness, our enlightenment. Isn’t that kind of a strange but amazing thought, that actually what the teacher wants most is for US to be happy, for US to gain the merit to improve and transform and for US to be liberated from suffering. So even when we make offerings to him, it is not really for him but entirely for us.
This is the 2nd time i have done 100K Tara mantra retreat. First time was upon Rinpoche’s advice and this time is very special to me because i genuinely wanted to do it without being asked.
I love Mother Tara and her mantra is so soothing.
Now that i’ve completed the Tara mantra retreat, it has also cleared away my obstacles of doing daily sadhana. It’s so easy to do my daily sadhana now and i wake up early and hv it completed before i go to work (which was previously a big challenge in consistently doing sadhanas).
It is indeed very beneficial doing retreats.
From the tiny fragment of merits that i’ve collected, may it be dedicated to my Lama and my friends & family.
