For Francis and Lil’ Jake
I hope this finds you well.
Beng Kooi informed me of a sincere parent named Francis (I hope I got you right and you are the father-your name can be either… thanks..) who wanted to nurture the dharma imprint of his son. Well it was easier to tape a message.
I wish Francis and Lil’ Jake so much wisdom, success and dharma accomplishments.

For most of Rinpoche’s teachings that I’ve heard of, Rinpoche recommended chanting Lord Manjushri mantra usually. In this case, Rinpoche asked the parents to chant Dorje Namjom for purification.
Interesting!
I first read about this mantra from a whatapps msg shared by Pastor in Penang Group. That time I was quite new. It was conferred by Chojela in a puja, if I was not mistaken. That year, Chojela led some most powerful pujas such as DS trance, Naga puja and etc. I roughly remembered that we should especially chant this mantra if we have a strong guru Devotion and where samaya with our Guru is intact. It’s a purification practice.
Thank you Rinpoche for this teaching of how to nurture the dharma in our children . Its good everything to start early and young whatever as such like Dharma teaching to our children. Stimulate them with dharma comic books and so forth. As parents show them an example of what we learn, practice in the center. Opening the dharma imprint in them will be good. Beautiful sharing , wish Jake well and on the right spiritual path.
Thank you Rinpoche for the sharing. Although my girls may not have strong imprints to Dharma as Jake, I will continue encourage them to recite Lama TKP mantra or Manjushri Mantra and Gangloma so that they will always be closed to Dharma and plant the seeds of Dharma in them so that next time they can also benefit others.
