Freedom is Near
Death is near,
no time to think.
Death is near, no time to waste.
Death is waiting,
no time for excuses.
Change is a choice,
others are more important,
than oneself,
this is the ultimate truth.
As long as we keep identifying
our aggregational attachments
as the real us, we are in prison.
Change is now. Change is in us.
Change is the way to Buddhahood.
Realizing all that we do
leads to nothing at death,
it behooves us to practice dharma,
and go all the way as this is
the real freedom.
Be free. Be free from your attachments
and then you are free.

Thank you very much Rinpoche for sharing this beautiful and meaningful poem, and timely reminder for many of us to make use of our time as life is short. When death is near it will be too late, we should learn, practice Dharma to be free from our attachments. 😘🙏
Beautiful poem by Rinpoche for us to ponder wisely in life. A timely reminder for many of us to make use of our time as life is short. When death is near it will be too late, we should learn, practice Dharma to be free from our attachments. I am glad to have met Rinpoche , learning Dharma from nothing to something in this life.
Thank you Rinpoche with folded hands.
