Born with The Mirror of the King as your birth Mewa, you have the innate qualities of a leader. You have a very strong drive in life, have high aims and hate failure. You also have a very spontaneous character and are intuitive.

You excel at creativity, innovation and spirituality. You love to travel and sleep and are strong both mentally and physically. You may not be beautiful or resourceful in communicating with others but have a very beautiful mind.

You excel in helping others and it is easy for you to make friends. However, most of these friendships do not last long. The best age for you is 40 years and over.

Health

You have a tendency to overwork yourself and so can suffer from headaches, fevers and vertigo. You have a fragile heart, lungs and bones and usually have a lean, angular body.

Love

You are usually quite domineering in your relationships and may even go out of your way to be so.

Wealth and Fortune

You are very skilled with finances but also take a lot of financial risks as well. If you own property, you have the karma that this may be taken away by others. If you work or live in properties that are red in colour, then you will be prosperous.

Occupation

You are suitable in occupations relating to the law, teaching positions, managerial positions or religious roles such as the priesthood.

Past Lives

In your previous lives, you were born in the god-realm, then as a hungry ghost, after which you became a priest and then a deer.

Next Life

At the time of birth, the general karma indicates that you will be reborn as a meditator or bird. If you engage in negative actions in this life, you will be reborn as the daughter of a shaman.

Method of Purification

If you commission a statue or thangka of either Namgyalma or your Guru, you will generate the merits to be born in the West as a very intelligent person or be reborn in the god-realms.

I am mewa 6, how is it possible if i was previously born into a god realm and then a hungry ghost? this makes no sense, surely if i was in a god realm, do they commit sins there if it results me being turned into a hungry ghost? please explain thankkyou.

Hello there, I am Lakpa Nurbu Sherpa. My mewa is No 6. But in some of the book God of mewa 6 represent as Guru padmashambhava(Guru Rimpoche). But here it is Namgyalma. Now I am in big confusion. Can you please suggest me which Guru should I follow??

  Thank you for your question. The Mewa system on our website follows the Pugpa system of astrology prevalent within the Gelug school of Tibetan Buddhism. There are a number of other lineages that have slight variations, including which Buddha is associated with each Mewa number. The best is to follow the system of astrology associated with your own lineage of practice. If in doubt, then please consult your Guru as to which system of astrology to follow, if you have taken Refuge with a Guru.
  
  In either case, both are legitimate, according to your lineage of practice, because both Guru Rinpoche and Namgyalma are fully enlightened beings, capable of blessing us along our spiritual path, helping us to overcome problems, etc. The most important is to pray to them wholeheartedly and to transform your mind following the teachings of the Buddha, as taught by a qualified spiritual Guru in whichever linage you are practising.

Myself Arun Prasad, I was born on 30th April 1985. I’m being into service industry for the last 15 years, i had earned well but haven’t save any goo financial strength. However am earning i couldn’t able to save anything and i’m worried much about it as am married for last 5 years and no children yet. Till date i haven’t saved anything for my wife. Currently am into Business with the partnership firm, very frequently i do get difference of opinions. Any solution or guidance to handle these challenges!!

I am a musician..all I believe in is sharing love compassion and whenever I get an opportunity I talk about Dharma to my friends and family..though I am indulged in the worldly matters (I work) but by the end of the day I feel this strong urge to leave everything and start a journey to understanding the highest the ultimate..how do I move towards it? I have no guru and it is said that it is very important to have a guru.can you help me?

I don’t have any hopes. I don’t know how I will spend my rest of life perticularly old age.

I believe in Tibetian Astrology. I am in a poor condition during 60 years. Can’t change my life. I know this astrology has some remedies to change this situation. If your power can change my life as per my dream and make me economically strong & powerful in social life then I agree to donate in your fund. Revisit this post again , watching the rare video footage of Dorje Shugden oracles. Awesome ,we are so fortunate to watch this incredible video, where extraordinary footage of Tsem Rinpoche self-arising as the all-powerful Buddha Yamantaka. Its was during Rinpoche’s visit to Tibet in 2009.

Vajrayogini symbolizes the wisdom of all enlightened beings and embodies the impulse of inspiration that drives the Buddhas to attain the perfect enlightenment. Vajrayogini is one of the most effective practices for people today. We can make offerings such as gold or jewel offerings and so on. The offering of gold helps us to collect merits, spiritual attainments, gain a deeper connection to Vajrayogini. It also creates the causes to attain a Buddha’s body.
Make Offerings to Vajrayogini in Kechara Forest Retreat at Bentong is such an meritorious way for us to collect merits. All thanks to our Guru having conceptualised the idea of having a statue of Vajrayogini for everyone . Recitation of Vajrayogini mantra can be a powerful tool for self-transformation, healing and liberation from samsara.

Life is short, and if we enjoy every moment of every day, then we will be happy no matter what happens or what changes along the way.What ever matter to us at the time of death is nothing. In the end, it’s not the years in our life that count it’s what you leave behind that matters. A great soul never dies. It brings us together again and again.Death is the golden key that opens the palace of eternity. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time. Learning Dharma and practicing dharma is the our choice that’s matter. Some of the key points to take notes, read, study the Lam Rim and apply it, engage in Sadhana daily and consistently. No one will help us at the moment of death but ourselves. Spiritual practicing is the best choice.

Well the size of Buddha statues in Tibetan Buddhism is important because it represents the Buddha’s immense ability and vast knowledge. Hence the Buddha statues hold the symbol of satisfaction within, peace and happiness. They are a symbol of inspiration for every human being. When we focus on the Buddha statues, it gives us inner peace that our mind, our heart and our soul gets enlightened.
We have are so fortunate seeing and circumambulating where the 9-foot Dorje Shugden statue and with 500 mantra stones engraved with Dorje Shugden’s sacred mantra. As Rinpoche had said before the bigger and more Buddha statues helps in planting seeds of enlightenment in people’s mind-streams. It also help us to generate as much merit and purify as much karma as possible. Merely by seeing all those big statues at Kechara Forest Retreat is a blessing.

The 4th Tagpu Pemavajra Jampel Tenpai Ngodrub, most commonly known as Tagpu Dorje Chang, was a highly accomplished yogi Highly attained lama who had many authentic visions of the Buddhas and even travel astrally to receive direct teachings from them. His recognised line of incarnations stem all the way back to the 14th Century. He is generally regarded as such amongst Gelug lineage holders. He spent most of his time in a hermitage located above Sera Monastery, gave teachings and transmitted many vital practices and lineages to his foremost student Kyabje Pabongka Rinpoche. Besides receiving the complete instructions of Dorje Shugden’s practice, Tagpu Dorje Chang had many other mystical experiences throughout his lifetime. n Tibetan culture, it is a popular and customary practice for families to invite monks to perform spiritual ceremonies such as Trusol rituals. The monks have had the opportunity to offer such ceremonies for individuals or their families. Such ceremonies purify the elements of the environment which helps those living or visiting there to experience good health, success and well-being. The sacred ritual of ‘bathing’ the Buddhas and consecration through which negativities, sicknesses and obstacles will be cleared. Where by filling those areas with positive energies and good vibes through this Trusol consecration puja. Water is an essential part of this puja and symbolises the cleansing of all negativities and impurities. Through this puja it also pacifies local deities and other unseen beings in the surrounding areas. We are indeed fortunate that Tsem Rinpoche has taught Kecharians this practice and it has benefited many.

Reading this post had me gain some knowledge of Shifter Werewolves. Any article regarding rare creatures or paranormal articles are of my interest since young. In European folklore, a werewolf is a man who turns into a wolf at night and devours animals, people, or corpses but returns to human form by day.They have the ability to transform from an ordinary human appearance to a partially-lupine form with pointed ears, mutton chops, claws and fangs, and a ridged brow . Wow… werewolf tends to be vicious and unable to control his blood thirst. Their underlying common origin can be traced back to Proto-Indo-European mythology. In many depictions, these bloodthirsty beasts are evil where they kill animals and innocent people. They are humans who transition into wolf-like creatures, after being placed under a curse. In folklore, most werewolves originate from being cursed or bitten by another werewolf. That’s what they do believe. According many enthusiasts, there’s many different type of werewolves such as Alpha wolves, Beta wolves , Deltas, Elders, some survive as loners while others move in packs. How true it is no one knows. I do believe their existing . Many interesting stories related to these wolves in the past history.

Beautiful Dorje Shugden at Malacca. One should pay a visit there, located at a busy tourist place. It was such an auspicious occasion that a grand Puja was held there. Dedicated students and volunteers were there getting the place ready for the grand puja. Well the Grand Dorje Shugden puja was conducted by very own Kechara puja team to commemorate the chapel’s 3rd anniversary. Many people attended the Puja that’s wonderful to receive the powerful Protector Dorje Shugden blessings. More people will make a connection and get to know Manjushri, the Buddha of Wisdom, in the form of a Dharma Protector. May Dorje Shugden’s practice flourish to benefit those tourists and locals.

Venerable Geshe Rabten Rinpoche is a highly realised meditation master known as a debater, scholar, and meditation master, was the first Tibetan Buddhist master to introduce the complete Vinaya-tradition. He had also introduce the study of the five major topics of Buddhism to the West. He became the ‘path breaker’ of the complete and complex teachings of Buddhism in the West. Many masters, who are famous in the West today, were Geshe’s students. enerable Geshe Rabten. Geshe Rabten wrote the beautiful and Manjushri’s prayer called Gangloma and gave a profound explanation. We are so fortunate to learn about this Manjushri’s sacred prayer. May all be blessed by the practice of Lord Manjushri and Geshe Rabten’s explanation.

The begging bowl or alms bowl is one of the simplest but most important objects in the daily lives of Theravada Buddhist monks. The alms bowl still stands as an emblem of how all Buddhas, as numerous as grains of sand in the Ganges, practiced to end their desire. All those who receive the alms bowl should focus their mind to act with self-control and self-respect. Almsgiving is a tradition of Theravada Buddhists, majority in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Laos. In those early days of Buddhism, monks would take their bowls and go out begging for food. As today in Thailand one could see monks woke up before dawn every morning and carried his bowl through the roads or paths wherever he was staying. Local people would place food in the bowl as a donation, through the generosity of lay people. They accept whatever food is offered for them and eat whatever been given, serve as a blessing for the giver.
One bowl has held the food of a thousand families. A solitary monastic travels on his journey of a hundred thousand miles seeking liberation from the cycle of birth and death.

Ajahn Siripanyo, the son of billionaire Ananda Krishnan, chose to abandon his inheritance and become a Buddhist monk in pursuit of spirituality. A Thai-Malaysian monk born in London and educated in UK. He was ordained in Thailand and lived there, leaving behind a life of immense wealth and privilege. He did surprised many and his choice was unexpected. Initially as a temporary measure, but somehow later evolved into a permanent way of life. Ven. Ajahn Siripanyo is now the Abbot of hermitage Dtao Dam on the Thai-Burmese border in Saiyok National Park, Thailand.
He was in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia years back giving an enthralling Dhamma talk on the timeless teachings of Ajahn Chah.

The Tibetan diaspora began in 1959 after the People’s Liberation Army entered the country. Thousands of Tibetan and the Dalai Lama fled into exile to India. The Indian government led by Jawaharlal Nehru kind enough to offer land which was scattered throughout the country. The Tibetans as refugees on which the Tibetans would be able to reestablish themselves. After 60 years of protests, campaigns and fundraising, the Tibetan movement has not been fruitful, increase the living welfare condition and Tibetans continue to depend on the kindness of their host countries. Due to these many Tibetan in exile left India to elsewhere and other countries seeking a better future. In the last 60 years, the Tibetan leadership have not been successful in making progress with their political goals. Surprisingly the Tibetan Spiritual leader Dalai Lama said in an interview published letter that Europe has accepted “too many” refugees . While there is many protests and attempts to pressure Europe to accept more refugees.
Further more the unethical ban against Shugden making life more difficult for many Dorje Shugden practitioners . Because of the ban against Dorje Shugden the whole Tibetan Buddhist world is divided until now. May all be harmonious soon even recently .Dalai Lama had said we could practice Interesting read. The Kalmyks are the only traditionally Buddhist people living within Europe. As Tibetan Buddhists, the Kalmyks regard the Dalai Lama as their spiritual leader. Kalmykia is a historical crossroads on the Silk Road. The Western Mongol Kalmyk tribes. The Kalmyks live primarily in the Republic of Kalmykia, a federal subject of Russia located in the southeast European part of Russia. The Kalmyks are the only inhabitants of Europe whose national religion is Buddhism. They embraced Buddhism in the early part of the 17th century and belong to the Tibetan Buddhist. Like other Mongols, the Kalmyk are very spiritual Tibetan Buddhists, but their Buddhism has a strong admixture of indigenous beliefs and shamanistic practices. Buddhism spread among Mongols during the time of the Mongol Empire. They have come a long way till now, with rich traditions in song, dance, music, arts and a powerful heritage ,strong convictions.

Thaipusam is a Tamil Hindu festival celebrated on the first full moon day of the Tamil month. The festival is celebrated to commemorate the victory of Hindu God Murugan over the demon Surapadman. The festival commemorates the triumph of good over evil by many devotees throughout Malaysia. For Hindus, Thaipusam is a day to cleanse oneself of sins and to repent for any transgressions in the past year.Devotees place a great deal of emphasis on the Vel. Silver, gold, lead, copper, and iron which is the five metals. It is said to be able to absorb all negative energy, spread positivity, and destroy all dangerous energies. Wearing yellow during Thaipusam as Lord Murugan’s favourite colour. Well Yellow is also associated with new beginnings, peace and happiness. On that day many devotees will be wearing yellow in color. Devotees will carry heavy ornate structures called kavadis while others have their tongues, cheeks and backs pierced with hooks and skewers. They then walk barefoot up 272 steps to the Batu Caves temple. Women devotees will carry the milk pots on that day. Thousands of locals and tourist from around the world of different faith will be there to witness this auspicious festival.

Dorje Shugden controversy began when the Dalai Lama made successive attempts to wrongly assert the nature of the Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden to be a harmful spirit. The great lineage masters such as Kyabje Pabongka Rinpoche and Kyabje Trijang Rinpoche’s teachings are amongst the greatest dharma that forms the foundation of Gelugpa education. As confirmed that Dorje Shugden is an emanation of Manjushri. Dorje Shugden is an enlightened Dharma Protector who manifested about 400 years ago from a lineage of erudite masters. They cant be wrong . Dorje Shugden via the Panglung oracle had helped the Dalai Lama in his great escape out of Tibet. There are so many highly attained lamas who practices Dorje Shugden and their reincarnations have been coming back again and again. Even 5th Dalai Lama composed a prayer to Dorje Shugden and built a Protector chapel dedicated to Dorje Shugden as well. That’s Trode Khangsar in Central Lhasa which is still there. The ban of Dorje Shugden is unnecessary and illogical as the bigger purpose of Dorje Shugden,is the preservation of the Dharma. The Tibetan Leadership (CTA) has instituted this ban against Dorje Shugden for many years and its time to lift the ban. May more people read and understand the ban and the real reason behind this controversy.

Actually i am just a beginner to dharma practice, i do mantra recitations like mani, dolma and vajraguru mantras. After i complete 100 thousand recitations can i move on to next level. I used to do prostrations but had to discontinue as my parents got seriously ill. Now they are quite well and i want to continue my daily practices. I want to practice vajra satva along with the prostrations to clear my negative karma so that i would be reborn as a buddhist monk in next life. Thank you

pastor answered: Dear Seema Purohit, Thank you for your question. Astrological influences do not necessarily mean that things on that day will go bad. There are methods that we can use to overcome any negative influences and make those days very successful and productive. First since this has to do with exams, you should be practical about it, make sure that you know the exam material well, make sure that you eat properly before the exams, and make sure that you remain calm before and during the exam. If you know the material well, if you are too nervous then it may cause you issues during the exam. From the spiritual angle, you can make offerings on your altar before your exam. Actually, it would be good for you to make offerings on your altar daily from now until then, to generate merit so that your exam will be successful. You can also engage in Dorje Shugden's mantra - OM BENZA WIKKI BITANA SOHA. Dorje Shugden a Dharma Protector who helps us to overcome obstacles and be succesful. He is an emanation of Manjushri, who is the Buddha of Wisdom. pastor answered: Dear Nelson, You have received some very powerful and blessed holy pills from your friend. In general, all the pills are made from dried crushed herbs and holy items and then consecrated during long pujas, dedicated to a particular deity to imbue them with certain energies. Here is a little bit of information about them: Tamdrin Dudtsi Mendup - these pills are made from holy nectar and consecrated using the practice of Hayagriva, who is a wrathful emanation of Chenrezig (the Buddha of Compassion). Generally, any blessed item using the practice of Hayagriva is good for protection from spirits and nagas, negative forces or energies, etc. They are also good for healing illness and diseases, especially effective for any type of skin disease. Mendup pills are also specifically made for healing physical illnesses. Sera Ngakpa Dratsang is the tantric college of Sera Monastery in Tibet, where they learn and practice the different types of tantric systems within the Gelug lineage. Mani Rilbu - these are pills blessed with the energies of Chenrezig using the Mani mantra - OM MANI PEME HUNG. They are great for general healing and well-being and are very potent sources of the compassionate energies of the Buddha. Drashi Gonkhang is a protector chapel dedicated to Drashi Lhamo who is a form of Palden Lhamo. This chapel is affliated with Sera Monasery which is of the Gelug lineage. They are are excellent for providing protection and swift assistance to overcome worldly and spiritual obstacles. Sampheling Monastery also belongs to the Gelug tradition and the Sangha there are known to be very strong practitioners of Dorje Shugden. It is also considered to be the home monastery of one the most important incarnation lineages within the Gelugpa tradition - the line of Trijang Rinpoches. Kagye Drupchen holy nectar pills - these are pills made from blessed nectar and consecrated using the Kagye practice, which is a practice incorporating eight different tantric deities. Mindrolling is also one of the most famous Nyingma lineage monasteries. It is one of the six Mother Monasteries of that lineage. I do not know much about the benefits of this rilbu as we practice the Gelug tradition in Kechara, and this practice belongs to the Nyingma tradition. While certain practices are shared in common throughout all traditions, the Gelug lineage does not have this particular practice. Here is some general advice of what you can do with the pills: > Insert into Buddha statues and stupas at the appropriate level to increase their blessings and positive potential. It’s said that if one has very good samaya with the guru, the holy rilbus placed in a stupa will miraculously multiply and grow. > Place a holy rilbu in your water bottle and drink throughout the day for general protection, healing and blessings. The water can be topped up daily until the pill has completely dissolved. > In times of need, a rilbu can be consumed on its own. Swallow it whole with water, or crush into powder and consume with water. > Dissolve in bathing water to relieve skin problems and for general protection. > Place in the mouth of a dying person or animal to help them pass on peacefully. > Place in the mouth of a deceased person or animal to help them take a better rebirth. The pills should be store in a cool, dry and respectful place when not using them, otherwise they might go bad depending on the climate where you live. I hope this helps. Thank you.

pastor answered: Dear Sayalbajracharya, The dissolution of Lama Tsongkhapa, via the central channel into your heart is actually an integral part of the Guru Yoga practice. The reason being, is that when you engage in Guru Yoga, you want the guru to come and reside in your heart, and merge with your mind. It is the method in which we gain his blessings in order to transform our mind. That being said, visualisation can be difficult. So, don't worry, at that part just think strongly that he has entered your heart and merged with your mind, and that you have gained his blessing. You will still gain his blessings. However, as you practice more and over time, you can slow add in the visualisation once you are more comfortable with. I hope this helps. Thank you.

pastor answered: Dear Thorim, Thanks for your question. Getting good sleep is very important. Medicine Buddha mantra is good for this, but should be recited very softly and slowly. Perhaps you are chanting too fast. You can try using it again to sleep, but focus on the sound of the mantra that you are making while you recite. Another mantra you can try is Dorje Shugden's mantra. Many people have tried it when their sleep is disturbed and it helps. Another thing you can try is breathing meditation or even Nine-Round Breathing before you sleep, you can learn more here: https://www.kechara.com/how-to-practise-nine-round-breathing-meditation/ You can also read and try the methods on this article. Tsem Rinpoche advised this for students who had trouble sleeping as the general advice was very good and people found it really helpful https://www.tsemrinpoche.com/tsem-tulku-rinpoche/current-affairs/10-sleep-mistakes-and-their-solutions.html There are tecnhiques and visualisations used during sleep, but those are actually meditational techniques unique to higher tantric practice. pastor answered: Dear Lisa, Thank you for your question. 1) If you want to repeat the prayer, then you repeat the section from the second "HUM" up to just before "KI KI SO SO, LHA GYEL LO!". The whole prayer is usually only done once, but if you can repeat that section multiple times if you would like. 2) Sangsol is traditionally done outside, but since you live in an apartment, you can offer the sang near your window. If you do at your altar, there will be too much smoke in your apartment. Sangsol is an offering, not a cleansing of your space using smoke. It's usually done when in need to request for Dorje Shugden's help, for safety, removing obstacles, etc. The prayer helps to clear the negative effects of karma that is manifesting and causing obstacles or negative situations in our life, as well as providing protection from obstacles and negativities. This all comes from the merits generated from actually making the smoke offering and reciting the prayer. You don't need to do anything else specifically for this to happen. 4) The full visualisation for the prayer can only be done by those with tantric initiation. In general however, you can visualise Dorje Shugden (and if you can his retinue) in space in front of you. As you make the offering, he is very pleased. Then think strongly that he is helping you overcoming your specific obstacle or protecting you in general. Hope this helps. Thank you.

pastor answered: Dear Tshulthrim Yoezer, Thank you for your question. This is due to the nature of Samsara. Any one who is born will have to die. Anything that comes into existence will one day have to stop existing. As the Buddha took birth as a human, he need to give up his body and pass away. But because the Buddha was enlightened, this is not the same thing that happens to us. He became enlightened under the Bodhi Tree in Bodhgaya, but he was still in his human body, and so he had to pass away. His passing away is known as the Maha Parinirvana of the Buddha. I hope this answers your question.

pastor answered: Dear Nona, Both mantras that you mentioned are mantras of Lord Manjushri. The mantras differ due to the particular form of Manjushri. Within our lineage, the Om Ah Ra Pa Tsa Na Dhi mantra is more prevalent because those particular forms of Manjushri are more prevalent in our practice. That is the difference. Yes, you can practice Chenrezig Ngensong Kundrol without initiation. However, since you do not have initiation, while you read the text, you generate the visualisation in front of you. You do not visualise yourself as Chenrezig. Doing so without the initiation will actually create obstacles for your spiritual path . The prayer text is not available online currently. pastor answered: Dear Jonathan, Yes, you can start with the Gaden Lhagyama and then follow the consensed version of the protector practice from the Diamond Path. This will be very good as you will be building a stronger connection with Lama Tsongkhapa. For the remainder of the prayers, you can follow the following order if you would like, after Gaden Lhagyama, before Dorje Shugden practice: > Prayer to Shakyamuni and Arahant Sivali (though these are not from the Tibetan tradition, they are okay to include. However, please bear in mind, they are from a different tradition. It is more appropriate to use prayers from the tradition we are practicing, rather than reciting prayers from other lineages. However I have never seen an independent prayer specifically to the Arhat Saivala as he is known in Sanskrit.) > Chenrezig Ngensong Kundrol > Tea offering to Vajra Yogini. If you are doing all these prayers, however, it may take some time. If you have the luxury of time, then by all means, please go ahead. However, if you have a busy daily schedule, it is best to keep the prayers shorter and make sure you are able to do the prayers daily without fail. To have a daily practice that is consistent and sustainable is important. It will also prepare you for higher practices in the future, which you have to engage in daily without break, otherwise it breaks certain commitments. It is best to prepare ourselves for the future, this is what Tsem Rinpoche has recommended. Rinpoche advised never to miss our daily practices. It is a foundation needed for higher practices. I hope this helps.
