From Beatrice Lau
These are offerings from Beatrice Lau, whose Aunt passed away and I did prayers for the Aunt. I have kept the picture of the Aunt on my shrine for the Buddhas to bless her always for her future lives…I send my deep condolences..
Beatrice loved her aunt very much. So Kechara and myself offered prayers for the aunt and family….Kechara members are trained to carry out special funeral prayers to make sure the loved ones are blessed to go to a better place…
The few mala (rosary) below the statue were made by Beatrice herself.
Look at the beautiful items she presented to me…how sweet..how thoughtful and how well done. Flowers, Medicine Buddha image, Organic foods, breads, cereals, honey, nuts, sauce, books, card and even lovely pictures of her family…So well thought out and so much care and time put into these offerings. I offered everything onto my shrine because I wanted Beatrice, her husband, daughter, family to be safe, happy, grow, and prosperous. I dedicated the merits of the offerings to them.
Thank you Beatrice for your thoughtfulness….volunteer in KH, learn dharma and become an even better person. Dedicate the merits to your lovely family…

Dear Beatrice, I wonder if you received my message forwarded to you last week. Just in case, you did not ( I not sure if I clicked the correct button). Here is what I would like to express…………
May I express my deepest gratitude to beloved Guru HE TSEM TULKU RINPOCHE for being so compasionate towards Aunty Mable. Imagine putting her photo on his shrine for the BUDDHAS to bless her always for her future lives. I was moved to tears and told myself how blessed Yee Ma was. This would not have been possible If it had not been for you.
May I also thank you for sponsoring the Tsog Puja for Yee Ma (meaning 2nd aunt in Cantonese dialect). I would also like to thank Kechara members for chanting the prayers.
I pray sincerely that Yee Ma is permited to go to PureLand where there is no illness and sufferings.
Its not easy to hold back tears at times (meaning I did a little and quickly told myself not suppose to) during these 49 days. I suppose I was too attached to her whilst looking after her. She was always holding my hands.
Those offerings from you to Guru TSEM TULKU RINPOCHE were trully well meant and done.
May I check with you. The Mala (rosary) you gave to Yee Ma together with the Medicine Buddha. Can I use this same Mala to chant OM Mane Mami Hom for her. I remember you told me to imagine her kneeling infront of Goddes Of Mercy. Visualise the bright light coming out from the Goddes Of Mercy and engulf her. Then continue to imagne this bright light entering into the Goddes Of Mercy. Am I right. There are 108 beads in the Mala.
Once again, thks so very much for all the pain and trouble taken.
We promise Yee Ma that we will take care of each other.
Take care.

Dear Aunty Pauline, didn’t get your message the last time, sorry that you had to write the message all over again. I will print this message out and put it in a card for you to give to my Guru so he knows of your thank you message. I and Kechara House are very happy that we can do our little bit to help family, friends and all satient beings including animals. I love everyone of my family members very much, so what I have done comes only naturally.
My Guru always tells us to make the change and make the difference because we have the priviledge to have received Dharma teachings.
Yes you can use the Mala to chant Om Mani Padme Home (if you find it difficult to remember, you can remeber O Money Pay me Home). The pink coral pearl shell Mala which I gave to her is not an ordinary Mala, its a string of blessed Mala by the High Lamas, you can keep it with you in your bag and chant whenever you have time. Yes, try your best to visualise although you may find this hard (sometimes I find it hard myself, but don’t pull your hair out if you can’t visualise entirely during the chanting session). Visualise Yee Mah kneeling in front of Kwan Yin, and a bright light illuminating from Kwan Yin and this light moving to engulf Yee Mah and then slowly being absorbed into Kwan Yin. Yes 1 string of Mala has 108 beads so essentially one round of the Mala you would have chanted 108 times of Om Mani Padme Hom.
It has been no trouble at all, I do love Yee Mah very much. Kind of miss her but am happy to know that she is at peace now, and that there is no more suffering. Will take you to visit Kechara after my exams, and if you need anything, do let me know. Its no trouble.
Like what Rinpoche says Beatrice has selected her offerings to Rinpoche very well. I have never spoken to Beatrice personally nor have I met her. I only met her when she attended a Tsog puja sponsored by her for her Aunty who had passed away recently. She seem a quiet person but once you know her she is very warm and pleasant. I don’t know whether it is right or not. But someone told me she brought her baby to a ceremony when Rinpoche was around and her baby also took Refuge from Rinpoche. The baby is so blessed to be able to have Refuge vand be a Buddhist so young.
