MAKING THIS BLOG NICER and always improving on it…..
I got some talented and hardworking people improving this blog site for me on their free time. Justin Ripley is from New Zealand and he is currently in the kitchen division of the Ladrang dept cooking up really nice food. I like his food. He has a lot of patience with websites, research on the net, finding information, or just about anything on the net he is good at. He is working on this for me even as I type this. Justin is a super smart fellow and high EQ, only he don’t say much. He’s doing this on his free time which is late at night!
Then I have Seng Piow who also is just like Justin. He is patient, diligent, hardworking, hardly complains and very good on the net. Seng Piow comes up with ideas that are way out of the ball park sometimes and we just go ‘huh’?? But it works. He has a great mind as he is an engineer. He and Justin are working on improving this blog for me.
I can type and upload pictures but that is about all.
Seng Piow was the one that insisted to start all my websites in the past and also the first to upload my teaching videos on the YouTube before I have even heard of YouTube. It was all his ideas! Without Seng Piow the www.tsemtulku.com, www.kechara.com sites and YouTube videos wouldn’t have even started.
Seng Piow and Justin make the blog site nicer so all visitors have a nice visual experience when they visit. That is great!
Anyway, I must thank these two dharma gentlemen who are great assets to me, KH and growth of dharma in this wonderful region. I am honoured and thrilled to work with them. I really am. Maybe I don’t say it enough to them, but I am saying it now. I APPRECIATE THESE TWO GUYS VERY MUCH!
Thanks guys for your help very very much!! I may be a Rinpoche but without people like you in Kechara I am nothing!

[…] Justin and Rinpoche’s Blog […]
So sorry. The blog just automatically sends posts here when i copy a link from this blog.
Like the others I must also extend my thank you to Justin Ripley, Seng Piow and Rinpoche for forming the Team to do blogging. I don’t know much about blogging. Nor do I know whether the site has improved or not. All I know is that knowledge and information can be brought to people through the blog. And comments from people on the blog is useful. I don’t read much but through the blog I can also learn from other people’s comments. Although I am still learning and very slow on the computor. I am very thankful to Rinpoche for making me to comment on his blog and learning to master the computor. Otherwise I will still be like a frog in the well.
The Unsung Heroes! Yes David, how apt. These are the two gentlemen who have worked quietly and tirelessly behind the scene to create such a lovely blog site for us. Justin works quietly, LITERALLY! Do you remember when we first met him, we never heard his voice and he literally communicated with us via hand signs! Aiyo, that was so funny. At least these days IT SPEAKS! Hahaha! And with my dear Penang comrade, he is another who just works and works without any sound . The best one can get out of him is a nod of approval! But look at what they have produced. I also very thankful to Rinpoche for spending hours blogging and making so much information available to us. You are a bonafide CYBER LAMA of our era!!
Behind the fame and success of Rinpoche there are two cybernauts – Seng piow and Justin who sends out holy teachings through wires and micro waves.
Hats off to you guys who work tirelessly behind the scene to promote Rinpoche’s vision and mission to everywhere where there are telephone lines !
SP is not only an IT freak, he is also a Dharma freak and will do anything for Dharma including seducing people with his understated sexy voice to attract them to Dharma.
Justin is a very helpful person and can double as a body guard with his toughie NZ warrior look. I was amazed at his mastery of I.T. skills when he talk me through the phone to trouble shoot a problem I had w my lap top assited by Setrap’s mantra.
These two guys are our unsung heroes that work quietly in the Ladrang in the wee hours of the night. They are some of Rinpoche’s closest students and are very fortunate to be able to devote and work with Rinpoche to spread the Dharma to many people.
Justin is Samoan from New Zealand and is married to Joy Kam who is a personal attendant to Rinpoche as well. Justin came into the Dharma because of Rinpoche and is here so far away from his country and culture just to support and be with his wife and also to practice the Dharma as well. He had family members come here but didn’t last very long in the Dharma like he did.
Seng Piow on the other hand, gave up his job in Singapore to come here to assist Rinpoche and be his attendant and assist directly many personal projects with Rinpoche. He is quiet and does a great job with his workable ideas and initiatives. The merit he accumulated from serving Rinpoche for so many years enable Rinpoche to assist his grandmother’s passing recently.
All of us in Kechara are very proud of these thing young guys who work very hard for Rinpoche and the Dharma. They are indeed an inspiration for the numerous young men and women who join Kechara or in any of its departments to do Dharma work.
2 quiet personalities with similar trade… ‘nerdy’ in a good way.
Seng Piow has been Rinpoche’s personal attendant for the past few years, quietly supporting Rinpoche’s work from behind the scene. You can hardly hear a word from him if you don’t insist on him answering your questions.
Like the saying goes, still water runs deep! That is definitely true when it comes to Seng Piow! He was the one who initiated Kechara website and uploading Rinpoche’s teaching on youtube. Since then, Rinpoche and Kechara’s presence online had grown leaps and bounds!
Today’s Seng Piow had changed so much as compared to the Seng Piow I knew few years back, no longer a ‘one word’ man. He genuinely shows that he cares and you can feel his sincerity. Thank you very much, Seng Piow for supporting Rinpoche’s dharma work day and night, doing whatever it takes to promote Rinpoche to the world.
Justin, besides being good at computer, surprisingly is also a very good cook! He put so much love and effort into preparing the food for Rinpoche, members, friends and guests. Everyone who had tried his cooking had always give thumbs up signs! Who can ever imagine that such a nerdy person can be such a good cook!
All I can say is majority of Rinpoche’s students had various skills under their sleeves and are ever ready to learn new skills in order to promote Rinpoche’s teachings to the world!
Thank you Justin and Seng Piow !
These are 2 of the nicest people in Kechara. They have many similar personalities – both are quiet, IT savvy, hardworking, dedicated, intelligent, creative in their own ways.
Justin looks tough on the outside but very sensitive on the inside. He is readily touched by kindness and reciprocate with the same virtue.
Seng Piow looks blur but sometimes his profiling ability can be quite accurate. Generally he looks unemotional but once in a while there will be an unexpected burst of passion from him.
Good works, mates ! Keep it up and go all the way to Cyber Lama.
Two peas in a pod – quiet, hardworking, assets to have around Rinpoche to propel dharma in this region. The only difference between them – one is from the North while the other is from down South and they met right in the midst of this country, coming together to pool their expertise to help Rinpoche reach out to the masses.
Thank you guys for being
– with Rnpoche – you are worth your weight in gold
– the technical brains behind Rinpoche’s blog
– so patient with computer idiots like who keep running to you for help
– for so many sleepless nights that both of you went through (red eyes are the tell-tale signs) in your commitment to benefit others
Rinpoche is not kidding when he says Justin has patience. The amount of times I appear in the kitchen with a grin on my face, and he has to put up with my “is there any food?” would be enough to send anyone else stir-crazy mad. And that’s on top of everything he already does…Justin really is Mr. Nice Guy.
I don’t know if anyone else knows this, but everything Justin knows about the web and computers is entirely self-taught. He took an active interest in learning when he realised that it would really benefit the Dharma, and help Rinpoche to spread the Dharma if there was someone with some technical knowledge to help improve the websites.
In fact, Kechara’s online presence was founded on interest and the motivation to become self-taught because the same thing’s the case for Seng Piow who started Kechara’s websites. Without Rinpoche’s guidance and blessings, Seng Piow’s initiative and Justin’s drive, the e-Division would not be around today.
Psst. Just feed Seng Piow Pringles, and he’ll do anything for you hahaha
After reading this post, I really want to extend my appreciation to both Justin and Seng Piow, the key people behind Rinpoche’s blog. Thanks to you guys, so many more people now have the chance to connect with Rinpoche’s words and thoughts in such a direct manner. Your quiet consistent efforts are sincere, you guys don’t seek recognition or fame or name. I’m very happy to read this post cos you definitely deserve the credit!

Congratulations on the new look for Rinpoche’s blog!! I heard that Rinpoche and the team took many hours, working the whole night through to revamp it and it looks great. Thank you for making it so easy and attractive for everyone to read Rinpoche’s sharings and words of wisdom.
With much appreciation,
Sharon
Wonderful team! Thank you.
Loves it!!!! Much love to the silent heroes who don’t talk so much but get a lot done. There’s much to learn from their example.
